Very nice place to stay and very clean.

So far not good. I have a room booked there and have sent 3 or more Facebook messages with questions and gotten zero response. I need answers to these questions to know if I need to cancel and book somewhere different. About to just do that since I can't get an answer.

One of the cleanest and comfortable rooms I've stayed in! Also, Terri at the front desk was kind, and very helpful! ☺️ Would love to stay again! Thanks for the hospitality!

I'm done the worst place front desk lady was rude.

This place is a sham. We were told there was a pool 30 mins before arrival but was only told after check in that it was down for maintenance. The beds are an 8” mattress on a wooden platform that will make you regret being tired. Lastly there is no breakfast included with the room. You can get it, just for an extra $15. On the positive side. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly and were as helpful as they could be. My opinion is save your self $50 and go across the street to Motel 6. You’ll at least have a comfortable bed…

Nice room. Clean. The bistro was open until 10 pm and the food is priced very reasonable. They have an amazing Cobb salad. (I'm very picky about Cobb salad)

Booked online for $177 For the night. But when I got there they charged me $109. When I called today to the booking place they said since I booked online that was the price and could not refund me the money. If I would of called the hotel directly it would of been $109. What a scam. We will be looking for another hotel in that area on our next trip. Mike and Trish.

Great hotel in a great location. I got a wonderful rate at the last minute. With every penny. Room had a king bed, mini fridge (no freezer), microwave, sofa, and porch area. The sink was separate from the toilet and bathtub/shower. Wall A/C cooled the room down really quick. Parked in the front of the lot. It was well lite, and right on a pretty busy street, that leds to a main street. It's also close to a Cracker Barrel & Texas Roadhouse.

It was so nice and clean I live staying I want to stay there at least once a year.

It was very clean, looked nice. The bed was comfortable and the jacuzzi in the room was great. The breakfast selection is a bit "different", but tasted ok. The service was friendly. It was an overall great experience. I would recommend this place to others. It was far nicer than other places we have stayed. I actually rather be there, than the hotel we are at tonight.

I wasn't the one staying, it was just my "home base". I met an out of town coworker for a business event and he was staying there. I saw the room, pool, and lobby though and it all seemed very nice. His first floor room had a jacuzzi tub rifht next to the king size bed.

Easy access from the highway. Close to tons of chain restaurants. Clean updated hotel. Streaming services through hotel TV using personal subscription. Small workout room with treadmill and dumbbells. Pool and jacuzzi. Small breakfast selection with small Starbucks selection.

The lobby was great! Beer, wine, and coffee! The rooms are not too bad. Bathroom is okay. Location is great!

Room was nice. Bed was comfy. Pillows and comforter were soft. You can stream video on the TV in the room. Nice sized indoor pool with a Jacuzzi. Not far off the express way. Restaurants close by with done within walking distance.

Very clean rooms, nice pool and whirlpool, wish the breakfast was free, but that's what McDonald's is for. I would stay there again.

We're getting married and will need a place to crash after the wedding. I reserved my room online on the Marriott website, but had some questions, so I went inside. Angel was at the front desk and had a lot of phone calls and a guest in front of her, but after getting through everyone she still gave me personal and friendly attention. She was very nice, thorough, and even added on the breakfast to our room as a gift for us. She was great! We looking forward to staying here.

The hotel is very nice and welcoming upon entering the lobby. The rooms are also very nice and modern. Overall it's a great place to stay. Only downside is that no breakfast is included.

Nice location, great staff, very clean and Starbucks coffee downstairs.

The staff is nice, got a deluxe room with hottub for honeymoon. The bed was uncomfortable, laundry soap gave us both hives. The exhaust fan was so loud you can hear the TV which ruined the hot tub experience. No movie channels, Roku wouldnt connect with Wi-Fi without paying an additional 5 bucks a day. Lobby was littered with large TV's and the deluxe room had a 28 inch TV.

Beds are terrible. Hotel lobby is nice, has a coffee bar, breakfast, great area for dinners after client bisits.

This place is amazing. Like my second home. The staff knows you by name and is always willing to go above and beyond.

We stayed 4 nights and were very happy. The staff are very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I had the opportunity. The indoor pool was nice and anytime I needed anything from the staff they were more than eager to help meet our needs.

This hotel was great to stay at the employees are so nice and this one employee went up and beyond for one of my family member I think his name was John I I'm right… Their car broke down it was a Saturday night and the from desk person gave us a number to call to get the car worked on and the guy came and towed the car Sunday morning and had it fixed by the time we had to go to cheer competition… Thank you so much for helping us out.

Was not there for overnight. Went to a meeting for around an hour. It was pretty good.

Nice clean family-friendly hotel. Within walking distance to restaurant's. Hotel restaurant, a little too expensive for my taste, but nice if you don't feel like going out. Wheelchair accessible. Near the highway, plenty of service stations and local shopping stores.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was too cold, the hot tub was scuzzy and there were very few towels. The room was nice, seemingly well kept, my only problem is that the beds creak every time you move.

The staff are very well mannered women. Bistro is a great place for breakfast and dinner. Lovee the pool and workout room. My room was gorgeous very clean. Can't wait to go back!

Room was clean and smelled good too. The staff is friendly and accommodating. It is right next to a restaurant and down the street from other options as well as a CVS. It is close to the highway and centrally located near everything.

Good showers. Indoor pool. Rooms have balconies, fridge and microwaves. Easy in and out parking lot. Only one elevator for three floors it is kinda of small. Starbucks on-site, didn't try it. Friendly staff however their communication could improve greatly. Had an issue with special arraignment not being met due to staff communications between shifts. For this is why I only rate three stars.

I have been traveling all week. I thought I had already found the worst hotel on this trip but low and behold I stayed here. The layout of the room is confusing. The TV has lines on it because it's not connected properly. The spring bed creaks but is vaguely comfortable though. The sink is disconnected from the tub and toilet. I thought Marriots were premium but I've stayed at Holiday Inn expresses oh higher quality for less.

Incredibly poor management. They've charged me for smoking in my room when I don't smoke. I call on multiple occasions and ask to speak to the front end, general or housekeeping managers and every time none are available. I leave voice messages asking for them to return my call and get zero response. I would not stay here or suggest for anyone else to stay here. Not how you run a reputable or profitable hotel at all.

I stayed for one night after my wedding. The room was clean and everything was in great condition. I would stay here again.

Our room was spacious and clean. Hotel staff was courteous. The lobby area has a lot of seating and a nice alcohol/snack bar.

Although it's a bit dated feeling, it was not terrible. Being in for a wedding I'm willing to bet the party chose this hotel for their guests as it was a good deal vs others. We would stay again!

The location was nice, right next to the freeway and so easy to get around Cleveland but still quiet. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. They even had complementary toiletries if you need them!

Very nice hotel. The pool was very nice. The only thing that I did care for were the beds. They were super hard and I found it uncomfortable to sleep on. The staff was wonderful. It was also very clean.

We had made reservations for a jaccuzi suite but instead they had us in a regular room. The front desk attendant was fantastic and corrected it after some time. The walls are very thin and we could hear neighbors as well as every noise in the rest room. The rooms were very clean though.

Very awesome staff. Very clean and updated rooms. Full price is kinda high and no breakfast was kinda disappointing but overall would recommend.
