I’ve never been to a place where I felt so disrespected in my life by a African American female women in my life just because me and Jeremiah walked upstairs to my aunts room and went to the other side of the hall looking for a ice machine and she’s gonna ask me why are you walking around here rudely and then I let her know my aunts upstairs she said then why are you walking on the other side I then said bc we were looking for ice machine and got rude and I went back in the room and then walked backed out and asked for the manager mind you I was already asking for the manager and a couple come in and she says I need you to back away from my counter so I can help them again rudely and I said I was here first and I’d like to speak with your manager she then said move away from my counter and was motioning her hands like I needed to shew and I waited patiently like she had them pay and then just sat there they left and I then asked again can I speak to the manager she then ignored me for a moment and then said if you have a problem then you can speak to me otherwise goodnight there’s no manager on site and I asked for her name she wouldn’t give it to me and then said now get away from me like she was discussed or sum and I honestly felt like I was being discriminated by her because of what I’m wearing or how I look or even the color of my skin I felt belittled by her and I’m am one of the most “we all bleed the same so it doesn’t matter what you wear how you look or even the

I believe her name was sara or tara Threatened to Assault me a pregnant woman because I asked for towels she called the police luckily I stayed and gave my statememt on how rude she was amd what actually happened. I have never been so disappointed in hotel staff as I am today. This woman cursed at me threatened to charge our card for more days we literally checked in for a night where not from Cincinnati and I we will never book this hotel again. The audacity Of this woman to say I will push you and im with child. Quality inn please do better.

Amazing! Cheap and clean. Luggage carts, elevator… all the good stuff.

It a decent Hotel for short term stays. It's a little outdated in the rooms but from the outside of the hotel you wouldn't have known it. Good location with lots stores, restaurants and banks.

First, the elevator and stairs had a strange, hot, stale popcorn smell the whole time I was there. The elevator itself hadn't been cleaned in ages. The ceiling down the hall from my room fell in during the rain, dumping drywall and water on the floor. The bar lock in my room had been broken and not replaced. The sink stopper had to stay down or the room began smelling like mold/mildew. Due to these items I refused to use the pool or try their breakfast. Only good thing I will say is the bed was firm and I slept well.

Very impressed! Price was reasonable, it was extremely clean and the employees were friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of choices but another waffle maker is needed! As we were checking out on 9/3/18 there was another guest rudely arguing with the desk clerk about the check-out time. The clerk was polite but firm and did extend his check-out time by a half hour. Despite the time extension, this guest continued to berate the desk clerk. Just as I was ready to address the situation, the guest stormed away. I reassured the lovely clerk she was polite and handled the situation perfectly. We will definitely stay at a Quality Inn again.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. It's not brand new so there is some wear and tear, but it's very nice. Good staff.

The recommendations and helpfulness of the staff far exceeded my expectations. The hotel was peaceful, but needs a complete overhaul. The lighting in the room were dismal and dark; there was also an odor of old damp towels. Price, Location and Friendliness of Staff was the best part of our stay.

Lovely hotel in Cincinnati area. Beautiful interior and common areas. Welcoming staff. Good breakfast options in a large dining area. Convenient for many reasons due to it's location. Our room was lovely as well, and the only downside was the heavy fragrance from possibly the rug? It never stopped, and had we been any more sensitive to it, would have kept us from enjoying the room entirely. Hopefully that does not linger too long, but it did detract from our visit. This truly is a lovely hotel, and I can highly recommend it for others.

The room I stayed in was not vacuumed at all there was two pop lids some kind of cream laying in floor worst hotel experience had in long time shower head didn't even work correctly.

Stayed here for a softball tournament and it was really nice, clean, hot breakfast eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles and etc. Theres a craker barrel next door and walmart across the street.

Loved my romantic get away with my husband here. The room was clean and staff were friendly. The continental breakfast was amazing. Everything from biscuits and gravy to a waffle making station. I would love to stay at this hotel again. :)

Very nice clean comfortable. Some staff were super nice and helpful one older lady was just rude everyday.

It's a renovated property, but it's laid out like an old fashioned hotel with a ballroom (although the ballroom is actually the lobby), with the fancy stairs and all. The third floor, where we stayed, has the split stairs going down the sides, and the middle staircase and chandelier is not visible. Instead, is a spacious tastefully done hallway with a pair of tables reminiscent of checkers tables. It was a good value overall. The breakfast was just the regular fare so common these days. What's up with hotels these days not replenishing coffee in your room, even though they do replace cream and sugar? Dumb, and taking it down a star.

Very clean room. I have stayed here twice. Wish there was more of a healthy cereal selection at breakfast, but super happy there was a bowl of fruit. The pool is nice, but wish there was a treadmill instead of a broken elliptical machine in the gym. The shower head was not the best, it dribbled out, but it was warm, so that was nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay a 3rd time.

I had a wonderful time. The Christmas decorations were fantastic. And the Continental breakfast was great.

Nice clean place with a pool and pretty good choice of breakfast foods for a quick bite in the morning. Good access to restraunts with in walking distance. If you find the small booklet with hotels in the surrounding area, there is a coupon in it to stay here and you actually save some money. Like $20 per room. Always a bonus if your just traveling through.

Don't waste your money and don't pay a cash deposits! Accused of smoking in a room I didn't smoke in, no manager on duty and manager has no voice mail. Scam.

For starters I am an employee at a different quality inn in Indiana. I would take away stars if I could. Woke up at 2:30 in the morning with bed bugs crawling all over, lifted the bed skirt and both beds were infested with them. And they would not move us to a different room because then they would have to put 2 rooms on block. Front desk said stay in that room or leave. Only stayed because didn't have enough $ for another hotel so we ended up sleeping on the floor. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone! Absolutely no help at all in trying to make a guest feel comfortable. What a way to spend the night before my daughters first college visit.

Stayed one night, $80. I expect more quality for that price. Coffee in lobby and breakfast area very watered down, as well as Apple juice. Biscuits and gravy room temperature. Milk and yogurt tasted off. Did not use pool. Decor nice. Bed nice. Nice to have refrigerator in room.

Overnight stay was good. Checkin was a little hassle because we reserved a room 3 weeks ago, but they insisted that I had to pay again. Payment wouldn't go through or something, and she needed help to get me into the system, and we had a special request for a certain room. I called the day before, and the room wasn't available, so we got the room next to it. The woman looked it up in the system, and she said that room didn't even exist! We ended up getting a room upstairs, which is inconvenient, because my wife has bad knees. Overall, I would probably stay at a different location, if I could find one around the same area, and the same price. Some of the women at the front desk can come off as very rude.

Beautiful inside. There's a huge chandelier in the lobby that is gorgeous! Employees are so friendly and helpful. Beautifully decorated. It has a pool but we didn't use it. Will definitely return. Price is ok. You get your money's worth. You get free breakfast… delicious! Biscuit, sausage, gravy, scrambled eggs, cereal, donuts, make-your-own waffles. Plus coffee, OJ, milk and more.

This hotel is right in the middle of everything you may need on a out if town getaway. Food, entertainment and shopping. Kids will love the pool and adults will enjoy the free concerts just right around the corner. Hotel was clean and staff was very pleasant and helpful.

My family and I were in town for a family reunion July 2016. We chose this hotel based on reviews and price. Our stay was pleasant, however the hotel needs to update their bed linen. Upon entering the room, the bedcover was extremely ruffled like it was just taken out of storage and thrown onto the bed. No complaints about the staff, they were pleasant and helpful. I especially enjoyed the patio area, because it was relaxing. I enjoy sitting outside at night, in order to wind down from my day, so the peacefulness of the patio was a treat. I would consider staying at this hotel again.

Great service, we were aloud to check in early. Overall, good stay only issues were microwave and shower didn't work the best.

Even though they were doing renovations, and reeling the carpet on my floor. The super nice staff more than made up for the inconvenience of the construction. Upon check-in the receptionist asked if I was okay, because I looked weary. I had just left calling hours for a dear friend. I stayed at that hotel to be closed for the funeral the following day. The receptionist give her condolences, was more than polite. She even got me a menu to a local Chinese restaurant so that I could have dinner delivered and not have to leave the room.

The rooms are Okk and pool too is fine but the breakfast is a deal breaker. Nothing tasted fresh, the staff was too lazy to refill the dishes and every time someone had to go and ask them to refill the empty food. The muffins and begal were very stale and tasted bad. Overall had it not been for the breakfast the overnight stay was Okk. One more annoying thing that there was no channel guide for the TV.

We stayed here a couple days to visit some friends in the area. The room was really nice and clean. Bathroom was huge! The pool was kind of chilly, though. No hot tub, sadly. : (The staff were all very nice. The location was the perfect distance to everything. There were plenty of grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants nearby. Many options. Loved the area. Will definitely stay here again next time.

It was not very clean. The service was good. It is a cheap hotel in a perfect location. You may pay a little more and stay at something much better.

We have stayed there a few times. Pool is great for kids. Nice and warm. You can't beat the breakfast they loved it. Not bad for an inexpensive place to stay…
