It's a good location right in the center of the area I have to navigate through for my work. It is currently being upgraded but is already nice. Looks like it will be a great place to relax.

It was a room. Too bad the staff didn't care of much. They ask smoking or non smoking, then informed us they only had non smoking. Whatever. We ask for a room where our vehicle was in view and we're told okay. Told to park around in the back, yet when our room was found it was at the complete opposite side. We were then told there were no the rooms. Yet the back half of the place was empty. Fridge didn't work. Coffee pot didn't work. Half the outlets didn't work. Tub was slippery. Small piece of ceiling was on the floor. But it was a place to clean up and sleep. Pool is not open. Breakfast was minimal and coffee was not too good.

This place Has Bed bugs but that’s not the worst part, the management had the WORST attitude I have ever met. He got mad at us! He started yelling and wouldn’t do anything to help us. Kept insisting that it was our fault. We took pictures and videos of the bugs. Be careful! Update : The manger Sam was an amazing person who helped us out and took care of the problem. He handled the situation very professionally and addressed the problem head on.

Absolutely great place! Nice staff (Jen), nice rooms, and a reasonable price! I (we) will definitely be visiting AGAIN.

Stayed here twice. First night, no problems. Second night we got a wet, flooded room. Staff was friendly though and quickly gave us a different and better room. Thank you.

Booked online, just wanted a place with a pool and breakfast. Got there, the pool is closed. Even called to verify both of those ahead of time. The front desk lady got rude and raised her voice to talk over me when I was asking for a refund so we could go elsewhere. My partner told her he didn't appreciate her talking over me and she told him to just get out. We were out the money we paid and had to drive several hours back home because we couldn't afford paying for ANOTHER hotel. Already had attraction tickets bought for the next day so we were out all of our plans thanks to this rude woman. Thanks Days Inn for the worst experience ever!

Worst. Ice cold rooms. My new boots in the box dissapeared. Rude front desk service. Girl on her phone socializing while booking people in. Worst!

This place is good. Clean and quiet. The rooms are air conditioned and an assortment of restaurants are within walking distance — Chinese, Waffle House, Wendy's and KFC! Love it.

Filthy… The owner Sam was very rude. They have roaches… no heat no hot water. Then he got mad when I wanted to switch rooms. Do not stay here.

The reception shes was very rude from the moment me and my family walk in she greeted us with attitude I told he the rooms look nothing like the website she ask me if I wanted to look at the room after she already swipe my card I then said if I dont like the room how quickly will my money b converted bk on my card she said pretty quick I went to look at the room I was literally in the room 5 to 7 mins came down and told her ill find another room she then stated I was up there to long gave me my receipt and I ask was a manager # she told me to grab a card witch the mangers # didnt even work its sad and jus very rude for people who's not from the city that's on vacation with there family.

Was advertised as renovated and that is a lie, the heater is broke and has a huge gap around the unit. Was left to freeze in 30 degree weather with promises to be moved, the door has been kicked in and gets stuck. They have no room service and refuse to get me toilet paper. I was told that I had to pay extra 150 for the complementary breakfast. Total scam.

Clean enough. Sligty outdated. The top bar latch on my door was broken and there was a stain on my bed spread. The sheets looked clean and they were cheap. That was enough.

Stayed there there was no ice machine and the front desk gave us dirty ice. Then we I asked for a copy of my key the front desk clerk did not believe that was my room I went outside to get my gift for my boyfriend when I came back in the clerk was at my room asking my boyfriend if he knew me and was this my room? He spoiled the whole surprise for him!

So I booked hotel room with king size bed. When arrived rude receptionist gave me double beds. He's name is Ash. So I asked for the room that I booked but got an answer they are good and same price. I was so tired and didn't have time to look elsewhere. Make sure to stay away from this place.

Do NOT stay here. It is not worth your $$$$, and is the worst value hotel we stayed at. We checked in at 7pm, and at 8pm went down to request more towels. And were told that we could not get towels until 8am when housekeeping arrived. Needless to say at 8am, no housekeeper=no towels. 5 of us in our room, and only two sets of towels. The hotel did not appear full, so I even asked if we could have the towels from a room that was currently unoccupied, and when the housekeeper decided to show up for work, then they could replace those towels. And we were told "no. " I asked for the cards for manager and owner and the rude man behind the desk Ash told me he was the manager and owner. After looking at him for 5 seconds with a blank stare, I told him that he had the worst customer service and that I would be writing a horrible review for his property. Then he got up and said he was going to find us some laundry. Told him don't worry about it as we were about to go buy our own. Do yourself a favor… book elsewhere.

Location was just off 275 exit so it was an easy access hotel for sure. Driveway was easy to see and parking lot seemed new. The building was well maintained as well the gounds areas. I did notice many restaurants in the area. The room was excellent! Staff more friendly than Casper the Ghost and huge new TV on the wall. Deep bathtubs and genuinely soft beds. I almost want to live there after my visit.

Checked in at 9:00 in evening, then had to check out at 1 due to bed bugs. The lamps in the room didn't work, even though they were plugged in. Room never got to temperature, so it was mildly cold in room. I tried talking to "Ash" the man behind the desk and he gave me a nasty attitude. He told me to call in the morning if I wanted to get a refund. Never felt so used, devalued, and tricked in my whole life.

I checked in on December 2, 2017 close to 3pm, and the younger African African female working the front desk, I had no choice but to deal with. Was extremely hateful rude. I guess cause the lady I was with was handing her the money she felt no need to even answer anything I ask. I asked here more then 4 times which way to my room, and she saw I was in a big rush so she gave at least a 40 minute speech on the $200 and some odd dollar charge if we smoked in our room, refusing to give me my keys because for some reason she couldn't hear me ask then demand my key. So, I, the person who is in all reality paying for everything ask what its cost to change to smoking. She doesn't hear me. The other lady asked and while giving me a mean hateful look like she was about to poop herself she say something along the lines of $70. Me and the other person I was with were on a very tight limited extremely important time frame. By the time she finally gave up the key the whole reason we came here was gone. Yes even tho our time was cut way short because of someone unhappy with herself and\or her life, I did still have the time of my life and would do it all over again… Bit definitely not here and probably never will be seen her again.

We come to Cincy twice a year and check out different places. This, by far, was the worst. The staff was nice… hence the single star rating. That's where the good ends. Outdated is ok… it happens, but… We had a non smoking room that smelled like cigarettes. The curtain was coming off of the rod, the bed was sunken, there was a stain on the couch, the sheets had a black stain (didn't seem to be anything disgusting), and our feet stuck to the bathroom floor. We did NOT see any bugs. When we left and asked for a refund, the lady at the desk apologized (again she was very nice) and offered us another room but no refund. It was bad enough that we opted to pay for another room at a different hotel.

The police were the when we checked in and for two and a half hours moving out the room next door. At first glance the room was dirty with a full trash can and soda can rings everywhere, the bathroom had been used and not cleaned, dried urine on the seat and floor. A damaged tub, surround and mold stained mat was the bayb area with a door that had been either kicked or ripped of its hinges before. The electrical outlets were damaged and the two remotes for the TV didn't work. Which didn't matter because nothing came in any way. A dirty pair of the last occupants underwear was in a drawer, it was lucky the bed was clean and my daughter and I needed only a bed and some sleep to get back on the road and she was already asleep.

The hotel is very handsome but the attention but should teach you to smile the staff had noise of music next to my room when I left the hotel they did not say goodbye.

This was a horrible hotel experience. First when we went to check in the front desk person was yelling at someone on the phone. Then when she got us checked in she threw the room keys at me access the counter. My husband and I got assigned to a room with people already in occupying it (that was embarrassing) then when went down to tell them she had an attitude with us. Our next room the sheets were stained, the ac didn't work and we had no towels in the room. Call down about the ac, she just said ok, went down to get towels and tell them about the ac again, the oldee man was annoyed that they didn't give towels or attempt to fix the ac. If I could I give zero stars I would.

I never write reviews but my experience at the Sharonville Days Inn was so bad that I had to in hopes it will spare anyone else from going through the same. I tried to book a 2 night stay for a Thursday/Friday online but was unable to due to Internet connectivity issues. I called this location to book ahead of time and was told I'd have no issues just showing up and the rates would be the same. Low and behold I get there and they're telling me it's $30 more than the price I saw online. It was late and I was tired so I reluctantly checked in against my better judgement. As I returned from the car with my bags, I heard the front desk attendant telling another patron that they'd match the rate if you found a better one online. No idea why this wasn't offered to me just a few minutes before when I'd made it clear I saw a cheaper rate on their website. I went up to the room and saw the rate on their site was cheaper so I called the front desk to inquire about this. The man that answered refused to listen to me and kept cutting me off telling me that it doesn't work that way — you can't ask for a cheaper rate later. After taxes it was only $13 but it was the principle. When I told him I felt his interruptions and refusal to listen were poor customer service he told me that I only felt it was poor customer service because I wasn't getting my way and challenged me to call Wyndham corporate before hanging up on me.

Right off the highway, easy to find. Rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. Front desk was helpful when needed, but some people seemed like they did not want to be there. The breakfast was a letdown, but not a huge problem.

Showers were cold and took an hour to heat up. Bathtubs took time to drain out. Morning front desk kept asking me how would I like to pay when I checked in with my reservation and cleaning staff was rude. Nights staff was awesome. Beds are comfortable and convenient to Wal-Mart, gas stations and food places were right down the road. I will not book this place again and will pay the extra 30.00 to go toa better hotel. The cheap motels in Florida are 100 times better than this one.

I would never recommend this hotel no matter how cheap it is. First off I signed a copy of an receipt for one price but a whole nother price came out of my bank account. They said it was for the extra person we had which was fine but the front desk man didn't tell me that he just charged me without my knowledge. Second was the pool was so gross. You couldn't see throw the pool it was all cloudy. Third is the pull out bed. It was disgusting and we asked for sheets and pillows for it and it took a little over 3 hours for them to bring them up to us. Fourth was there was no dry off towels in our bathroom only face towels and when we asked for those it took them 2 hours to get those to us. My point in this review is SAVE YOUR MONEY!

This is gonna be a long review but DO NOT stay at this hotel. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and took us forever to check in, with us having a reservation. Once we get into our room the blanket and linens on the bed have nasty brown stains and they told us they didn't have any extra blankets to give us. After complaining for about 20 minutes she brings a new blanket but won't change the sheets. Fast forward to around 4 am, there were 3 of us and we all smoke cigarettes, so we would go to our car to try to avoid the sketchy people standing around outside, and some other guests in their cars smoking marijuana. Some man starts yelling at us incoherently, so my cousin gets out of the car to see what he wants, the man then cracks his knuckles and starts running after my cousin, we called the police, the man still yelling disgusting sexual gestures that me and my friend need to go do to my cousin, then he takes off inside, we talk to the police and they pretty much say there's nothing they can do. We go back inside and try to wait until daylight to leave, we go ask the manager about breakfast, we were told breakfast was free online, but the guy said it was $3 per person per night.

The front desk service was as slow as a sloth or not even there. The front desk lady, I believe her name is Deni, was looking at her cell phone when we were trying to check out. She didn't even stay in the front desk. Below is the picture of the empty counter. Please come and steal because there is no one in the front desk and no one watching the monitor! "Deni" took 30 minutes to come out and once she is done, she didn't even wait and quickly left to hide in her hole for hours probably checking her phone. It took another 20 minutes for her to come out because we left something in the room. When I came back down, she disappear again even when she knew I was coming back down in just a couple minutes because we need to get going to. As for the room, it was nice and pretty clean. It had fluorescent lightening so it was easy to focus and do some work. The TV was flat screen, nice but unable to turn on the channel so instruction would help. The bathroom was small. We had double room locate toward the end of the hall (second floor). The Internet was great! It was fast to watch YouTube videos and load many other tabs. As of now, for the front desk service, I would not recommend this hotel. We rang the bell several time and yelled for someone to come. I thank the cleaning lady because she was super nice enough to get "Deni" out. If she was my employee, I would fire her. What could be so important to not stay at the front desk at a critical time when customer is trying to check out?
