Staff was hit or miss. Some were courteous, while others were rude. Room was generally okay. Some of the cleaning details were missed such as smears on wall, sink residue build up, iron and ironing board cleanliness. Towels were dirty — had yellowish stains. NOTE for anyone that needs internet: the free internet at this location is very slow, to the point where it is not usable. The business offers access to internet with reasonable speed, only after additional payment. I ended up using an alternate method for internet access.

This room was absolutely beautiful. It had a mini kitchenette with a two burner range and refrigerator and mini kitchen countertop the bathroom the spacious with a larger than standard size tub the room was immaculately clean. I did a romantic set-up for a couple in their room. And the staff was friendly and accommodating. There's also a free coffee Service located in the lobby.

Very clean and nice looking rooms and Lobby / general areas. The only issue I had is that the woman at the front desk could have been more polite. I came to visit a friend whose room number and name I provided her. He was expecting me but my phone had died and I wanted to make sure the information I had was correct so I wouldn't be knocking on the wrong door. I asked her to confirm the information and she seemed irritated, and put up a no smoking placard while I was waiting for help. I was offended, especially because I am a well-put-together person and while she may have faintly smelled cigarette smoke I never smoke inside a hotel room let alone my own house. It just seemed rude. At the very least it couldn't have hurt her to smile once as I was acting polite the whole time.

It's nice and homie and you get what you pay for… needs a better breakfast selection and a pool to put it on top.

Loved the stay. Located next to beachwood mall with plenty of fine dinning locations and right off the freeway. Traffic was the only issue we had. At busy times traffic barely moves.

Poor customer service, poor room quality. Looks like drug attics were in the rooms that they tried to put us in. But the last room was acceptable.

The bed is comfortable but there is never anyone at the front desk ever and no fruit option at least for breakfast?

Room quality and cleanliness great. Checked in by Dorris, and felt like I was checking in to a prison. Rude.

Excellent, great breakfast buffet good prices for more than one room so you can bring the kids.

Staff are all super sweet and helpful. Room is very nice. Lots of shopping in the area. I like I can switch out my towels more than 1 time a day and take my trash to the trash room anytime I need to. Breakfast is fine and free coffee anytime. Laundry room is open 24 hours and we are at the South location but they have a North location right up the street if you want to use the workout room.

Room and bathroom were clean, towels were enough for about one day with no room service to replace them the next day. Following snow, the entrance was not cleaned up and the handicap ramp was not indicated causing me to slip on the ramp and sprain my ankle. Neigboring room was very loud during the night and early morning, so sound isolation between rooms is not very good. Additional pillows and covers were not in room.

Good quality for the cost. Our room was clean and in excellent condition upon checking in. With a full kitchen, two dbl beds, a reading chair and a place to sit down to eat or do work, you really can't beat the price. There would be some minor feedback… place a trashcan in the bathroom, add a hair dryer to the amenities, improve lighting, and offer quick cooking items in a lobby store.

It was a place to stay for an overnight trip. It appeared to be clean but the hotel doesn't pay attention to detail such as eyelashes being on hand towels. It appeared to be very busy at night with hotel guests outside and partying in their rooms. Update: one of the people we traveled with got wringworms.

Great service. Rooms are clean. Staff is great.

Worst experience ever, I will never book with extended stay again. I booked this for my husband before surgery and it was a dirty smelly hotel. He didn't even have soap or shampoo to wash up before surgery. Rude staff, He had to ask several times before employees gave him things that should be in a room already. The room smelled very bad and wasn't clean. My husband has asthma and actually had trouble breathing. On top of it all they charged us extra to change from one queen to two twin beds.

Clean room. Bed was comfortably firm. TV not huge. Bathroom a couple years outdated. Front desk only open 7 a. M. To 11 p. M. A pleasant stay with friendly staff.

Staff was very attentive and got our grpup checked in quickly. There was plenty of parking and close to some very good restaurants. The room itself was about average, and we found a rouge hair in the bed.

This was our second stay and it will be our last. The check-in area with its dirty area rug made a bad impression as soon as you walked in the door. The room we were given had such a foul odor we had to ask to be moved. The room we moved to smelled better but the towel rack was falling off the wall, some of the lights did not work, one of the desk chairs was badly stained, etc. Not a good experience. We will not be back.

Filthy, dirty, nasty. Took forever to get checked in, only to find boxes of food in the room and pile of linens on the unmade bed. Moved to another room which had been "cleaned" but wasn't up to even minimal standards. Wouldn't recommend and won't be returning.

Cleanliness of rooms is not up to par. Amenities mediocre compared to price.

The new managers are incompetent and misdirected. A shame, because I did like the location.
