Do not stay here. This does not meet Choice Privelege Standards. We had one towel in the room for the six of us. Our pull out did not come with blankets. He said they were on request if available. The only reason they had the pullout was for choice. There was no water anywhere. Everything was dirty. We had a quarter roll of scratchy toilet paper.

Day Manager unwelcoming, unhelpful, & uninterested. No personality. Not the right person for this profession. Might be the owner, I’m unsure. BROWN orange juice. The taste reflected the off-putting color. Manager certainly didn’t care. The rooms had “hodge-podge” bedding as though randomly picked up from local garage sales. Sheets scratchy. Room needs updating. I stay at Comfort Inn’s across the US. This one is not on par with the quality I’ve experienced at the others. Not much is COMFORTable about this location. Please do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere if you want a pleasurable stay.

RUDE man working the front desk in the morning. His horrible personality is reason enough to spend your dollars elsewhere. Gross bedding. And believe it or not, along with packaged blueberry muffins for breakfast (that’s about it), you get served disgusting brown orange juice.

They would not recognize the emergency that I had when my son was hospitalized, to refund me the cost due to both the distress of the emergency and their inconsideration/nonrecognition toward refunding it. I will be dumping "Choicehotels. Com" and my membership with them because of hotel people like Comfort Inn & Suites Eastgate, OH. Wyndham may be my next option, they'll love the competition from me switching.

The dark haired man with the accent that works the front desk was incredibly rude to me the entire time I was there and he also refused to give me back my $150 deposit after I even made sure to keep my room completely pristine. Never coming back… I was sorry I stayed here.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. We checked in late in the evening, and didnt have any trouble. Continental breakfast included a solid array of items. It's also right around the corner from tourist destination Jungle Jim's which provides convenient access.

The location was perfect. Surrounded by plenty of shops and not far from Coney island. It was also very clean, and if you care for a firm bed they have the perfect one for you. The continental breakfast was pretty decent, definitely choose the Apple juice over the orange. But besides that our stay was perfect.

Paige was awesome and friendly. Very welcoming we are diamond members so she upgraded us to a suite. Very clean and comfortable stay.

Staff was great. Rooms very clean. Breakfast was hot and efficient. When needed extra towels for family housekeeper Kara helped me so fast and was so sweet! Will definitely be back!

My experience was better than the last. Me and my wife were greeted by front desk associate named Page with a polite warm greeting checked in faster than expected and felt very welcome. My room was very clean and spacious and I couldn't be more satisfied I will be sure to recommend to all my associates.

Reservation was for four. Two adults, two kids. King bed and a sleeper sofa. There were no linens or pillows for sleeper sofa, so went to front to front desk for some. Their desk attendant said they don't have extra blankets, but they could give us flat sheets. She had to ask the manager for pillows. I've never heard of a hotel not having blankets, especially if they were supposed to accommodate for FOUR of us in our room. This hotel overlooked the number of guests for our reservation and then made is feel like we were asking a lot when we needed essentials for the bed. Couldn't find the remote in the room, must have been with the blanket.

Breakfast was better than we received at a Hawthorne Suites in KY. Staff could be more friendly, it seemed most had difficulty with English. Only two staff members engaged us in any meaningful conversation. Need more outlets to charge devices near nightstands. Liked the "clean T. V. Remote". Appeared to be recently remodeled with new carpets.

We had a great time over spring break! We stopped here on the way to Niagara Falls on the Canada side. Everything was great! My parents enjoyed it too!

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. Breakfast was good although second morning because of a bus load of children who stayed there, the buffet was somewhat sloppy. There was not enough help to keep up with the criwd.

The room was clean, and it was a decent hotel to stay the night. It was recently updated, which is nice, but the update was done poorly and still somehow feels worn. I would stay here again if there was a need. One big plus is that it is within walking distance of a HUGE grocery store called Jungle Jims. That was helpful.

Went to get a room at 213am after traveling all night and we paid for a king size bed. When we inside the room. It had not been cleaned at all. So we went back to the desk and told the lady. She said she could give is another room. We went back upstairs to the other room which was a 2 bed room room. When we opened the door. This room had not been cleaned either. So we went back downstairs and to the desk again. And told the lady about this room not being cleaned too. She responded back " I don't know what to tell you then ". So by this time we were leaving. I asked to have the money put back on my card or cancelled and she said she did. I checked it today and it has not been stopped at this point in time. Thank you for you time. But I will not be staying at this hotel chain anytime soon. Thank You!

Great very clean rooms. Hot showers and comfortable bed. Just about everything you could ask for!

I have nothing positive to say. I would suggest finding another place to stay. You have options. Utilize them! I am a fan of comfort inn but not this one.

Hotel is in a great location with shopping and dinning close by. The hotel has great complimentary breakfast and the rooms are very nice.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Room had a comfortable bed and very clean. They provide very good food. It has a pool which is always a plus. It’s in a really good location since there are stores near by if you have a need to go shopping. Overall great experience and would return to the hotel.

Entrance was confusing and parking was cramped. Rooms were clean. Breakfast and coffee was a little to be desired.

Bed bugs bed bugs bed bugs bed bugs. If I were you I would avoid this hotel at all cost. During my one day stay at this location I was awoken in the middle of the night by stinging burning itchy bedbugs. I hopped up turned on the light and quickly grabbed one of the clear plastic hotel cups. I collected a few of the bedbugs went to the front desk and raised hell. The next day my arm had a large red swollen area that was growing by the hour. By the time I made it to the emergency room the area had grown so large that I was admitted. I was told by the Dr. That I had been inflicted with a staph infection from the bed bug bites. I was given a potent antibiotic via IV. Upon release I was prescribed two very strong antibiotics and instructed to not do any physical activity for ten days. Missed 10 days of work. I contacted the management and ownership of the hotel and they were completely rude. They refuse to pay my $1798 hospital bill and told me it was my problem. If I were you I would avoid this bed bug infested roach motel like the plague.

Booked this hotel because it was close to family and the things we wanted to do. I have to say the staff was kind and helpful and the room was clean. Paying what you pay though to stay in a hotel, I expected the bed to be more comfortable, the food to be good and hot, and there to be somewhere for my things. It was a room for four people. It didn't look like much thought went into the design and layout of the room. — First the room, we had two small drawers which I don't like to use. There was a huge 10 foot length of wall with nothing on it, a small dresser would have been nice. It would also be a sanitary idea to have the ice bucket and the coffee maker not sit beside the toilet in the bathroom, YUCK! I ended up using the ironing board to set my things on. — The bed felt like it had been slept on for many years, it was one of those that you sink into with no support whatsoever. I do have to say it did have a full zipped cover on it for repelling bed bugs… yes I checked. — The hot breakfast wasn't so hot. Other than waffles, they served 'lil smokies sausages, tater tots, sausage patties, preformed flat over-hard egg, assorted breads and pastries, yogurt and cereals. The waffle was good the first morning, the second morning the batter was thinned out and watery… it didn't cook up so well. All the other hot foods tasted like they were microwaved, the tater tots should have been baked or fried, not to mention they were cold despite being in a warming tray.

I would give no stars but it will not allow me. Had the pool and hall reserved for a pool birthday party and everything planned and invitations made. Was told I was booked three times and then a manager said I could not have due to dust from renovations. But that guests could use the pool. What a disappointment for my son for his 7th Birthday. Manager was very unprofessional and not helpful at all. Would not recommend to anyone.

The room was a nice size and fit my family well. However there were two things that lost the two stars for me. 1: The person who checked me in told me there were no roll away cribs in the hotel, even though the guest services book stated that they do have them and they are available at the property. I had to bring this to the attention of the clerk. The response that I received from her was that this was her first time alone at the desk, so she would have the overnight clerk give me a call at 11pm when he arrived. I had to wait until almost midnight before I could put my 2 year old autistic daughter to bed. 2: The air conditioner frequently shut off and leaked all over the carpet. I let the clerk know about it in the morning when I checked out, but all I got was a "I will have maintenance check it out later today when he arrives. " I didn't get an appology or anything. By all accounts this was probably one of the only bad stays I have ever had in a Choice hotel. I frequently stay at their properties.

Building is easy to find, however parking is hard cause the parking lot is small. The king suite is pretty big, but had left over trash from previous, so house keeping sucks. Took over 2 hours to get a roll away crib. Was told by one employee that they didn't have any (she refused to even check). Breakfast sucked, cold and stale and staff does not serve breakfast as late as they say they do. Kids upstairs were yelling, screaming and jumping at all hours and staff refused to do anything. Whole stay sucked, but needed a rest from driving.

This was my first stay at any Comfort Inn hotel and I was very pleased with my stay. This is a non-smoking hotel. There is not an attached restaurant but many restaurants within one mile of the hotel. My party had four rooms and no complaints. PROS *Very clean (room, bathroom, halls, lobby, breakfast area, pool) *Friendly customer service *Kids loved the indoor swimming pool (good for younger & older children) (approximately 3-5 ft. ) *Towels available in pool area *Plenty of hot water *Small laundry mat area available for a fee *Tasty breakfast with hot & cold food and beverages *Located near shopping centers & restaurants *Reasonably priced to comparable hotels in the area *Ice machines on multiple floors *Free parking *Rooms were quiet even facing the road *Good air circulation and temperature control CONS *None BOTTOM LINE *If traveling through this area again, I would highly consider staying at the Eastgate Comfort Inn without hesitation. It had everything I was looking for in a hotel. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in a clean hotel.

Great breakfast. Great pool. 3 1/2 stars for clean. (lost points for old carpets)

Very disappointing. We got two rooms on third floor non smoking. The entire third floor reeked of cigarettes. Our rooms were so bad all of our stuff smelled like we smoke when we left. They had no other rooms available to change. The breakfast was aweful. The only highlight was the waffle maker but it undercooked them so you couldn't even eat that. Other than that your choices are bland cereal, fake egg patties, and bread with rock hard butter that doesn't spread. No meat. The coffee makers in both our rooms were broken and the coffee in the lobby is not good. I will definitely not stay here again.
