Great place! The only place I stay while in Norwalk.

We had a baby shower for my daughter-in-law and it was so nice. The staff was wonderful and the food was very good.

It's easy to get to right off of 95, parking isn't a problem either. The staff was friendly too. They seem to be in the middle of some renovations, but aside from someone visual stuff in the hallways nothing disturbed the visit. We we're in a renovated rook, it was very clean. The bed squeaked a bit but it didn't prevent us from sleeping.

Good food and service. Should have had more than one waitstaff for the large group we were (26 people). But very helpful.

We went for a work conference… staff was attentive but not overly attentive with cleaning breakfast plates and the envirornment was wonderful. The bathrooms were fully stocked with all sorts of essentials for women!

Needs updating but very clean comfy and the landscaping is very nice. Very small awkward parking lot.

Staff was so polite and friendly, rooms were very clean and supplied with enough towels and washcloths, also great price for area and wonderful parking.

Not sure what standards this place has… and definitely not sure how it got a 4 star rating. Maybe a 2 star inn… bathroom was falling apart. Room was disgustingly warm on arrival. I even called to let them know I was going to be late… and they could have at least had the air on waiting. Evening front desk person wasn't very professional. Daytime staff was not sure about standard tourist type questions like how to take local transit. Website indicated that breakfast was includes for all customers… not the case… they say that customers are those that book a room through the hotel directly and not through a third party. The spot looked good from far and outside but it was sadly far from good.

Hi way robbery just a bad place to stay. Management fought about stupid stuff and brought me into it over a can of pop.

Family of 5 stayed for 7 days! Service was awesome. Staff was just as awesome. They are in the process of remodeling the rooms and though ours had not been remodeled yet the room next to us was and they did a great job! The room looked great. Would recommend this inn to anyone. Great value and great service! Thank Norwalk Inn!

Very upscale, has a beautiful pool, a bar & a restaurant. Most rooms have a nice breakfast included. Employees are very attentive & helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and very clean. You can book events there. I will definitely stay there again when I travel in that area.

I'm not sure when this hotel was built, but it looks and smells like it is brand new. The reason for only two stars is the beds. Our room had two queens and they were terrible. They feel like beds that cost $100 a the local discount mattress store. If you need a bed with support, I would not recommend this hotel. For those of you with backs that can handle anything, this is a very nice hotel. Also, something to keep in mind, even though this hotel is listed by Google as having an included breakfast, it only does if you book directly with the hotel. Overall, a very nice hotel — it's just not for someone who needs a descent bed.

Helped a friend book a stay here. Had a bit of trouble with an issue. Once notified;the business corrected and resolved quickly and professionally. Very respectful people and a pleasant stay.

Lovely clean rooms, kitchenette included, beautiful well kept grounds including pool, garden party type room perfect for hosting showers or intimate private events, and full bar (with popcorn, if you can get the machine working! ) Buffet style breakfast offered for additional fee on weekends. Had a lovely stay for a weekend wedding.

Gave away bride and grooms wedding room and their parents wedding room. When asked what they are going to do to fix this they responded”dispute the charges with your credit card company”. They literally ruined our friend wedding day. Do not book a room here. It may not be there when you return. Terrible customer service. Also shuttle never showed up for the wedding and was almost late!

Best location, value. And service for the area. Family run. Good breakfast. I've stayed here. For up to 3 months at a time. The beach is nearby as well as all the best restaurants in Connecticut. The train is also not far, and of course the all important city complex … is within walking distance. Near Westport. Once again best value if you want local flavor… lots of entertaining events right in the hotel occur daily… So. Norwalk Kids museum, aquarium, and fast limo service to NYC too. Good parking layout. Room Services and bar. Glass large conservatory accessible too… fancy suits. And outdoor seasonal pool. Steam shower and workout room. Coin laundry. Nice amenities and cleaning staff. Feels like home… especially room 500.

Me and 4 family had the pleasure of staying for nine nights in this beautiful hotel, from the minute we arrived we got a warm welcome, staff very friendly and helpful, rooms lovely and clean beds very comfy and lovely coffee machine in room, food was very good we had breakfast (pancakes and fresh fruit yummy) and bar food, really enjoyed our stay thanks to chris and betty for all your help and kindness to us all.

Had anniversary party here for my parents and it was great. Daisy was really helpful and including all the staff at the day of the party. Would definitely do it again!

This is not a 'big box' venue. If your looking for generic, stale, same old same ole… go somewhere else. The Norwalk in is run and owned by a wonderful Norwalk family giving the place a friendly personal touch. You actually feel like family when you make the Norwalk in your location for dinner, overnight accommodations, or a formal event. You week not be disappointed!

I recently stayed here and since the owners finished updating it, it is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are comfortable, clean and I felt a sense being at home. My experience with the staff was friendly and professional. I would recommend this place. It is worth the price, however the cost is still reasonable.

Tried to book a room for the weekend and made the reservation online for the current say by mistake. Immediatelyncalled the hotel. And no-one was able to help and switch the date. Tried contacting the manager and that led nowhere as well. After being told the hotel was sold out for the day I wanted I checked online again and there were several rooms available. It was as if no-one cared enough to help. Will never try to stay here again. Went to hotel 0 degrees of rt 7 and it was so much better with service, the room and the views.

I do not think this hotel is a 4 star. Outdated. The bathroom was falling apart Noise control (not enforced) … We heard Everything in the room next to us… They seemed to be having a party at 2am and it was very disturbing especially with 2 babie traveling with us. I requested a microwave for the room and it took a while to get it I had to call again to request it and once they brought it, it was dirty he had to leave clean it and bring it back … should have been cleaned prior. I booked two queen beds and we got two double beds. The mattress not comfortable but the comforter was nice. The toilet was like a public bathroom so loud the water pressure in the shower was sad The service and food at the restraunt was not of a 4 star hotel. Very disappointed. The food was horrible. Cheap… Cheap … cheap I only give 2 stars because at least it was clean (not including the microwave) and the young man in front that checked us out was helpful and very nice. Will not be staying here again.

Only stayed overnight. Had a single room with king size bed. The bathroom was a little dated but coworker stayed in another room that was all modern. Bar and restaurant on premises.

Gorgeous spot in a beautiful new England town. The staff was very helpful and gave lots of tips on local places to eat and visit. The room was recently renovated and felt like staying in someone's really nice guest room rather than a hotel. The beds were SO comfortable and the cover on top (a silver plush thing) almost made it into my suitcase I loved it so much. The hotel itself is gorgeous and was very upscale feeling while also being snug and comfortable. It was a perfect place to stay while on a weekend getaway and would be the perfect place for a wedding!

Stayed here recently on a trip and is a little bit from the downtown area. Still very nice hotel, and the neighborhood area around it allows for a good jog in the morning before the start of your day.

Clean room, friendly staff, very good price for area. Quaint clean vintage look. Across street from Titus Fisher Hospital, Burger King next door serves breakfast.

Had a block of rooms for my daughters wedding — reception & main ballroom was spectacular — from food decor & great staff (Ingrid, Jimmy & Lisa). Shuttles & accommodations went smoothly due to the greatness of the Front Desk (Adrian, Brian & Cashif). Sunday checkout had an slight issue due to that one woman at the desk, Betty, but didn’t let that spoil our fun. Kudos to all!

Went to a Gala there pleased to see ample free parking for the event regal entrance & staff were nice had a great time.

Absolutely stunning place, rooms are very comfortable, clean and high end. There is plenty of free parking, restaurant and bar onsite. The owner Chris is warm and accommodating. Highly recommended place to stay, awesome location to Wall St, Norwalk area bars and restaurants.

The room and bathroom were generally clean and the bedding appeared to be fresh. The beds and other furniture need to be moved so a thorough vacuuming can be done. Some lightbulbs are missing and some are burned out and need to be replaced. *Attention to minor cleaning details and hardware furnishings would bring a 5 star rating for this level of motel room. **Nice place for the price. ***Booking the room was simple!

We stayed here for five days while visiting family for Christmas in Bellevue. Unfortunately, Bellevue doesn't have any place worth staying unless you like sleeping in a dump. Our room was nice, but could use a deep cleaning. Some areas along the baseboards were a little dirty, but overall the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was updated and the shower worked well. The owners were very friendly. We would stay here again and would recommend it if you need a room in the area.

Had an amazing corporate function here. Lisa was beyond helpful and accommodating. Will be here again soon. Food, service and rooms were all first class.

Crazy not to stay here it's great value for the price. Very quiet, not fancy at all but very clean and comfortable.

Old rooms, nightmare bathrooms, this place is in serious need off an upgrade. When I sat on the bed I sunk 2 feet into the mattress. There is nothing charming or redeeming about this inn, if there was it died in the 90's. The banquet hall seems nice, but I'm not having a wedding, I just needed a place to stay. Better off at a chain hotel.

Went here for a baby shower that was brunch style. Nice venue. Food not so good… like I said we had brunch. Pancakes, bacon, eggs… etc. All tasted like it came out an old box in the back of the freezer.

We dealt with Lisa, who is in charge of booking events, and had one of the worst experiences of our lifetimes. Every step of the way, Lisa created hurdles for us which made organizing our event impossible. Normally venues want your business and will do everything they can to accommodate you, however they get so much of their business from regular meetings… they don't care ability weddings and other events. Once you sign a contact with her, she becomes a absolute maniac and wants you to pay for every little change. Every person in that venue is nice and respectable but her behavior with her clients takes all that charm away. I never wanted to write this review but she made organizing the function for our family event an absolute nightmare, sad to say but we will never hold an event here.

I attended a fundraiser for Hopalong Hollow, a rabbit rescue, at the Norwalk Inn and Conference Center. The Inn is beautiful, and the staff are very friendly. There were multiple events going on in different rooms, but the noise was contained well and didn't affect other events. It was a very lovely event, and I will keep an eye out for other events held here.

The rooms are clean and well kept‼️ All the staff is very friendly and accommodating. This is the best place to stay in Connecticut; especially if you plan to go into New York because It’s close to New York City; walking distance to town and less than 2 minutes from I95! I highly recommend the Norwalk Inn & Conference Center.

The Norwalk Rotary Club, of which I am a member, holds their weekly lunch meetings here and have done so for many years. The Inn's staff and owners are always extremely helpful and treat everyone like family. They host several non-profit civic groups throughout the week, and are the premier location for Chamber, political, family and wedding/anniversary events in Norwalk. They recently added a third floor to their facility, which increases the number of their upscale rooms, accessible through the mahogany and marble foyer, lobby and lounge. Booking a weekend stay, business conference, memorial gathering or wedding/anniversary celebration at the Norwalk Inn is the best you could ever ask for in the Norwalk area.

Update 10.13.17: I am a repeat customer! Once again, Norwalk Inn & Conference center did a fantastic job. Fast check-in, quiet room and a wonderful bed for a great night's sleep! The breakfast was delicious and the staff quite friendly. My go-to hotel for the Norwalk area. I highly recommend staying here. I stayed at the Norwalk Inn & Conference Center about one month (August 2017) ago. It was very short notice and I was an emotional mess at the time. The front desk was extremely compassionate and offered to help in any way they could. My hotel room & bathroom looked like it literally was just renovated. It over looked the courtyard and was extremely quiet. The bed was cozy and I had a great nights sleep. The location of the hotel is near everything in Norwalk. I would definitely return here, it felt a bit like home. :)

Although the appearance is beautiful and is not too outdated at all, the food that was served for brunch was absolutely disgusting. My family came here for my grandmothers birthday this passed weekend and my sister ordered eggs Benedict and the english muffin looked sad and as if it was bought from stop and shop, and instead of Canadian bacon they put a piece of ham on the bread. My cheeseburger came burnt with none of the things that I asked for on it.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was average, good eggs, but bacon was cold and limp. Biggest issue, particularly given conference center branding… the internet was lousy. I found it impossible to work remotely, losing the connection for a few seconds every 5 to ten minutes. Literally, I did better at the next fast food joint.

This was a nice property. My only complaint is that I was looking forward to using the sauna but it was closed for construction and this was not indicated on the website. The gym was very outdated at the time of my visit. The bar had good drinks and I enjoyed the chicken parm from the restaurant.

I recently stayed there during a business trip and it was wonderful. I was supposed to stay at the Marriott right up the street but they were overbooked and sent me to the Norwalk Inn, and I couldn't be happier that they did! When I first arrived I was a little skeptical but as soon as I walked in the people at the front desk greeted me and seemed to have already checked me in before I walked up to the desk. They were also overbooked so they upgraded me to their newly renovated third floor. When I got to the room, I walked in and felt as if I was in my bedroom at home! It was very clean and it smelled fresh. I went downstairs to Adam's Rib Restaurant and even though it was a little quiet (which I didn't mind) the food was to die for! I had a simple chicken caesar salad to start and I have to say, I didn't know how good a salad could get. For my main course I had the chicken and broccoli alfredo and that was even better than the salad. It was seasoned perfectly, it was creamy, the broccoli had a light crunch to it and the chicken was very tender. Before I went back to my room, I asked if I could get a wake up call and an early checkout. They called me at 5:00 am, on the dot, and let me check out ten minutes after that. I am very pleased with how my stay went and I will definitely be back soon! I would recommend this hotel to anyone that needs a place to stay whether on a business trip or vacation or just want a night away from the kids. This is the place to be!

I held my wedding here so if you're looking to hold your wedding there, make sure you read this! The planner that I worked with, Ingrid, was absolutely wonderful. She answered every question and worked with me day and night to make sure everything for the big day would go smoothly. NOW, the actual day. Ingrid works during the week so her counterpart, a tiny man with slicked back black hair, was the RUDEST man. My father bought these beautiful handmade champagne glasses from another country for my husband and I to toast to. This man offered to wash them, BROKE them, then claimed it wasn't his fault because "they were hot. " I kid you not, that's what he said. When I confronted him he wouldn't even apologize. Also, with about an hour left, the power went out. Honestly, it wasn't a big deal. We had a small wedding so most people were leaving at that time anyway but AGAIN, this "manager" came YELLING at our DJ, who has done multiple weddings there, turning something that wasn't that big of a deal into a scene. If you see this manager anywhere near your wedding, RUN. I want to say his name was Jimmy but I could be wrong. Our day would have been perfect if not for him. On the plus side, our food was delicious, people still compliment me on it, and the staff was very attentive. Our honeymoon suite that you get for the night when you have your wedding there was a spacious, comfy, and updated room.

First off, the man running the place called us multiple times at night and emailed us because he wasn't sure if we were coming. It seemed as if he were keen to give the room away, or maybe he was just desperate for business. The building is small and tucked back behind the main strip so it can be easy to miss. However, it is connected to a Burger King parking lot for easier access. The room wasn't dirty but it was kind of old and there were definitely some spots that were missed. Occasional cobwebs and there were also little gnats that seemed to come from nowhere and pester me. Not a ton of them but enough to bother me. The bathroom was small and the water pressure in the shower was slightly lacking in intensity. If you find a good deal, it's not a bad place to stay, but if you could find a bigger named business at a similar rate, then I would be more likely to take that place.

The location was a great choice for the fundraiser. Ample space and a friendly staff made for a great night. The food was delicious and the event a success.

Very friendly late night service. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. This Motel was great for our family. We choose this motel because its near by the Race Track. We had great time at this motel. The owner was great and rooms was neat, clean and well kept. I will come back again and recommended this hotel to my friends and family.

OK, so it's not a 5-star hotel, but I still give it 5 stars. For the price, this place can't be beat. Great staff (family run), super clean rooms, updated fixtures, and overall a super bargain. I stayed for 5 nights and would gladly do it again the next time I need a place to stay in the area.

Wonderful place to stay. I'm on the road a lot as a truckers wife and I see my fair share of rooms. This is by far one of the best I've seen for budget rooms! Very clean, smells good, updated in most things. Bed was decent and pillows were fluffy. It had a fridge and microwave. Flat screen TV. Bathroom was very clean! Floor grout was spotless and I wasn't afraid to go barefoot. Shower was shiny as well as the toilet. If you need a budget room with comfort and that's clean, this is your room.
