After almost 10 hours on the road we checked in and the place was filthy! Love Holiday Inn and want to give another chance but this wasn’t a good experience at all!

Check-In went smoothly & Jennifer was very accommodating for my husband, had COPD & can’t walk to far. She put us close to a elevator. Room was clean & beds & pillows were comfortable.

Everyone was very friendly. Breakfast was still available, unlike other hotels I've stayed in recently.

Angela was the best, so welcoming and friendly. The hotel was newly updated, and very cute. Really has all the little extras, love it.

The room was small but we were informed ahead of time it was an old micro-hotel. We only needed a place to sleep so we didn't mind. The staff was friendly, plenty of parking and it was clean! Breakfast was ok.

It's an old Microtel, but rooms were very recently renovated. I stay here frequently on business. Very clean place. Nice staff.

Nice accommodations. We were on a motorcycle and they had no problem allowing us to stay a bit longer as a weather alert was stopping g us from venturing out.

We had a great stay and appreciated Anna, who checked us in, set up breakfast in the morning, then checked us out. The rooms are newly renovated and very clean, as were all the common areas. Fully recommend.

We have stayed here during Shaker wood event. This is one of the best Quality Inn and Suites we have stayed since long time. Newly renovated hotel with confortable mattress. Nice hot water in shower. Morning breakfast was nice and fresh, saved 15 bucks eating in any restaurants. Last but not least they have such a wonderful staff. 10/10 for service. I would say this hotel in good hands. We will return next yr at shaker wood event and surely stay at this inn. Thanks for make our stay memorable.

Yes, the bathroom fan was too noisy to use (see the previous review), but our small queen room was cleverly designed to make good use of space. The place is clean, the staff is friendly. I would stay again.

One of the best Choice hotel in north Lima / Boardman Area. We are choice privilege reward members, always miss choice hotel near Boardman area and finally we have one now. Looks like newly and nicely renovated hotel. Bedding was simply amazing. Nice looking lobby and breakfast area. Breakfast was great and nicely stocked. I don't want to forget about staff. I must say they have amazing staff. Every staff members we met was amazing and polite. Felt like they just love what they entitle to perform. We will surely come back here and recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

I was very apprehensive about booking this hotel. Most Quality Inn's aren’t known for their ‘quality’ this one totally exceeded my expectations! We stayed the first weekend of June and would go back and stay here in a heartbeat! The hotel is totally renovated and is absolutely spotless and the price was VERY reasonable. The night manager Angela was sweet as pie and so accommodating to all my needs. The morning Manager, Anup was super nice as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

One of the best hotel in North Liam / Boardman. Our room was cleaner then hospital room. Spotless bathroom made me happy. Everything seems brand new. The best part was their staff. Extraordinary front desk and cleaning crew. You can see only smile on all of their faces. That made our day. We will surely comeback again. They are new in market. Give them a try. You will not regret.

One of the best hotel we came across. Staff of this hotel is just exceptional. Especially evening girl Angela and morning manager. Entirely renovated with all new bedding, new carpet, new furniture and bathroom. Simply love it. Hot breakfast made our morning. They earn our business for long period. Surely recommend to all our friends and families.

One of the best hotel in town. Seems like newly renovated. Everything was brad new. You can smell new stuff. Nice hot breakfast and excellent guest service. We will surely come back.

If I could leave less of 1 star I would. This MOTEL is trash. The shower has absolutely no water pressure. My TV doesn't have one clear channel. I call the front desk and say something and the response is mess with the cable in the back. If you need a place just for the night this maybe your stop. I would recommend a short drive for better stay.

Service at the front desk was great. The room was fairly small and we had a stain on our pillow case but this was not a deal breaker. Breakfast was okay for being included with the room.

We ere there for OAC tournament. This is one of the most memorable stay. Hotel staff was fantastic. Welcome us with very nice cookies and welcome beg. 1st impression was awesome. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Seems like they have just updated. Love the hot breakfast. Overall Stay was very nice. We will be back next yr. Thanks.

As of right now we are all going to bed with no showers becuz we have no hot water. We were told it was becuz excessive showers being used and in abt 30 min we should be good. Still ice cold. If I had somewhere else to take my family we would have left.

We were tired and stopped. The hotel was super nice and clean and restful. Beds were great and the pillows were even better. Would definitely stay again.

I like the improvements since becoming a Choice property BUT don’t stop improving. Stayed two different nights during thanksgiving weekend and the first room had a bathroom fan that was too loud to use. The second had a heater unit that only ran on high heat. Had to run it in fan only all night. And the TV remote did not work. The location is perfect for trips to visit our kids so I hope the property continues to improve. Thank you!

You get what you pay for—the rooms are clean and comfortable, but small and the bathroom amenities are pretty basic. The breakfast is mediocre at best (coffee was cold, eggs tasted like sponge), but the room was only $78 a night so no real complaints.

Very unhealthy, house keeping doesnt clean with gloves, they took over 900.00 off my credit card after I left, they go in rooms when customers isn't there. Drugs running thru the hotel, phones dont work & as of right now my bank is working hard in the fraudulent part getting my money back Please watch your credit & bank cards, they take small amounts… they dont clean the rooms as they should & re use sheets & blankets for next customer.

We were not sure what to think of the hotel when we looked at it online. As cheap as it was, we usually pay no less than $100 a night, but we decided to try it. We were very impressed. The manager was very nice. The room was very clean. I had no complaints about this hotel. Usually I always have complaints anywhere we stay, but not here. The breakfast was very good. Not elaborate, but just right. We will be staying at this hotel every time we are in the area, which is a few times a month. I am still surprised by the cost, because of how clean and nice it was. The Wi-Fi was very easy to use.

If you believe you must stay here, pay cash and leave no credit or debit card numbers. The manager, Shamra, is a thief. He debited my account for a night that I did not stay there and refused to return the funds. I have no choice but to file a police report to have my money returned. North Lima sorely lacks decent accommodations.

Whole place smelled. Rock hard beds. Continental breakfast not too bad though. Wouldn't honor coupon, said they don't accept them on weekends.
