I was in town for business. Entering a hotel with an inviting, beautiful lobby, fireplace burning and friendly faces was a pleasure. My room was spacious, clean and stocked with everything I needed. Dining experience was superb. I felt very safe as well. Numerous amenities to choose from. Thank you for a wonderful experience! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

As most of you may know I drive a 18 wheeler and there is a high wind warning until 3pm check out is 11am and the professional manager extended that to keep me safe! God Bless these beautiful souls!

Stayed here for a work weekend and we can not say anything more than amazing. Very patient and kind staff all very informative and helpful. Management is the best there is and alex was there every step of the way from check in to check out. Kris was awesome and man just wont stay anywhere else in the area.

Needed to switch my Honors Reservation from a nearby Hampton, front desk and Honors staff made it happen! 0 penalty and so easy to work with. Did I mention it was almost 4 pm? Hilton Honors Membership has been Amazing! Member since 2000!

This Hilton is fantastic like the other Hiltons I have stayed in. The rooms are huge, accommodating, comfortable, and the staff is always wonderful. We just checked out of there even though we didn't want to leave. The breakfast is delicious as always. We will definitely stay here when we come back. We came here from Pittsburgh to check out some wineries and bowling alleys. This Hilton is highly recommended like the other Hiltons I have stayed at. Keep up the great work!

I have been to several hotels throughout my life time. I can candidly say that Hilton Akron Canton Airport has been my best experience ever. The 5 day stay was beyond my expectations largely due to the very much attentive staff. They all go out of their way to make sure your stay is met with great comfort. The rooms are clean, quiet, and relaxing. Exceptional experience of warmth and comfort.

Nice spacious rooms. It is really clean, and taken care of. The rooms are beautifully appointed w/ microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and hairdryer. They have a nice pantry for snacks in the lobby, a bar and restaurant. Also dont forget the indoor pool, pool and workout room.

People there were very nice. I'm going to get there early next time, use the pool and hot tub.

It was a nice stay. Good breakfast. Not used to breakfast not being included. But they have a restaurant of sorts in the hotel. They serve breakfast and dinner. The price was $10 per adult and $5 per kid. They had good food and service. There was also a box they had with little trinkets for the kids.

Great staff. Nice rooms! Has room service, cook to order breakfast (an addition charge). Has microwave and mini fridge, Wi-Fi Flat screen TV, fitness center, business center, pool, hot tub-all that you typically need!

Really nice hotel, right next to Akron-Canton Airport. Very clean hotel & staff was very friendly! Restaurant on site & Cobb Salad was delicious! I would definitely stay again!

Everything was great except I booked a room with 2 queens and got a king with a sleeper sofa. They didn't have any other rooms available when I got there. The breakfast was very good. Everyone was very polite and friendly. Will stay here again. I just hope they give me the right room next time!

My partner and I love staying here. It's great for our little weekend getaways. Staff is wonderful and rooms are always A1. Pool and hot tub are clean and well maintained. Breakfast is delicious and their coffee is my favorite. Highly recommend!

Had a great time with my family over the weekend at this Hotel. The facility was very easy to see and navigate to from the highway. The team was very organized and friendly. Special thanks to the kitchen and bar teams for providing an extra special touch and making us feel at home.

This hotel is extremely nice! It's in a location that conveniently located near the airport. The lobby is well decorated and spacious, which works nicely for the delicious bunch that lasts until 12:00 PM. The staff was very helpful to me and shuttle service is available. The rooms are freshly updated and include Keurigs. I would it highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Canton. Also, the breakfast is EXCELLENT (made to order omelets, french toast, waffles and pancakes). It's WELL worth the small increase in room rate. Wi-Fi is free, a small convenience store is available and there's a hot tub/ pool inside. A nice patio with a fire pit is in the back after passing the bar.

I stay here often. The front desk staff has always been friendly and helpful each time I've been there. The rooms are large and clean, and the suites are inexpensive and a great value. They do provide earplugs at least for the rooms facing the highway, which is nice.

Decent size room and beds but poor customer service at first… Didn't like curtains because they don't provide enough privacy — sheers were the larger pieces in the middle and the heavy curtains only covered the sides — you could not pull them center. First day, our room was not cleaned and restocked with towels, etc. Also, we had issues with being double charged and then told it was not their problem take it up with the 3rd party. However, after speaking to manager Brianna, she cleared everything and apologized for the inconvenience. This was going to be a really bad review, but Brianna recovered nicely. Thanks!

The room and hotel itself was very clean and appealing. The staff was nice however didn't go out of their way to be overly friendly and welcoming. They seemed to be confused and wishy washy at times. We had asked for wash clothes and were told we had to come down and get them. They ended up bringing them to the room but didn't bring wash clothes just big bath towels. The breakfast situation is weird. You should get vouchers for each person in the room not just two for the room. Overall the stay was just ok.

My car broke down here and they were so nice to me. They let me park here and they even offered me water, the grounds were so well kept it was such beautiful scenery the trees were in bloom with pink flowers in the Flags were waving in the breeze.

The hotel is just before the Akron-Canton airport. The customer service is excellent. The breakfast was very good. The suite was clean and comfortable. Room service was quick and good.

Convenient location, close to the airport. Pleasant and helpful staff. Gym is very basic and swimming pool is very small for any decent swimming.

We came in as a group with a children's football league. The hotel was very clean, but the staff was not overly eager. Breakfast was not included, but looked fresh and inviting.

Friendly staff and very clean room. Only complaint was that hotel does not offer a free breakfast. Just a continental breakfast would be a nice gesture.

This hotel has a great location, just minutes from the airport! Friendly staff picked us up at the airport and shuttle bus to the hotel was clean and prompt! Free Wi-Fi was nice and the breakfast ($10) was good, try the fresh made omelettes! Our side of the hotel was pretty noisy in the night though because of the highway nearby, but they included earplugs so that's nice. I'd stay again and ask for a room on the non-highway side!

Have to say I had a good experience. The front desk personnel were great. Felica, a new person to the job, did a great job meeting any need or question I had. Waiter did a great job. Room was great. And the whirlpool/hot tub was awesome. Ty.

This place, like every Hilton Garden Inn, was clean, neat and orderly. The staff was great, the rooms were stocked with the essentials, and if you forgot anything, they probably have it behind the counter. Beds at this chain are always comfy… The one thing I thought I would regret going here for was it's proximity to the airport and interstate. Don't getme wrong, the convenience was great. But if you're in a room that backs up to the interstate, it's a little on the noisy side. HOWEVER… they put a pair of soft ear plugs on the nightstands for you, which was a really nice touch. Slept like a rock.

We came here before our high school team’s state title game and the staff was awesome. They understood that there were a lot of fans and they were here to have a good time. It’s been a long time since we’ve been treated this well!

I came for a professional seminar. The hotel was very clean with a nicely laid out lobby. The conference room was nice as well, bathrooms were clean. It was a pleasant experience.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and clean. I was concerned when I got to my room to find ear plugs on the night stand, but there were no noise issues that would have kept me up.

Good HGI. Very close to the airport — — basically on site. Also right off the highway. Generally a little less expensive than other HGIs. Buffet/cooked to order breakfast for about $14 with tip. Good beds and don't seem to hear the jets taking off at all.

Hotel is very modern with excellent rooms and facilities including a pool and exercise room. Breakfast and dinner are really good and they even have a bar to relax with family and friends. Near the Pro Football Hall of Fame!

Stayed here for work. The hotel has a good nightly rate with great accommodations. The room was nice and clean, and very comfortable to stay in. Would recommend this location.

Our stay was really great. We didn't take part in many of the extra amenities (ie. Pool, restaurant, bar, etc) but the experience was great overall. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Large in-room televisions. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Price is a littleore expensive that I think it should be, however. But overall, I recommend.

I was in a private suite for a professional consultation regarding legal matters for the morning and early afternoon. The hotel was accommodating with coffee and a table with which to set up and discuss. Very professional.

Nice clean an big rooms but $11 for breakfast an a $50 dollar charge for I forget the term she used is ridiculous so I paid an extra $100 for the two rooms an have to wait 3-5 days to get it back not sure I'd stay again.

I travel a lot. I mean a lot. And stay in a multitude of places. I don't generally like airport hotels but I must say these guys do a great job. It is simple and no fuss, but the food is fine, the gym pretty good, the spa was comfortable and everything works. They outdid my expectations which had been set pretty low by other airport hotels around the world but must say these guys are nailing it. Good service and the shuttle turned up on time.

The room was perfect! Great deal and great service. We were the for our daughter's competitive baton competition and my husband is an over the road truck driver… the manager was bert welcoming to him and letting him park his big roof on-site so he could attend. I would totally recommend them to anyone and definitely stay again!

Very convenient to CAK. The staff was very friendly. The hotel and room were clean and well maintained. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but there was a note in my room saying that new mattresses and box springs were going to be installed the next day. Missed it by that much…

Rooms were clean and well stcoked. There was nothing extraordinary about my stay here, but I have no complaints either. All of the basic amenities were provided. The bed had adjustable firmness which was nice. Plenty of lamps and outlets. They could have provided more than 2/cups of coffee, but otherwise it was a decent trip.

Great hotel which looks brand new. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great location as its a stones throw from the airport and a short drive to the hall of fame. Highly recommended if in the Canton area and/or flying in and out of the airport. Will definitely be staying here again.

The staff here are honestly the most helpful and best ambassadors for their town I've encountered at a Hilton property. And we stayed exclusively at Hiltons from Kansas City through Denver, Colorado Springs, Santa Fe and Tulsa. They were all lovely, but the staff here is aces. I was scheduled to take off from Akron-Canton on a late flight to Charlotte when the engines wouldn't start. I was booked a hotel here by the airline and they were timely in sending their shuttle solely for me, checking me in quickly, offering me a free bottle of water, providing me with a phone charger, and offering me both a wake up call and shuttle ride in the morning. They were the friendliest, most helpful staff at a hotel I have ever had. It was a nice change from dealing with air travel issues.
