The GM Nellie is a pleasure to speak with and the crew members are very respectful rooms are kept clean along with the lobby. Will recommend to anyone. Thank you for a wonderful stay and look forward for another one.

Rooms weren't very clean. Facilities are ok, pool didn't look clean either.

Nocated in Napoleon, OH on Bonapart Rd. Great, knowledgeable service provided by front desk. Morning breakfast attendant was chearful and ready to assist. The room was very fresh smelling and clean. Well maintained.

Nice place to stay. I have been here like three times so far and it is always clean, they have a nice staff. Great bedrooms, decent bathrooms, good breakfast. So I would say it’s a 5 star overall.

Everything was great. Water pressure could have been better but overall highly satisfied.

Room was fine, although not set up for the amount of people we had staying in the room (which were all registered). I. E. Not enough towels, sheets, pillows. It seemed to be putting the staff out to have the items brought to our room.

I am a choice privalge memeber and stay at all Comfort Inn and Suits when I travel. My room was cozy and clean, as I would expect. Location for this hotel is great, close to shopping, resteraunts and minutes from neighboring Wauseon. The accommadations are reasonably priced. I will be a returning customer whenever in the area.

Clean rooms and good service. Furniture is a bit dated, but staff was very helpful.

Wi-Fi is a little weak. However, the room was very comfortable and the staff was incredibly accomadating and sweet! I would stay here again.

While traveling with my company for work we stayed here the room was nice and clean front desk staff was very inviting I have no complaints.

Stained bed linens. Mysterious brown glob on a headboard. Both the room & the public breakfast area were very cramped. Cable reception in the room was in and out. I've had many complimentary breakfasts at similar hotels and this was by far the worst, taste & texture.

Hot tub was closed for repairs, they failed to clean our room the first day, and our credit card information was stolen. Read where that happened to 10 other people in the same time frame! Staff was not very sympathetic when we brought the issue to their attention. Used to stay here all the time when it was Holiday Inn. Sad to say the experience has gone down hill.

Comfy bed. Clean room. Nice front desk people, mostly. Meager breakfast. Broken hot tub. Shrubs need trimming. The entry way smells like an ashtray.

10 people in our group that has stayed there has had their credit cards hacked. Calls to corporate headquarters and the hotel itself have not been helpful and corporate denied that it could be a problem with the hotel and the hotel "cleaned their computers". We were encouraged to contact our CC company's and dispute charges (no kidding). This has been a huge hassle with not much empathy. Beware with your CC with any of the comfort inns or even the choice hotel chain. They didn't seem to care much about situation. That is how I felt anyway. I also told the corporate representative that I was going to post this review. She then asked if there was anything else she could help with!

Has parking for towing boats and rigs. Clean. Nice pool. Simple but nice breakfast. Easy to find. Cost was better than most.

Nice place to lay your head for a few nights. Pool is in great shape. Management needs to ask guest not to smoke right at the entrance. We had to walk through a group of folks smoking when we checked in.

I had a work meeting there. There were no issues and the staff was pleasant.

Bottom floor, room was well put together. Good service, but breakfast closed at 9:30 which was fairly early. Very nice for the price.

I stayed at the hotel for my brother's wedding recently. My biggest complaint comes after my stay when I noticed that the hotel had charged my card for the room after I had already paid when booking with Hotwire. Now, 2 weeks later, after I have repeatedly called the hotel to reverse the charges they have not. I was told the first 2 times I called that the charges would be reversed and now after the 3rd call I was told that I would have to call Hotwire and sort the problem out myself. Talk about incompetent. The managerial staff is making me run around and make phone calls to solve their error. Extremely unprofessional. I will never be staying at this hotel again.

Michael was at the front desk when I checked in, and he was so friendly and easy to talk to! He helped me change my reservation details with a smile on his face, and he even brought me directions to a local place I had inquired about! He has wonderful customer service and the right heart for hospitality. Thank you Michael! The room was comfortable (the sheets weren't the highest of thread counts it felt, and that's coming from someone who is not a snob haha) but it was still clean and comfy. We had a room with a Jacuzzi Tub and that was wonderful. I will be sure to stay here again the next time we are meeting in the middle!

The staff here is amazing, specifically Christopher. He was more than helpful when we had some issues with the people we were staying with. This makes me want to stay here again if we were in the area again.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and they had breakfast. Had a pool but didn't get an opportunity to partake. We would definitely stay there again.
