We recently had my daughters birthday sleepover here. We booked two rooms for the night. The staff couldn’t be more accommodating if they tried! They were so kind and thoughtful and never put out. The pool was fun for the girls and the breakfast buffet was a great way to send them all home. It was a great experience. Thank you to the staff!

We had a great room. Very clean and comfortable. We will stay there again next time we visit Medina.

The beds are so freaking comfortable! The space of the room. The air control/flow is great.

Staff are wonderful and professional.
Rooms are clean. Amenities are great, they have thought of everything.

Great hotel. Very clean and well designed with quality materials. Decent beds, direct TV in rooms with microwaves and fridges. But their breakfast is actually the best part it tastes like it's all home cooked. The biscuits and gravy are probably some of the best I've had and their bacon is legitimate bacon, tastes like what you would get from a restaurant. Bravo Holiday Inn! This is the best 3 star hotel we have ever stayed in.

Everyone associated with the hotel is great! They could not have been more pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and very well set up. We will definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed at this HIE 7 or 8 times and it is the best Express that I’ve ever stayed at. To my knowledge, it’s the nicest one in Ohio. The staff is awesome, the rooms are awesome, and the area is very nice and safe. I LOVE this hotel but would not recommend because the more people that stay here, the higher the rates are, lol. ;)

We were traveling from Southern Ohio to New York and we decided to stop around half way and settled on sleeping Medina. We first stopped at the Hampton and they didn’t have any rooms open & recommended this Holiday Inn and boy, am I glad. Check in was super painless, even at 11:30pm. The rooms were fairly tight but was very up to date. Huge tv, very clean room, and the lighting in the bathroom was phenomenal. Breakfast was very good compared to some hotels that I’ve stayed at. +1 on the Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls as well! We will most certainly stay here again if ever in the area.

Comfortable beds and nice lobby. Free coffee and Wi-Fi as well as TVs in lobby area for guests. Prices are a little high for a Holiday Inn in Medina.

Clean and modem room. Could have had a better outside sitting area. Close to stuff and easy access from freeway.

Great hotel. Super clean. Close to interstate. One of the nicest holiday inn's that I've stayed in lately. Even had a great breakfast bar with cinnabon rolls!

Everything about the rooms is fantastic and so is the service. Location is decent. Near a few bars and places for food, but could be better. Still, being away from the main road reduces noise at night which is a plus. Only real complaint was that the Wi-Fi was painfully slow at some points. Would be 5 stars otherwise.

Really friendly staff. Gotta love the Midwest! The hotel is what you'd expect from a holiday inn. It's clean and modern and really nice. The free breakfast is great too. Hot bacon, eggs and coffee!

Great location closer to 71. Lots of restaurants near by. Very friendly staff! The rooms are so comfortable and clean! Breakfast is delicious. Love the coming rolls. Even though I don't particularly like the kuerig machine in the room… I know a lot of folks who would love that.

The best Holiday Inn I’ve ever stayed at. Helpful staff, nice design, very clean, and most of all there’s no signs of bed bugs. I’m very happy.

The hotel staff was very helpful. We were stranded after being in an accident on a long road trip. The hotel picked us up in the shuttle and were very helpful and empathetic. I was very happy with our room and the kids were happy and comfortable. Thank you!

Much better than Hampton inn up the road. Rooms are cleaner, beds are more comfortable, choice of firm or soft pillows. The breakfast is slightly better, the exercise room is better. The rooms here have an extra sliding door to keep out hall noise, and the window shades seal out all outside light. Sliding glass door shower, no crappy curtains to deal with. Staff is nicer (and better looking! Hey-o). If you are staying in Medina, stay here. You won't be disappointed.

Everything was new and clean, staff was very nice, food and amenities were great.

The hotel is boutique style, it has clean lines, updated furniture and amenities. The staff was extremely helpful, and they had a top notch Continental style breakfast.

Rooms are well appointed and clean. Outlets well positioned. Free hot breakfast is awesome and saves lots of time. Also, my daughter left her Teddy bear in the room when we left. They contacted me when it was found and mailed it to our home. Overall very pleased.

Newly built with contemporary design. Room was quiet and clean. Nice choices for breakfast and eating area. Would definitely recommend.

Very clean, comfortable room. Attractive, modern decor and well-appointed lobby. I love the indirect uplighting in the room and the chaise lounge chair.

Just a pefectly run hotel. Clean, super clean rooms and great customer service-especially Jessica. What a sweet heart.

Rooms could use some maintance, carpets were dirty. More expensive then other options available in the area and they were not pet friendly. We will continue to stay at their competitors.

Hotel was nice, room was clean and looked updated. USB charging outlets, couch with adjustable laptop stand was useful. Overall great staff and stay.

Currently spending the night at the Hotel basically to sleep at (checked in 9:40pm) & get back on the road in the morning. Upon check in we were informed that the shuttle could take us to a local bar / line dancing place but we couldn't be picked up until after 1:00am because the shuttle (included with our stay that's also included in our price) is rented out by a wedding party. Then after asking about how that's possible we were that we COULD be picked up. We then called around 12:10am & asked for the shuttle to be sent. Jessica informed me yet again that the shuttle can't pick us up until after 1am because of the wedding party. After telling her that we were told we could be picked up & I asked how can you rent a shuttle out for the entire hotel to someone else I was then told by her the shuttle isn't part of our stay & it ends at 11pm. After asking why she offered to pick us up at 1am if the shuttle ended at 11pm there was silence on the phone. I ended the phone call with asking for her managers name. We then had another guest in our party call & speak to Mac who said the shuttle would be back within a half hour or so & we asked "who sends a shuttle a half hour away? " Then Mac asked us to wait while he talked to the shuttle driver WHO WAS STANDING RIGHT NEXT TO HIM, then informed us he would be over within a few minutes. Bob who picked us up was VERY nice & accommodated us & made sure we were happy with our stay & thanked us for selecting Holiday Inn.

Very clean and quiet. The sliding door between the main part of the room and th he foyer & restroom area was nice.

Excellent place to stay. Rooms are nice and clean, staff are friendly and the free breakfast is exceptional. Probably the best hotel breakfast I've had in years.

Staff were all very courteous, polite, friendly & helpful. Very accommodating! Rates were decent! Apparently a recent refurb. As it was vey well maintained, very clean & updated. Room was excellent, spotless & fresh! Plenty of amenities. The gym equipment was new, worked & in excellent condition! Towels bright white & fluffy! Best HIE & Suites we have stayed at in awhile! I am still not a fan of hotel breakfasts. But my husband was satisfied with cereal, yogurt and fruit.

The facility was clean, in excellent condition and had a number of amenities that went beyond the norm. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and the bathroom was modern and very clean. The location was easy to get to and very close to many attractions. Whenever I return to Medina, I will stay here.

Updated Holiday inn, our room was clean and had the largest flat screen I have seen in a HIX. The staff were friendly and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

The staff here is super friendly and very helpful. I stayed in March of 2017 and the hotel was built in June 2016 so everything is very well decorated and stocked. I had a great experience and would highly recommend anyone stay here. The automatic pancake maker was quite the experience for my 3 and 5 year old — fun times!

We had to stop here on our way back from Knoxville because it was snowing so bad. The front desk lady (Chrissy) was very nice and got us checked in quickly. Super clean rooms, very comfy. Very nice continental breakfast. Glad we stopped here.
