Management needs to get out of their chairs and walk around the building once in awhile. Sticky garbage water was all over the hallway floors for days. When they did finally try to mop it up, they just slopped way too much water all over, but didn't actually clean up the sticky mess. Didn't put down wet floor signs in the stairwell. Definitely a liability. Rooms were really nice, breakfast was great, not pet friendly.

I have stayed with my wife in a king bed room and was very pleased. The AC keeps the room very cold during the summer, and the rooms themselves have been cleaned. The service has been great with the workers being very friendly and always smiling and saying hi. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Pleasantly surprised at the quality of the service & public areas of the hotel. The concierge, Janet, was quite friendly and accommodating, especially considering it was late in the evening. The complimentary breakfast was better than expected with many various options. Room was relatively clean with the exception of the tub/shower. Functional, affordable, friendly. Ask for different discounts available (AAA, AARP, veteran, etc. )!

The place was just like the photos! VERY clean. The staff was very friendly. They moved the breakfast area upstairs so that is the only photo I have seen that is slightly different. Put it on our list of places to stay.

Horrible Experience. I will never come back here. I asked for an upper room but wasn’t informed until I checked in that rooms with King Sized beds are only available on the first floor. I knew this was going to be a problem being as I’m a light sleeper. This hotel wasn’t booked at all which confuses me why we had to have a person above us. The person above us woke every morning at 5am and walked around like he/she had cement blocks on his/her feet. It wasn’t until he/she lefts the room or took a long shower (which I could hear too) that I was able to drift back to sleep. At this point I’m completely over it. If It wasn’t for my spouse I would have left the first day.

Price was the only good thing about our one night stay. The heat/a. C. Doesn't know the difference between too hot and too cold. I chose to sleep with it too cold over sweating all night. Shower wouldn't get hot, had to take a cold one, the ceiling above the shower was untreated drywall, and the shower drain didn't drain. I forgot my hair dryer and the provided one's case is shattered. I needed to get ready for a funeral and I'm going chilled with wet hair thanks to this room. I won't ever come back. I stay in hotels in Maumee often because I visit my family here and this has been by far my worst hotel. Stick to the holiday inn.

Great experience. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Rooms were clean and nice. Would definitely recommend this hotel to people.

Great staff, great location, beds are beyond comfortable. Breakfast is good.

Good amount of breakfast food choices and nice and clean. We enjoyed the room with three beds since three of us were sharing a room. Thought they could have given our school a better price per room on block of rooms for 3 days.

Really inconvenient for many people not to have a working Ethernet connection. The Wi-Fi is to slow for some applications. If the rooms have Ethernet ports, they should work!

Front desk staff was warm and welcoming the location was very clean and professional.

This place is clean and pet friendly. The breakfast (6:00-9:30am) is a bit Spartan, but everything was fresh. Unfortunately the building was a bit squeaky, enough to wake us up in the night. The staff was very friendly.

Stayed here a number of times on the way to Great Lakes. Comfortable and clean accommodation, good breakfast.

A decent comfort in location, generally clean and well maintained. The woman who checked new in was nice, and courteously checked in with us each time we returned from an outing to make sure everything was going well. My one real complaint was noise — specifically noise from upstairs that carried into my room (101). It didn't sound like the people up there were having a wild party, just walking around. The problem was that something about how the place is built made it so there were noticeable "cracking" sounds as someone walked across the floor up there. It wasn't clear if it was from the room above ours, or the breakfast prep area on the second floor. I'm not sure if other rooms would have this problem, or only this one. I'm about that I didn't complain because we were already tired and settled into bed before we heard this, but we heard these sounds a few times through the night, which woke me up a few times. If seemed like a nice location in so many ways, but I'd suggest that you avoid room 101.

This is a nice hotel in it's price range. Clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. It is near stores, service centers and restaurants. I would stay there again were I in the neighborhood.

Maid came in mid sesh. Decided to help, much appreciated. Partners left satisfied. 10/10 would rec.

Sleazy Indian owned old hotel. Stay away at all costs, there are plenty of other hotel options in the area. Tried to charge my company extra for normal cleaning duties. Spend your money elsewhere.

The Comfort Inn was really quiet nice. The rooms appear to have been updated recently. Everything was clean and in really good condition; nice, modern designs. The front desk receptionist was amazing and provided excellent recommendations for dinner and the movie theater and explained all of the normal things that you seem to have to hunt for at times (Wi-Fi information, pool, breakfast area, etc). The breakfast was good for a continental breakfast with two different types of waffle batter to choose from as well as biscuits and gravy. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean with good shower pressure and temperature. I really don't have anything negative to say about this hotel. I would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling through this area as it was extremely easy to get to from the Interstate.

The hotel has a friendly staff, nice, clean and comfortable rooms. There is plenty of food options within walking distance.

No frills, but no real complaints. Clean. Easy check-in. Convenient location. Coffee wasn't great, but I had a peaceful, although short, stay.

Nice place clean workers are nice are nice and a pretty good breakfast. Its next to a lot of restaurants like red lobster etc Kroger across the street nice quick stay.

This hotel is a great value with very nice rooms! And they accept pets, which is why we chose this location as a stopover on our cross country trip.

Stayed at this location for the weekend of NTPA Tractor pulling competition in Bowling Green, OH. Good price, clean and well taken care of.

Good location and clean. I can count on the comfortable bed and nice pillows, which is why I choose Comfort Inn for some of my travels. Accomodations are usually exceptional, in this price range. This facility is older and has older furniture, but is pretty nice for a 2-3 star hotel. My customer service experience was better here, than my stay at The Renaissance a few months ago in Chicago.

Air quality not so good. Everything feels damp. Breakfast is OK needs some crust options. Location is good.

The lady at the front desk was very nice, rooms were clean, bathroom was clean, no complaints it was quiet. Kids got up had breakfast and went to the pool before we left everything seemed to be clean and nice and quiet I would stay here again.

Good value overall but you generally get what you pay for. They cut corners in the oddest ways. Tiny pillows. The beds are not even queen sized (possibly smaller than full). No hot tub in the pool area. Unusually small shampoo (even for a hotel). The breakfast was the typical waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels and such.

If you're looking for a quick stay, this place has the basic things you'll need. However I wouldn't stay more than one night. The staff were helpful and pleasant, but if they recommend you to stay near the stairs (since it leads directly to parking) on either floor, just know that you may hear lots of guests coming in and out or simply talking outside the entrance. Again this is a place for an affordable and short stay. The Breakfast is free, but very basic (cereal, toast, fruit, pastries and yogurt) and the decor is gloomy (as of May 2016). Yet, the Free-Wi-Fi, TV and many choices of restaurants nearby are reason enough to stay here.

First I ordered a room for May 8 to May 9 and the site booked me two days earlier for a Fri to Sat stay likely at a higher price. The clerk was good enough to give me my intended night at no additional charge — only I still dropped 200 on a jacuzzi suite that had a broken jacuzzi and old coffee in the coffee maker. Thanks a lot.

Staff was friendly. Fairly quiet at night… overall a good option for a place to crash if passing through.

The staff was all very helpful and nice. Live the pool warm pool room and the water was great. Clean and quite.

It was horrible due to the heat not working and management staff being very rude and unprofessional no elevator or handicap accessible entrance or exits house keeping did a half job and didn't clean everything my wife kids our friends and I couldn't enjoy Valentine's Day weekend 2/12/2016 when bringing matters to managements attention I was told you can get another hotel I would not recommend this hotel but the breakfast room staff is excellent just everyone else was rude and unprofessional if the breakfast room staff worked everywhere it would be great.

Not sure what the Clinton guy was talking about Indian owned? It's nice hotel. For $64 you can't go wrong. Recently renovated. Beds are super comfortable. It does have flat screen tvs. I'd definitely recommend to people who aren't complainers. Only gripe is that for someone who plays xbox or ps4 you have to call a number and they direct you too a website to pay for Internet for gaming. I've never had a hotel do this. It should be included in the stay.

The staff are just rude! Especially the one that's in there for breakfast in the morning. I had my plate taken away, and I wasn't even done yet!

Horrible indian owned hotel. Stay Away! Found a Stink Bug crawling on the ceiling. The climate control unit and microwave unit didnt work for 2 days and the staff wouldnt let me switch rooms. My key cards were not programmed right. The breakfast. You will be better off going to McDonalds up the street. The housekeeping service was substandard. I had to suffer the place for a week because my company chose the location. Business travelers should go across the street to the Hampton. They even tried extorting my company an additional $100 for normal cleaning duties. Again Stay Away! There are plenty of alternatives in the 3 block area. I will be writing a review on every possible site to get the word out about this shaddy operation.

I liked all the places we stayed at, but I can't remember any of them. This was one of them and was nice. If it's where I think it might have been then the breakfast was very nice. If not, then I'm not sure.

The saltwater pool is fantastic! Great service too. Despite being an older property than the Comfort Inn & Suites just across 20, this is affordable, clean and well managed. Ideal for those who are not business travelers and just looking for a standard room. Schlotzky's Deli and Tony Packo's are also just south of the hotel respectively.

Great stay comfortable rooms indoor pool great parking check-out is at 11am room service knocking at my door at 9:20 am. I am resting up for a 8 drive hour drive home!

Outstanding service! Was supposed to checkout and my son was sick. They let us stay until 3 pm for no extra charge so he could rest while we waited for his sister to be done with her competition at 4. Hotel conditions were good as well.

My second time staying here my stay was so relaxing and me and my husband slept like babies in the bed was so heavenly but this time I was rite by the pool and it was a little noisy compared to the the first time was on the 2 nd floor but would still recommend this hotel to my friends :)

I feel so rested the beds are heavenly! N the kids love the swimming pool… n the summer my g babies run wild n the huge backyard.

My mother and I stayed here in early spring. Our room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. They had a heated indoor pool that was very clean although I didn't get time to use it. The breakfast in the morning was great. That had scrambled eggs, Sausage gravy and biscuits, make your own waffles, great selection of donuts and filled sticks. Lots of cereals, milk, and juice. I will make this my preferred stay while in Toledo from now on. The price is great for all you get.

Nice hotel. Staff are very friendly. Easy check in/out. Clean rooms, LCD TV's, good water pressure, and plenty of hot water. Never made it to breakfast, so I can't review that. Didn't make it to the indoor pool, but it people were in it, so it must be ok. Several bar, restaurant, and gas station options within walking distance. I've stayed here 3 times in the last month and would certainly stay here again.

Staff checked us into an uncleaned room. Smells of smoke. No elevator.
