God place, especially for the price: very nice personnel, great room furniture, all clean and OK. Can recommend but do not rely on a "breakfast included" — it is VERY humble breakfast. All other bells and whistles that requires by stranger that needs to have some rest — definitely OK.

If you have a navigation system, finding the hotel should be no problem, but otherwise you will need to be very careful as the hotel is a bit hidden at street level. Once you arrive there is only a single way in or out of the building through a ten by ten lobby that looks like it was last updated in the 70's. That will be a theme throughout the building as the whole hotel, cheap flatscreens and Wi-Fi not withstanding, feels very dated. Also worth noting is that whether you are on the ground or second floor you will be required to climb a short staircase (would not want to make the climb with a wheelchair) and a very narrow hallway. Inside the rooms are fine. The beds are comfortable, I actually found the pillows to be just about perfect, but the sheets were a bit stiff and scratchy. The AC is newer than the rest of the building, but still old enough it struggled to get the temperature from 80 down to 70. The bathroom had been updated with a new quartz sink, but the counterspace is only sufficient for one person. As a place to sleep for the night it was ok and was right next to several fast food places and a gas station, so if I had to spend the night again I wouldn't be mad but it wouldn't be my first choice of hotels.

I was very impressed with this hotel! I paid $132.48 for two nights, which I had no problem paying at all! It was a very nice room, I love the Amish picture above the bed with the horse and buggy! I feel it's in a very convenient place. They also had free breakfast, which I didn't eat but it was still there! The staff was very friendly! There also wasn't a problem with me being 19 and checking in. Everything was very fast, and it was a great stay! If I'm back in the area and I need a hotel, I will definitely be returning!

Worst Experience Ever! This room was dirty! There was hair, pet food, ashes and mold all over this room! The only reason we even stayed was because I ripped the beds apart and didn't find anything in the beds! Otherwise this hotel was gross! Housekeeping needs retrained! In fact this entire hotel franchise needs a retraining in hospitality and cleanliness!

FALSE ADVERTISING Smoking room with no ashtray. No refrigerator or microwave as advertised. Furniture old and worn out. Pics show updated rooms. Not the case. Would not recommend to anyone Over priced for what they claim to have.

Rooms are nice. I wasn't the guest but my mother in law was. Location is close to many places to eat.

I've stayed at this particular motel several time over the past 23 years. It's still a decent place to stay. Although, the prices are a bit steep given the dated interior.

Never again stayed there five nights and two of the nights after working 12 hours I come back to my room and had to go to the front desk to have my heat turned back on. They have a switch at the front desk that they flip on and off. Everything is on a timer besides the lower plug beside the fridge. Plus my window didn't lock and I was on the ground floor they had a stick wedge in it. The toilet was ready to fall over and the room definitely could have been cleaned a lot better. Never again just saying. One unhappy guests.

Came here during a snowstorm. This motel was a good value. The lobby was decent and clean. The reception was friendly. The room was clean.

As soon as you walk into the entrance it reeks like an ashtray. Gives you an instant feeling of a dirty environment.

Good place for over night stay. I will say okay for family. It was me and wife staying there. They will match online price. That way you don't have to deal with anything online. Front desk lady was really great.

Charged me twice for a room. Asked for them to produce any receipt that would say I agreed to a two night stay, there was no receipt available. I stayed for the me night. Called and argued with a man with thick accent and got nowhere. Needless to say they illegally ran my card two nights in a row for two different amounts and said it was my fault.

The room smelled like weed… the carpet was dirty… the room was hot and would never cool down… STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!

While the suite had nice large main rooms the, the bathroom tub/shower was a little small (not big enough for two). The floor had several uneven areas which might create a tripping hazard. Neither TV remote had batteries (didn't check at front desk for any). The TV's had rather small screens for the size of the rooms, additionally the bedroom TV was at an odd angle to the bed and when turned on manually you couldn't change the channels. There was a burned out light in the bedroom. Several of the appliances were unplugged. You had to go all the way to the front door to turn the sitting area lights on and then wait another ten minutes for the lights to reach full intensity.

I was very upset with my stay. The only good thing about my stay was the night staff lady who checked us in. She was very friendly. Unfortunately it went down hill from there. There were dried buggers in the shower, a molded filter in the coffee pot, my comforter was dirty, and blood splatter on my wall. When we went down to breakfast my children had to drink coffee because both the juices were out and the milk had been out too long and was spoiling. The lady at the counter was too busy on her phone and handed us a business card to call the manager on Monday. When we did he was very rude and disrespectful. He said there was nothing he could do and hung up on us. I Will NEVER stay here again.

If I could do a 0 I would. Smelled like weed the entire stay, rooms were trashy, could hear everything literally from hallways and people in rooms, staff sucked, opened my door at 8 in the morning for "room service" I yelled no thank you and he still came in and slammed the door when he walked out. I know he could hear me yelling no and he came in anyway. Breakfast was small and none of it was even decent. Milk was warm. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. And I won't ever stay here again.

There was hair in the shower. Also when we pulled into the parking lot a dude was just laying in the parking lot. Looking up at the sky. Just chillin'. (He was alive) There's a sketchy store across the road, uh, I don't want to say what it was. We didn't have a refrigerator or microwave. We met only one worker and she was nice. Uh yea. That is all.

At this price point, excellent. Clean renovated room. Nicely decorated. Comfortable bed and pillows. Greeted by the most pleasant, Gaynelle. Would definitely return.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. The room was adequate for the price. Always concerned about parking and there enough room for the vehicles I drive. Overall was a good place to stay.

It was really clean and nice. Staff was pleasant.

Rude Indian Manager Upfront. Everyone Else Was Standup Nice. He Ruined Our Trip.

Horrible service the key wouldn't open to our suite door had to get a new room which was smaller and down graded after 20 minutes and then when we walked into our room there were dirty towels on the floor used soap and used bottles of shampoo all over the bathroom sink the refrigerator did not work there were black pubes on our bed on white sheets and there was soft spots where the floor was starting to cave in! Nerever again worst hotel experience and check out was at 11am but our room key stopped working before 10am… which made it extremely difficult to lug our stuff back down to the car with a baby we had to take turns while one of us held the door while the other made a few trips down stairs to the car.

Room was ok. Breakfast was good, coffee not so much. Breakfast area was shoehorned into front lobby with only a couple of tables…

They accommodated us with the room we desired and had a good breakfast selection, but the room temperature was controlled with a window unit that was not on when we got there so we had to wait for our room to cool down. Along with the mini fridge in the room was not plugged so that had to cool down before we could use it. The hallways also reeked of cigarettes.

The rooms were clean, and much better than the previous hotels we stayed at along our trip. The price was cheap and well worth it. They had great breakfast ready before most hotels! Not only those factors, but the staff is also very friendly.

Clean friendly staff especially the front desk lady I think her name was Cindy. They have a waffle machine that makes more then 1 kind of waffle which was awesome. Over all I stayed 4 nights at a great price and in a comfortable clean room. You can't beat that. My only complaint is there needs to be more then just the small bathroom trash can in the rooms.

Stayed Feb. 26/15. Came in late — midnight. Did the rounds at the rest of the hotels in Mansfield, all at $100+ (tax in). Super 8 offered a twin room for $64.00 (tax in with a small discount for AARP) Rooms had been renovated, fairly recently; fresh paint, and an actual effort at some form of moderate decoration — new bed covers, new beds (nice and firm), good pillows, updated tile bathroom floors, two-tone wall paint, etc. Don't get me wrong, it's not the Waldorf-Astoria, but it is clean and quiet, reasonably well decorated for a budget motel, with a reasonable breakfast (waffle-maker), and a price that's 40% less than the competing hotels located within a stones throw. All in all, a decent deal for a tidy highway side hotel. My room number was 208.
