The staff was so very nice! The room was very clean & the bed so comfortable. Breakfast was superb with a wide variety of foods.

Seemed like a decent hotel for an overnight stay. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was decent, but nothing to write home about. Bottled water cost $3 per bottle though, which is atrocious!

We visited the Hampton Inn Washington Court House on our way to vacation. It was a nice hotel. The beds were comfortable. My only complaint is they put a $50 hold on my cc for a $3 bottle of water with out telling me first.

Pros:: Very quiet and comfortable beds. Cons: Lobby is unwelcoming, dim, and musty smell. Noticed the counter and pics had been wiped with what appears to be a dirty cloth leaving smearing behind. The room smelled musty as well. Bathroom appeared clean until I wiped water from off floor and towel used was very soiled from wiping floor. Gatorade bottle found between nightstand and bed. The pool is a very important part of our stay and was very disappointed when the pool walls and bottom appeared dirty and wete slimy to touch. My dtr was unable to swim. I was very disappointed w this stay. I did not even attempt trying the breakfast. I usually am very pleased with Hampton, but will consider visiting another outlet mall in the future.

The beds aren't very comfortable. The windows everywhere are cloudy and unclean. The breakfast area is just sad. The orange juice tasted horrible. Very little choice in what you get. Our key had to be taken back down twice to be recoded when we first got in. Keeping in mind it was late when we arrived and we were all tired. Definitely not worth the money.

Nice facility with mediocre breakfast. Parking is far from the room. Poor customer services at the Front desk for check in and out. Staff hides in the back playing on his phone instead of posting at the desk. It took us a good 20 minutes to get their attention.

Only a very short stay but fascilities we're very clean, bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything worked well in the room. The TV was much larger than it needed to be which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, good experience.

Could use a little polish. Cover plate missing in bathroom, bottom of door damaged, discolored door handle. Walking distance to restaurants and outlet mall.

This hotel has one pack-n-play. Better hope you are the only guest that needs one when you stay here. Crossing my fingers that we are the "lucky" ones this weekend. Ridiculous!

Clean. Well maintain building. Newer rooms. Overall it was a hotel I could go to again.

Stayed one night. Great value and super clean room. Could use grippers on bottom of tub and a grab bar for safety but no complaints. Amber checked us in. Pleasant and friendly. Continental breakfast was good.

Visited during a remodel. Not the best stay. The hotel itself was nice. Bed was really comfortable but the noise and mess left by the workers during the remodel was annoying.

Clean and quiet. Easy access on and off of US 35.

The place was OK, on the lower end of what I normally expect of a Hampton Inn. The room was clean and reasonable, but did show its age. The photos attached showed peeled paint in the ceiling of the shower, and a loose electrical plate. Other than that, it was a good location just outside of Dayton. This general area seems like a very popular place for truckers. There were hundreds of truckers parked overnight at the nearby truck stop.

Visited this location for a regional business meeting. Staff was extremely friendly and clean conference room that meet our needs.

Very nice. Pleasant. Comfortable. The Jacuzzi tub wasn't working properly but it was still a very soothing experience. We had a great night's sleep in their comfy bed and breakfast before we departed this morning.

Nice hotel but the manager is rude when I told him about the rate for the corp I am doing work at he told me a high rate then when I mentioned that I have a better rate in Holiday Inn he told me if you want to check out tomorrow I can do that for you. Worst customer service ever from a manager.

First, I have to say the hotel is over priced for the location it is in. Even with my AARP discount it was to much. Second, the room was just ok. The bath room needed new paint as the paint was pesling from the ceiling. Third, there no decent place around to get a meal. Forth, the breakfast was again just ok. Thank goodness for the waffle. No scrambled eggs or omelet. They should not allow kids under twelve to get there own breakfast as they waste more. Oh the guy that took 6 hard boiled eggs then decided he did not want them and dumped them in the garbage. You should be banned. Overall the staff was pleasant. I would not stay here again.

My family and I have visited this location twice. We stayed one night May 2016 and another night May 2017. Each time they had clean rooms, plenty of towels/blankets, a clean pool, a decent breakfast, and friendly staff. That being said my only problem with this location is that BOTH times ive stayed here they double charged me. The charges didn't post until a week after my stay. So once I saw I was double charged I called the hotel to figure it out. I talked to the manager three times and didn't get an answer. After 1 week of waiting for the charges to post and 2 weeks of waiting for the manager to give me answers I finally said forget it and called my bank. In the end my bank got my money back, but if you're a family traveling on a budget please keep your receipts and makes sure to look at your statements.

The hotel is located just off the highway. Standard hampton experience. Clean rooms and a free breakfast. Room could use better lighting. Not many good choices for food in the area. Outlets are across the street. Main road near the hotel is under reconstruction.

After a long drive, we found ourselves in search of a room for the night. Hampton Inn is my go to choice and they did not disappoint. As usual. Staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy, the blankets were cozy, and the room was clean and comfortable. We were up and on the road the next morning but not without taking advantage of their free breakfast. Thanks for a restful night and the energy to start our day, Hampton Inn!

What a great hotel. All remodeled and the price is super for 2 queen beds. Best of all is the bbq joint right next door. Excellent smoked pork.

Great place, innovative management providing snacks/ meals.

Absolutely loved my stay. Got soap for $1.75 and was able to do laundry in their laundry room. Their heated pool stays warm and was very nice. The fitness room has an elliptical and treadmill with a t. V. In view. The queen beds we slept in were very comfortable as well as the blankets and sheets. T. V. Quality was good and internet was fast. All staff were extremely helpful and the free breakfast and lobby area were both nice. Hotel was quiet every night. Bathroom was spacious and very clean/well taken care of. Housekeepers didn't seem to speak English very well so it was hard to understand them but they were polite and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay. Tammy is at the front desk at nights it seems and she is extremely polite and helpful. Well worth the price. We paid approx. 360 dollars for 4 nights.
