Extended stay America had nice service and clean rooms. The front desk staff was very accommodating of my 3 pet birds and 2 infants. The only downside to my experience was the brightness on the TV, which was solved by slightly squinting my eyes.

The beds could be better but they aren't horrible. The service is good. There is always someone at the front desk who is helpful, friendly, and attentative to your needs. The enhanced Wi-Fi is great for streaming via Netflix or hulu but isn't very good for gaming. The room size is pretty good for an extended stay. The laundry is on the cheaper side in comparison to most extended stay hotels with it costing about $4 per load (washing and drying included). All in all I would stay here again for work as I am currently now.

Would rate it lower (0 stars) because this place is terrible. Wi-Fi is horrible, they want you to pay extra for faster Wi-Fi, people constantly slam doors and stomp up and down the halls. If you love loud and obnoxious people this is the hotel for you. I've complained to the front desk 3 times and they have yet to do anything about it. I smelled cigarette smoke from the hall just outside of my room, people smoke in the stairwells. No one has any courtesy here or even bothers to call back and ask if the situation has changed. Thanks extended stay, This will be the first of many reviews I write.

That staff is amazing! My company stays here every winter will in town they make. My job as a coordinator easier.

Great helpful staff, clean room, good little kitchen area, comfortable bed, and pretty good price for everything you get… Only bad thing is its kinda far from any grocery/convenience store, and the expensive vending machines but what do you expect?

Hotel was clean and staff were pleasant. First concern was that they did a poor job plowing the snow in the parking lot during the week I was there. They never attempted to clear the actual spaces or entrance unfortunately, and only the handicap spots and the walkway were done well. Second concern was that I forgot some things in my room after checkout and the items were never found or put in the lost and found. I checked within a day off checking out.

I loved all the freedom the extended stay let me have. I was able to cook my own meals. The rooms are pet friendly. Room smelled like smoke.

A nice and clam place. Staff was friendly and always available for help. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The kitchen was also good. I would definitely recommend to others.

The staff was very nice, but the rooms were not worth the $90 per night rate. We stayed in 2-2 double bed studio rooms. One of the rooms was unclean with dog hair on the sheets and dirty paw prints on the bed spreads. We had to ask for clean bedding which we had to replace ourselves. The towels had mold and mildew stains and what looked like bugs. Lice? We were in a pinch because we needed a pet friendly place, but we definitely would not stay here again. The breakfast is not really a breakfast. It was packaged muffins, coffee and granola bars. Please be aware of this hotel. If you are expecting a Holiday Inn Express quality or even a Choice Hotel quality, it isn't. It was a 1 star quality at best. This hotel should compare to Motel 6 or Super 8 and the rate should be closer to $65.

Employees were kind. Room was dirty, chips on the floor when we walked in. Continental breakfast is a misnomer. Average hotel.

Stayed for an ultimate frisbee tournament, good amenities, helpful staff.

The rooms are modern and very clean. The staff are very friendly. There is no pool here or restaurant but there is a barbecue joint next store that is great. The breakfast is mediocre. Just granola bars and packaged muffins and Quaker oatmeal. No toast or hot items. Of they had a better breakfast I would give full stars.

I am currently staying at Extended Stay in Holland Ohio. I Have had a few issues here, that when I spoke to the Manager Brooke she immediately took care of them. She is Professional and polite. As I travel quite often for work it is much appreciated. The housekeeping staff is awesome and does a great job> I highly recommend this Extended Stay in Holland Ohio. The rooms have been newly renovated, updated and clean.

This is the second time staying at this location very satisfied clean rooms polite staff. Overall great experience plan to stay here again in the future. Anne at the front desk is very polite and knowledgeable about the hotel as well as the area.

This hotel was the worst I've stayed in. Our room stunk like fried grease, the tub wouldn't drain properly, the bedspread had dirt stains on it that were from the people before us or even before them, they have no amenities, and the hallway stairs are filthy. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Two tmes I've stayed here both incidents the hotel failed provide a clean bathroom. Both times the shower drain was clogged providing me a horrible shower experience in the morning hours. Otherwise, the place is great. Safe and near by stores and restaurants are walking distance from hotel. However, I'll still recommend having a car (no walking pathway in this area).
