The breakfast was bland, with a staff who was preoccupied cleaning up an hour early rather than refilling the waffle batter and allowing a line to build up over a ten minute period. The beds were creaky and not as comfortable as I am used to. Overall, an alright experience but not on par with what I expect from a Hampton.

Room was very clean and nice. Had great black out curtains which was nice as I was in town for work and had worked third that night. Breakfast was good. The orange juice wasn't that great but everything else was good. Customer service was very helpful also. Would stay here again!

Loud. People upstairs were loud, and I was put by an exit door which slammed every 5 minutes. When I told the front desk, they were not only uncaring, they did nothing about it. I thought Hiltons were higher class hotels.

I stayed here last weekend for Rock on the Range and it was a solid hotel experience. The check-in process was quick and painless, although their "use your phone as a key" feature didn't work/wasn't available yet, but that's not a big deal at this point. I was able to check-in using the Hilton app then get a key card when I arrived. The room was nice, as I had expected, and the bed was comfortable as well. I didn't have a chance to use the TV as we were out at the concert all day long and arrived in just enough time to go to sleep. If I attend ROTR again next year, this will probably be where I end up staying.

Very nice rooms good showers. Was a little loud for day sleepers but was comfy.

Loud, dirty, And after my stay I was emailed saying I was being charged 300.00 for taking multiple items from the room. This was later investigated and a housekeeping staff member was charged. So background checks are obviously not done. These housekeeping people can enter your room at any time. If they will steal hair dryers and blankets, what would stop them from stealing your personal items? Untrustworthy.

The room was newly renovated and it was comfortable. It was easy to find from the road and easy to get to many places to eat. The breakfast bar was well stocked and kept full, I was there the week of the Arnold so the place was full I think they did a food job.

I had a terrible stay at this hotel I even cut my stay in half because I couldn't bear this hotel any longer. First the box frame wasn't on the frame correctly, there was a bracket sticking out under the sham (which hid the bracket from sight. I was getting ready for bed and my shin met this sharp edged metal bracket. After 1/2 hour to stop the bleeding, I could finally go to sleep. The next morning I wanted to get ice for my day, 3 different ice makers on 3 floors didn't work then at 6:05 I went to the lobby to get a cup of coffee. The coffee was from the day before and cold, I asked the clerk what time they served breakfast? he replied "6:00 AM" I waited until 6:15 breakfast still wasn't served and no fresh coffee. I watched as several other guest were disappointed with the cold leftover coffee. I went to my room to get my coat so I wouldn't be late for my appointment came back down past the lobby breakfast still wasn't served at 20 minutes after 6. I stopped at the front desk told them about the bracket on my bed he assured me maintenance would look at it. Returned to my room that evening looked for the bracket, it was still protruding from the base. Went down to the front desk told the clerk and they called maintenance, about 10 minutes later a polite young man knocked on my door and realigned the base and mattress, however he didn't wear a uniform or name tag.

Clean and beautiful room. They need to improved about restock the breakfast. A lot of guest came and no food at all.

Great staff, superior service, excellent breakfast, top notch facility, with indoor pool, exercise room, and resort style rooms makes Hampton Inn & Suites a place for Royality.

Great service and the my room had definitely been updated. There was still some construction going on but it was not an intrusion for us. The breakfast was also great but Iwish that there was chamomile tea for us in the evening.

Please be sure renovations are either complete, or not started on your room if you are staying close to early 2018. My room for two nights recently had been partially renovated. The flooring was new in the bath, as was the vanity. The overwhelming smells overpowered the comfort of the beds. There was also extensive water staining on the ceiling, which Kent to a less than stellar stay. If I stay here in the future I will insist on inspecting my room and changing if unacceptable.

I was really pleased with my stay at the Hampton. I thought the room was nice and clean, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was really good.

The sense of urgecy? Terrible. Desk girl. Clueless. Cleaning staff slow. Just to check in takes 4hours?. I travel weekly and at this point a motel seems way more competent than this simply redundant establishment. Check in at 3 like the website says? Good luck. Check in more like 6pm. Help walks around with no direction just aimlessly walking around. Overheard some guest complaining stuff in their rooms not working. No apology. Front desk changes shift to an old man. I thought maybe he came in with a sense of urgency to get my room ready. No such luck. The same lackadaisical clueless unapologetic attitude.

Convenient location, clean rooms, reasonable rates.

Nice modern hotel. The breakfast could use some attention, while I was there they ran out of eggs and sausage. Their selection is also on the bare side, not a ton to choose from. Clean hotel though, I would stay here again.

Quality customer service goes a long way and can easily remedy most situations. I am beyond frustrated with this particular Hampton Inn with a recent reservation and have made many phone calls to rectify the problem. I travel monthly and am a loyal Hilton Honors member. After this time consuming experience I am switching over to Marriott for all my travel stays. Please hire more friendly and competent staff if you would like to retain patrons.

Carpet felt sticky, small pieces of trash around room, wallpaper falling off wall in bathroom. Super loud inside and out. Not as good as most other hampton inns we have visited. Breakfast was ok.

New hotel, very good rooms and breakfast included. But, sound seems to travel through the walls very easily here. We could easily hear the people walking in the room above, even though they weren't heavy walkers.

This seems to be an older motel. However the staff was very nice and accommodating. The main negative was the bathroom floor was sticky and looked like it hasn't been mopped to get up may be a spilled soda. The breakfast was very good and a nice variety.

Nice hotel… rooms are clean and staff is very friendly! It's the little things that make the stay. Like the mini fridge in the room and the coffee bar at all hours. It was nice to take some ice cream back to the room, stick it in the freezer, and settle in with a good movie. I really like the little table that slides under the couch. I brought back food for my wife and I it gave us a place to sit and eat. Thanks for a good stay!

We stayed for a race at the Franklin County Fairgrounds. The location was great! No complaints about the room and breakfast was cooked and ready to go before our early departure. The traffic to get off 270 was the only issue.

Extremely friendly front desk staff. They also had complimentary cookies, popcorn, and coffee/tea/water.

Ron service was very nice. Breakfast was pretty decent. Pool was chilly!

The staff is super friendly, breakfast is good, the property is immaculate and the rooms are comfortable. The fitness center definitely leaves a lot to be desired though.

Great value and convenient location. They have done a lovely job with the renovations. We have stayed here several times and will be staying here again.

The hotel is in a good location, next to dining, and shopping. Customer service from the front desk, and also house keepers were excellent. My only gripe is they did a remodel, and carpeted over wood floors it feels like when you walk on them.

Nice staff. Clean room. Decent quality. The fan on the a/c ran constantly and had a bit of a mildew smell but the filter was clean. The toilet didn't flush well. Besides that it was the better off places I have stayed.

Not to good to there employees unless your Mexican.

We can't say enough about how wonderful this hotel and their employees were to our family. My brother was sick and battling cancer. My parents were staying at the hotel for the week when my brother passed away. The front desk ladies were so wonderful and caring to our entire family. We had many relatives and friends come and stay at this Hotel as well and they were all equally impressed with the Hotel and all the employees. We can't thank the Hampton Inn and their employees for helping our family through this difficult time. Thank you so much.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I always enjoy Columbus when I visit. The people are just so decent. This hotel is a good one. I'm stingy with "excellent" ratings. This place came close.
