First we thought that we were staying at an Econo lodge hotel the web site shows that, not knights Inn. We did not notice the small little flag in the corner that said knights Inn at midnight when we where trying to get a room to sleep. Ive had plenty of experience with Econo lodge and Choice hotels and never had a complaint, but this place was awful, first room we were given was not even clean, bed not made towels all over the floor stuff in the toilet and shower was not clean. The next room we were given was at least clean looking beds were made at least but hard as rocks. Smell in the room was as if it had been closed up for days, very musty almost mildew smell… that would be from finding that the fridge had been unplugged and defrosted and leaked into rug which was damp under it. The light by the bed was about to fall off the wall barely hanging by the screws that were supposed to be holding it up, TV did not work. People in the next room were fighting till at least 2 in the morning. By 330 we were out the door and in the car. We where missled into beliving that we were staying at a good place. We were told that it had not been associated with Choice hotels for almost 5 months and they are still using Econo Lodges add was misleading. In review we will never be staying there again and hopefully this will prevent someone else from making the same mistake I did.

Cant give this place negative stars or I would! My first question before I went to the assigned room was "is there any problems in that room (RM119)? " Check out lady said no! Ok get in there and … ceiling leaked water on my husbands phone, woke up at 3am with his phone sitting in a puddle of water! All the blankets, sheets, pillow cases and towls were all stained and dirty! Next morning went to take a shower and it didnt work at all! So by now im pretty mad. I go to the front desk and they say" there is nothing they can do except take my name and number and have the own contact "! Finally got contacted and they offered me another room on discount bc of my original stay, ok cool I give them the benefit of the doubt and take another room. BUT his time I checked the room before staying bedbugs were EVERYWHERE! (RM 133) so I took my key card back and there all so fossilized TV remote back and adked for my money back bc I wasnt staying there! They refused to get me my money back said they could not do anything for me until the owner came in took my name and phone number and im still waiting on my call back! Donot stay at this place its unsanitary and the only thing that it needs is leveled! This place is distgusting!

Housekeeping does their best but this hotel needs to be completely torn down!

You get what you paid for cheap. Room bbut the owner is a slum lord dont stay here.

Staff members are pleasant, but don't go out of their way to make the stay any better. Often times you have to track them down to ask for linen and toiletries.

Found bed bugs and left! Also no cable, no Wi-Fi, no ice machine, no fridge, and no microwave. I'll never come back!

Worst place ever! Needs torn down and rebuilt!

Front desk is terrible, only 1 nice female working second shift the others are rude and lazy. Housekeeping does the best with what the have but management needs to tear this place down and build new because this hotel is worn out!

Great place now getting it back to the hotel it should be.

Do not stay here. Dont make an excuse on why you shouldnt listen to me. Save yourself the problems and sleep in your car. Im not kidding.

I would do more than run. It was my worst nightmare it wasn't nice at all. Had throw pillows as pillows the bed cover had dog hair on it. One set of towels the tub shower was in bad shape. The outside was in need of a good cleaning. Heard people talking all hours of the night dog howling in the room next to me. Didn't have a mini frige or a microwave. Don't stay here better motels in area…

I can't believe they are renting rooms to the public knowing that they have bedbugs in there motel. I'm turning them in. Beware don't rent rooms from the knights inn motel in heath ohio.

Well I don't think I've ever slept in such a disgusting place before. We booked 2 months in advance for a non smoking room only to show up to a smoking room. The bed sheets were already dirty upon arrival and the new ones we requested also came with fresh blood/unknown stains. Oh and don't even get me started on the bathroom. They should probably employ some cleaning staff or something. Anyways, regardless of them being franchised I'll never stay at a Knights Inn again.

Squalor utter squalor. They apparently take their business model from the black hole of Kolkata. Taste of India indeed, be prepared to fumigate all your possessions and pray to your God that the horrid putrid stain that this place leaves on your soul will someday lift. Hopefully the raging drunken whoremaster that owns this place will get his due and it will be shuttered for all eternity.

Absolutely disgusting. Talked to staff 3 times in the one hour we were present and each encounter the lady was nasty and hateful with me. We even switched rooms, although the room we switched too was even worse. We asked for a refund but we're rudely declined and told that since we had been here longer than 15 minutes no refund could be processed. The fact that we had been down 3 times and even switched rooms didn't matter. Broken drawers, the aroma was of cigarettes and urine in a NON smoking room. Puke stains on the floor, dirt on the carpet (we were told the vacuum was broken) dirt on the air conditioner (the AC didn't even work) dirty towels, split walls and half of the lamp lights didn't work (All just the first room mind you). Both rooms had ripped sheets and cigarette holes in PAPER THIN comforter. Not to mention the pillows weren't even full sized. I'm digging at my head just writing this review. Absolutely disgusting. Do not stay here!

Disgusting! Rooms were filthy & haven't been cleaned probably in months. Dirty sheets with body oils & hairs. Bathtub had hairs in it. Floors were filthy with debri. Rooms have a fowl smell. We asked for a cleaner room & got another dirty room & it didn't even have trash cans or wash cloths or towels. This place should be condemned. The closed pool area smells like human feces. Don't stay here it's not worth the $50. If I could I would rate this place a 0!

Very dirty, no breakfast, no lobby, all alcoholic and drug users stay there, no smoke detectors in rooms! I tried 4 rooms and they all smelled cigarette, this hotel should be reported to the health department, roaches and bugs, bathroom very dirty no towels, carpet very old and dirty, curtains very dirty, AC bad, no internet connection, phone dirty, pillows and bed sheets have holes in them because of the cigarette burns. It was a nightmare. Please look at the photos and you judge yourself, I am not going to say anything more. The motel associates have a handwritten small piece of paper in her hand to keep track what room is vacant, they don't use the computer, plus they don't pick up trash and they don't change the sheet or clean. I was gone and by the time I went back I saw an associate trying to get into the room and look around! She was Indian. And the American blond hair lady at the front desk is smoking all the time. There is no pool it's dry and dirty, and there is no breakfast or waiting area.

It was quiet, which was nice. The carpet looked and felt dirty. The bathroom wasn't too great and you couldn't close the door due to the shower curtain rod. There were no washcloths, which isn't terrible but was mildly inconvenient. They said there was free Wi-Fi, but I couldn't find it. The pool isn't open and doesn't look like it could be open anytime soon. Not worth the $50+ but would be okay at a lower rate closer to $25 or so.

The card key to enter your room was broken and we were shown the broken machine. We were repeatedly reassured that no one would walk into our room. There were large bugs on one bed, wires sticking out of ceiling in the restroom, holes in the walls and the door look like it was kicked opened. Not sure if some underground drug ring was broken up there or maybe a horrible ending of a serious domestic violence took place before we checked in but by simply looking at what we saw entering our room we had a few guesses. Do not stay here unless you absolutely need a cheap motel/hotel. The folks were friendly.

I got scabies from here meaning they don't change out their bedding. The guys response "we never had that problem in that room"… wtf?

The one star is way too much for this motel! But you have to give a star to post a comment! The manager was very rude to me, I took the dirty towels to get clean ones and he told me if I left them out they would give us clean towels, which I did and they never took them and never gave clean ones. They have nothing that they say they do no laundry room, no pool. The place is DIRTY! The outside is not kept well at all. The trash cans are always full. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

It was the worst hotel I stayed at so far. The drain in the bathroom shower back flowed, so you were standing in your own filth. The shower curtain rod was broken. I had no remote for my tv. There were barely any outlets. Also, I couldn't get Wi-Fi and I was 3 doors down from the check-in office. The pool is broken too.

There was no towels to shower. Nd if there were towels;

Rooms need a lot of updating. Oor room is missing 2 lightbulbs, no electric in bathroom area, after asking someone to come look at it I finally requested a extension cord so I could dry my hair. Towels are more gray instead of white. Staff is very nice and housekeeping as well. The continental breakfast is toast, donut holes, coffee and juice.

Needs updated, no TV remote, stained bath tub, outside sidewalk and surrounding had trash and cigarette butts everywhere.

Bed bugs infestation, no towels, this is the worst dive ever, I told the girl at the desk about the bed bugs she said she can't do any thing so I brought her 2 I found and went to go sleep in my car. I got no sleep I'm so upset and angry.

Please save yourself some time and trouble and find somewhere else to stay. My husband and I needed a last minute inexpensive place to stay and ended up here. We ended up in three different rooms before we even were able to settle in due to broken locks in the other two rooms. After checking in we went to dinner and returned a few hours later just to sleep. However our TV stopped working as soon as we turned it on and the the toilets would not flush. We decided we could not stay here and chose to drive the three hours home at 12:30 at night. We were unable to get any of our money back and when talking to the man at the front desk he refused to acknowledge our issues and said we shouldn't have switched out of our other rooms. I have tried to contact the manager on multiple occasions and have never recieved a response. I swear I couldn't make this stuff up. We even overlooked the lack of cleanliness (cigarette burns on the bedding, dirty ash trays, hair in the bathroom and on the pillow) because I understand you get what you pay for and we didnt pay for a five star resort. However you do expect working locks and toilet. Please please please do not stay here.
