We found this hotel to be fine for one night. Our room was clean and the kids loved the pool and the waffles for breakfast.

Excellent location, very easy to find from the interstate. Hotel rooms are neat and clean. Hotel staff were all very friendly. I would recommend front desk letting late check ins know about breakfast time. I didn't even know they provided it, so we missed the cutoff, but they did let us eat from what was left. Otherwise it was a great stay!

It was ok. Wasn't somewhere I'd stay again. It wasn't as clean as I would of liked, and the free breakfast was lacking. The price was good, and everyone was friendly.

Very clean and comfortable. We had an accessible room and the bathroom was nicely equipped. The room was a tad small, but still very adequate.

We ordered joined rooms for a wedding and did not get the discount we were promised when we booked the rooms originally. We also found bed bugs in one of the rooms we were staying in. Staff was cool though.

Always a nice place to stay when we go back home. Always clean and accommodating.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was. It included a nice mini refrigerator and microwave, nice flooring and it was clean! The kids enjoyed the pool and it was exactly what we needed. Thank you to the staff for being so accommodating! We will be back.

I stayed at this hotel for a week. The hotel smelled like cigarettes all throughout the place, it's near a freeway and you can hear every single car that drives past all night long. They charged me $60 saying that I chipped they paint and broke the remote. Called the 1800 number and the refused to give me a refund. This place is TRASH. Don't waste your money staying here!

Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean. Beds are firm. Would prefer softer beds.

Good spot, big enough for truck and trailer, room was decent, plenty of food options around. Also indoor pool if you're into swimming.

Wonderful Hotel and staff. Extremely clean and quiet. Breakfast bar was a nice addition. They had hard boiled eggs, waffles, bagels, and cereal.

It was really bad, don't even know where I should start. Some drunk man had a bottle of Vodka were you check in at. This guy was dancing to some redickless rap music, it made my daughter and wife very uncomfortable. My daughter said this place looks bad daddy, I lied to her and said it was good to go no worries. Are room smelled bad and my wife was not happy at all. So me and my little 11 year old girl had a bad night. One more thing the drunk guy was going door to door beating on them falling down drunk.

Not a bad place it was clean, places to eat we're close. There is big truck parking and truckers get a discount, so if your looking to sleep somewhere else other than the truck it's not a bad place for 34hour reset. Clean towels and plenty of hot water.

Great breakfast, clean rooms and very helpful staff from the front desk people when you check in to all the helpful ladies in house keeping. Close to a restaurant and the high way.

Not bad for a Super 8. Room was clean along with the bathroom. Bedroom was pretty comfortable as well.

Nothing fancy but adequate. Good breakfast and a pool too. Also, washer and dryer available for guests.

It would have been a more pleasurable stay had there not been the fact that vomit was on the stairs and hallway carpet, from the time I checked in to still being there when I checked out.

Despite the 7 foot creature with glowing red eyes and no neck perched at the very top of the Point Pleasant Bridge across the street, this Super 8 gave me the Presidential Suite with a warm, knowing smile. No joke, my room is boss AF.

This clean, friendly hotel has a great continental breakfast and the pool is bigger and deeper than the others on our trip. They treat veterans very well & the furniture in the room is locally made. I love that they support local businesses. I slept like a baby.

It is the cleanest hotel in 6 states, you can literally eat off the floors, I highly recommend this hotel, I stayed at a lot of places. The pool and hot tub was actually in working order and extremely clean. The staff, and I do mean all the staff's attitudes were very much outgoing and genuinely friendly it wasn't a fake just because they had to. You would be foolish to stay any where else. I have seen 4 and 5 star hotels that did not match this quality. Thank you for everything.

Clean, friendly, and comfortable. Great price with friendly gal making waffles in the morning make this a go to hotel for the area.

Not happy with the Carpet… dirty dirty dirty. The shower was not draining… big puddle at your feet as you shower. Otherwise fine.

Surprised me I've stayed in other super 8 motels this was great very clean rooms beds were super comfy and big. Nice pool too. The price was great and free breakfast they made us homemade waffles and eggs. Kids were happy. Great experience.

We really like this hotel and stay here every time we come to town. They have ladies that will make your waffles for you on three flavors. Rooms clean and comfortable. Good location. Inside pool and hot tub are nice when you can get in to use them.

The room was cleaner than I had expected. The bed wasn't the typical pillow top. But it was a bed. The room did not have usb stations for your phone. I just recharged mine in my truck. The breakfast was great. Waffles with real blueberries!

Rooms smelled like stale cigarettes and someone on the first floor was smoking pot. Bed was terrible. Room was clean other than the smell.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and pleasant. I was visiting a friend, and had nothing to worry about during my stay. I would definitely stay again! Good location, it's not difficult to find and is in walking distance of gas stations/restaurants if you prefer a stroll on foot from time to time.

Pool was closed majority of the time. First room had a leaking toilet. Both rooms had a single full size bed over a queen and it appeared like they just removed one bed too make the room appear bigger.

I was impressed at first with the clean, well-maintained room. Then I went to bed and woke up in severe pain, unable to lift my head. The beds are awful. If you have even the slightest back or neck issues, steer clear.

Place seems quiet. Plenty of nearby food joints. Breakfast is so so. Heat worked when it wanted. Bed was firm. Found bugs in room.

Room was very clean. Nice tv. Loved the coffee pot and the decaf and reg coffees also. O only thing I didn't care for was that the handicap showerhead was not removable. And a little more pricey than I thought. But I was able to use discounts. Good breakfast bar.

Clean room with a respectful staff at midnight with our 3 kids super tired. Room was very large and breakfast was nice. This was a great deal. There was a slight odor almost like there was smoking in the room in the last few years, but other than that, great.

Rooms were clean, well maintained. Staff was pleasant and well mannered. Complementary breakfast was reasonable for the price of the hotel and assisting staff plesant and helpful.

We came in past mid. The staff was very helpful and polite and very quick booking our room with a great rate. We were able to get a late checkout with no issues. Our room was very spacious and comfy. Breakfast the next morning was great. They served waffles, bagels, muffin, eggs, toast, cereal, bagels and toast. I would definitely come back to stay again and I will tell everyone I can about how nice your hotel is.

Room was just ok, needs updates to the buliding. The room did have a stink about it. However they did have a breakfast that was much more than expected, freah made waffles! The workers there were all very nice and helpful. All workers said good morning and have a nice day to anyone they saw. Would definitely stay there again!

Bare-bones rooms and breakfast. Chairs in rooms were not even desk chairs and very uncomfortable. Shower curtain bar was falling off the wall in one of my rooms. Sometimes I didn't even get a flat screen TV in my room, just an old box TV. Internet was abysmally slow. Cheap price, but you get what you pay for.

Always a pleasure to stay here, staff is very nice and rooms are perfect for my needs.

Friendly staff but the whole 1st floor smelled of cigarette smoke. We had to walk through to go to breakfast and swim and go out.

The hotel is dirty and the food is disgusting. The water in the pool is always cold and if you get it in your mouth it is super salty and nasty.

This hotel was awful… never really clean! My husband stayed here for work for 4 weeks and every week he asked for a different room, but was disappointed with each room he stayed in. He not only had trouble with his breathing while there possibly from mold in the rooms, he also picked up a foot fungus and a staph infection in his toe.

Had availability when Hampton didn't and at least $20 less. Kids enjoyed indoor pool and hot tub. Room was clean and quiet. I enjoyed hard floor, no carpet. I hate carpet!

Reasonably clean rooms. (Dust on TV stand) No real complaints. Excellent staff. Hotel starting to need renovation. Carpets stained in places. Cigarette burns on bath tubs. Seems very safe.

We stayed here while visiting family and everything was awasome. Our room was very nice. The Attendent at the office was extremly nice and let us know everything we needed. Breakfast was great and I would certiantly stay here again when we go back.

We arrived at the hotel and checked in. The first room they gave us had only 2 working lightbulbs. The big florecent light over the mirror was flashing. I checked the blankets and they were filthy with bodily fluids. I asked for another room it seemed OK. At 12:30 went to bed. I felt something crawling on my legs. Pulled down the blankets and there were tiny hard brown bugs. They gave us another room, the clerk didn't know where the luggage cart was and said he couldn't help me with my luggage. So three trips later I am in yet another room. That room seemed ok. Took me couple of hours to relax enough to sleep. Got up to take a shower and when I pulled the shower curtain closed there was a dirty washcloth from a previous guest. Told the desk clerk and was told the mananger wouldn't be in til Monday, but since I booked online she couldn't help me anyway. Called the customer service and told of my experience and have heard nothing yet. I sent an email to the mananger she said she would refund $25, but I would not receive a full refund. Stay away at all costs.

NO flexibility. Made reservations but my project team couldn't get to the location the first night. Even though I called the next morning (manager didn't return my call so I had to call again later in the day) we were charged for the first night as a no show. Even after I explained that they would still need 2 rooms for three nights later in the week she refused to refund the no show. I put my team up elsewhere.
