Delux Inn Hotel

The people running the motel were very nice! provided us with everything we needed for a good stay. The room was a little musty and you could tell it was old… although it does appear they are trying to bring it up to date with modern showers and flat tv. Id suggest new carpet, shower heads and wall treatment. Again the operators were more than nice and would suggest a stay here if you are taking the time to read this.

If I could give this motel negative stars, I would! Worst motel experience of my life! We were in a time crunch and needed to grab about 4 hrs sleep before being on our way again. Four bulbs over the bathroom sink, but only one worked. There was a glass shelf over the bathroom faucet that kept you from pulling the faucet handle up! Could only get a trickle of water in the sink. But the worst was when I turned the water on in the morning to take a shower. No tub, just a small shower stall. The water came out so rusty and the water didn't drain, so the dark, rusty water filled the bottom of the shower stall… a good 8 inches! It was so dark that you couldn't even see the bottom of the shower stall! I let the water run for maybe 5 minutes, but it never got any better. When I finally turned the water off and the water eventually drained, there was so much sediment on the bottom of the stall, It was disgusting! The manager was rude and refused to compensate us for the fact that we couldn't take a shower. We had to continue to our destination, and spend the day in public without having showered! DO NOT STAY HERE! I wouldn't even give it one star, but the review wouldn't post without marking at least one.

Tv didn't work 1st room. Poor heating system. Needs major overhaul.

Bad TV reception no microwave no internet reception. Faucet trickled water. Shower did not spray but streamlined. Room was not heated had to sleep with clothes on.

I've been to cleaner dog kennels, smells like curry. I like old roadside hotels, but this one is beyond repair.

The owner was really nice. The lobby where you check inn was filthy and cluttered. The rooms are really outdated but really convenient to the highway and store. Very spacious parking for trucking & trailers. Hey Kos with the little refrigerator and microwave bathrooms wasn't that bad. It look like a hotel from the 80s.

Room was clean and acceptable, but outdated. Worth the cost compared to other local motels/hotels.

Arrived late, lady at the front was hospitable. Very warm, quiey, acceptably clean, car was right outside the door. However, after what seemed like a good stay, WE LEFT WITH BITES ON OUR SKIN. Now we have to treat/throw away all our stuff. Bad show.

Stayed here because it was only a $20 charge to stay with pets as opposed to $25 other places had quoted. This was about the only positive. The shower was discolored, had little metal parts that seemingly came from the pipes on the floor, and the water smelled funny. The biggest problem was that despite being 21 rooms, and only seeing about 4 other cars, they placed someone right next door to us. This person was in and out of their room all night, and we could hear everytime they left and entered their room, as did our dog. This lead to the dog barking everytime the person next door opened and closed the door, leading to a restless night. This wasn't something that happened until midnight or so, it was until 5 in the morning. On top of all of this the entire experience was sketchy. Hard to explain exactly, but I would not recommend this motel to anyone else trying to sleep.

Got caught in a snow storm and had to pull off the turnpike and was going to stay here. Pulled into the lot to check phones and park and the man behind the counter came out screaming at us and called us names. Started banging on our car window. Still have no idea why he approached us like this. Must be a shack for people to do drugs and sex trafficking. Do not stay here.

Room was unplesently strange… not clean shower… sheets were yellow an not white.

Half price of other hotels in area. They bring clean fresh towels and bottle water to the room when you check in. And make sure you are happy with the room, it's a older hotel one floor with outside entry to the room, 3 stars because it is just that. Fridge and microwave, average beds. If you are just traveling thru and just want a cheap place to sleep and clean up. It is worth it. Holiday Inn is a block away. We were charged $55 including tax. Holiday was $127.00 plus taxes. Normally don't stay at these "cheaper " hotels but this one we would stay again if traveling.

We got in late and the owner was extremely rude and defensive when I asked him about our booking. We thought we had already paid for our booking, and when we tried to ask more about the situation the owner's brash, defensive demeanor made us seriously worried we were being scamed into paying twice. Luckely his wife is very patient and sweet and helped us figure everything out. The room was cheap but fine overall… would give three stars if not for that owner… he needs to fix his attitude.

Cheap, old, and gross. Perfect for a short nights rest if you're hammering out a road trip from SD to ME with your 3.5 year old son.
