More of a motel than a hotel. Stayed in a non smoking room for two nights. Hotel staff was really helpful. Decent, clean and cozy rooms. Couldn't ask more for this price!

Too smokey! Room reeks of cigarette smoke. A new duvet doesn't really update 1980's stenched carpet and curtains. I thought I could deal overnight, however I ended up with a headache, nose bleed, and sore throat. I could not breathe so I showered (standing in a foot of water after 30 seconds) and prepared to check out. I went to the front desk and they offered another room, I took them up on it. It also was smelly, but not as bad as the first. I needed sleep. I cannot believe smoking is still allowed in a hotel room! Clean and decently comfortable bed, matches the discounted price. Smokey bar on hotel property's corner may also have something to do with the smell.

You lost one star because of the fact when I try to check in early the guy at the desk looked at me and said oh I have no rooms available right now. Did not bother to look to see if there's anything available did not ask me who I was or anything like that just assumed that there was nothing available did not explain anything to me either. You lost a second star because of the vent cover that was not replace and laying on a towel. I am trying Wyndham Rewards for the first time ever, I hope it gets better from here. UPDATE:: My third night there I realize I was put between the weeklies. They kept me up until 2 in the morning with the loud talking the music and the fighting. When I call down to the front desk nobody answered the phone. This was from 10:30 at night until I gave up at 1 in the morning. I called their room but it was so loud they never heard the phone ring. They have a four or five year old girl in there I have no idea how she was able to sleep. This particular Ramada I am not happy with don't know if I will ever stay there again.

Nice but I spent $460.00 wt hell? Across from Cleveland clinic, if you need repairs. Prime location! Near upscale area and parks!

Stayed Xmas Eve to fly out of CLE Hopkins the following morning. Great staff and very accommodating. They have a shuttle van that took me to the airport at 6 am which is not far away and an awesome convenience (no charge but it's nice to tip the driver). They have breakfast in the hotel and there's a restaurant/bar attached (it was closed for holiday so I can't review). It's no Hilton but for the price and staff you're getting a great value for the price. Will stay again this Xmas Eve!

We stayed here at the last minute. It was clean and the staff were quite friendly. Breakfast options are more limited than some places but there's cereal, bagels, pastries, and a waffle machine. From the outside the building looks old but it was comfortable and clean. Good price for what we needed.

Perfect for the price. Gas station and a convenience store nearby. Service was a bit delayed, we had to wait for more than 20 min at 11:30 PM when the key provided first time did not work.

So some of the employees don't follow some of the rules and don't charge you correctly for your stay. Getting 2 nights at once is cheaper then getting 2 nights individually. And they did the latter to squeeze more money from me. The TV audio hardly works and the TV remote was near inoperable having something sticky poured on it. Room service comes at inconsistent times. The Room window curtains can't close all the way. I had crumbs of some sort in my bed. The only good thing to me was the microwave. That thing is a monster.

An ok hotel with great food. Recommend if your looking for a place to stay and eat!

This place was really nice but all hell broke loose after the two lovely housekeepers went on vacation. The lady with the glasses from the front desk had to cover for them, had stolen medication out of my room and she did not want to do her job and left dirty sheets on the bed and did not want to change the sheets unless she was told to do so. The lady is adult thing so if you have any type of Controlled Substances then you need to take them with you if you happen to leave the room to run an errand. I left the room briefly to go run some errands and came back and my Ambien medicine was gone and no where to be found and I remember leaving it on the sink with my other blood pressure medication. Other than that the place is really nice. It's also funny because the same day the medication was stolen oh, she came up to me and told me if I was going to leave a tip not to leave it in the room because there were people going around stealing from the rooms when she was the only Thief in the building.

This hotel is a pain in the ass to get into. Despite that, if you are planning on flying out somewhere early in the morning, staying here can be extremely beneficial as it is within walking distance of the terminal and can provide long-term parking alongside the purchase of your stay. If you know you have a flight at 6 a. M. And don't want to pay for parking or leave for the airport at 4 this can be an extremely convenient way to work around that.

Nice staff. My father is handicap and he asked for a certain room and they made sure he got it. Free breakfast.

Decent hotel for the price. Staff are friendly. They support you well during the stay. Free rides to Airport and Rental car centers. CONS: Carpet can be changed. Complimentary breakfast can be improved.

Front desk worker is rude. I asked one gentleman to book my room in the morning since I was there the previous night. I didn't see the problem he had done it prior. He forget.

This hotel doesn’t even deserve stars. Yeah, it’s cheap but as soon as we got here and saw lots of people we were like noooope this is not gonna be good. As we were checking into our rooms, everybody kept talking about bed bugs. We checked out our rooms they were very dirty. Dirt all in the bath tubs, dirt in the coffee maker, dust everywhere. The room had a smell of like death. I’m wondering if someone got shot in here considering this isn’t a very good area. The front desk guys were talking on the phone or in the maintenance room smoking the weed. The weed literally smelled the entire back part of the room by the vending machines where the maintenance room is. There are cobwebs in our rooms and legit pieces of weed in our bed. There are people outside screaming. I would definitely not recommend this hotel, especially if you have kids. And apparently one of the front desk clerks, being on the phone is more important than doing his job. If I could rate zero stars I would. And P. S. Reading the reviews I see the owner comments on how they are making things better, let’s not lie to people because this place is effing gross.

We had a positive overall experience we did have some raccoons that came into the dumpsters out back that was kind of our entertainment for the night, there were probably about 10-15 of of them but they were pretty cool to watch and the baby really like them.

I like that there were different-sized pillows and kind, patient staff. Lobby and breakfast area were spacious and clean. Only knock was that the room was a bit dated.

Night attendant gave us a dirty room. Once I made them aware that the room was dirty he really didn’t want to give us another room stating they were booked to capacity but the room right next door was wide open. Not very satisfied with the customer service.

I went for dinner and drink. The food is price fair. I plan on going more I enjoyed the food. The bartender Rachael really make you feel welcome and real friendly.

Great value budget motel. For 55USD the room was clean and quiet, 20 minutes from downtown and the breakfast was a step up from some motels, with bagels and a waffle maker. Some reviews suggest there's a pool but it's out of order with no timeline on a repair and the hotel no longer advertises a pool.

Nice hotel, not bad for price. The room smelled a touch, the guest before had probably smoked in it, but wasn't bad, just aired it out a bit and l didn't notice the smell after a couple minutes. Otherwise, the room looked clean, no bugs. The pool was closed up even though it didn't say so online which kind of stunk. But the hotel staff were very nice and helpful. It had a very nice bar connected that had plenty of seating, very nice bar tender, great food and drinks, and pool tables. Breakfast was simple but nice, and was ready at 6:30 when I went down. Overall I was happy with my stay.

For $250, you expect more. Clean towels, for example (mine had a brown stain — seriously). Or shampoo (I had two conditioners). Or lightbulbs (bedside lamp had none). The free shuttle is nice, though the front desk is unstaffed when the driver is driving! Free Wi-Fi and proximity are the only reasons to stay here. I wouldn't stay here with my family, but fortunately was traveling for business.

Hotel is filthy, the lobby is the best part of the motel and they know this. But that's the way they make their money. By tricking people and then refusing to refund their money do to fulse advertising. I didn't stay one second in the filthy accommodation's I left before ever seeing the room at the Ramadan inn fairview and brookpark location.

When you first walk into the lobby looks far better than what it actually is, this hotel doesn't even worth a start, this place is Filthy, rooms are very bad smelly, the staff was ok, but didnt seem to have much interest in helping guest, breakfast area was really dirty didn't have enough food coffee Etc. Water wasn't even warm. This is the worst place I ever stayed, I won't recommend this place to anyone.

The staff was friendly and the conditions were decent. It wasn't a lavish hotel woith absolutely perfect everything, but it was liveable and the bed was comfy. It's an easily accessible hotel and well worth the low cost from hotels dot com. I'd definitely stay there again. The only con from my visit, the room beside mine was getting remodeled so there was hammering at 12am-1am and again at 6am-8am. Then it was finished, that was actually pretty stupid and I was quite angry with that fact.

Gave me a room which was not requested or accommodating. Charged my card for two days with NO refund before I even checked-in or had the opportunity to cancel. Not less than 2 days after check out, my family developed excessively itching skin and bumps on our bodies. The hotel beds are infested and needs to be reported to department of health.

Wow Stayed thursday night the 17th of October No TV working in any room and thats the best thing that happened. Around midnight a man who had a key walked into my room I yelled whos there and pointed a gun at him. He yelled sorry man and ran. Planning my next trip there lol.

This is the nastiest place I've ever stayed at. The rooms are gross. You wait over 2 hours for more towels after asking several times. Mind you this was at 11pm that I'm asking for the towels. When I finally got them they were still wet. My sister and I watched housekeeping drag a comforter on the ground from housekeeping to the room they were "cleaning", and it was a good 45ft and then just threw it on the threshold of the room. There was no were to plug anything in (cell phone, ect. ). There was an alarm clock but couldn't plug in due to no outlet. There was a ring around the inside of the tub. The shower head had to be put back together in order to shower. The housekeeping staff looked like guest dressed in plain street clothes. We booked this room because there was a pool. When we arrived they were draining the pool (mind you this was mid Aug). They are "cleaning" rooms at 11 or 12 at night and they are not quite about it. The towels I finally received had an order to them. They only gave us 2 towels for 4 people and one bottle of shampoo and conditioner. Being females with long hair we needed more. It was a bother to staff to give us more towels, shampoo, and conditioner. There's garbage on the stairs. The Wi-Fi doesn't work staff was rude the breakfast was a joke. I would never stay at this place again. I would rather sleep in a cardboard box next to a dumpster with all the critters. This place doesn't even deserve one star.

This place was horrible! as soon as we walked in we smelled mold! then as we continued to walk around we found cigarette burns all over the bed, hair on the bed, dead bugs, bed bug droppings, and the back board was filthy! the drawers and tables were filled with dirt and dust! the floor was filthy with a cigarette butt on the floor! then the bathroom had mold, and just looked horrible! the staff said they could not refund because the manager was not there and that I have to wait until tomorrow! it seemed like the girl at the desk even cared! I would never stay there, and I plan on contacting the health department!

Used the hotel, for parking. Dropped my vehicle off no problem. Upon returning, called the hotel several times, with no answer. Called for about 45 minutes with no answer. Finally took a cab to the hotel to find a sign at the front desk, that read back in 15 minutes. Huh, went and got my own vehicle and finally some guy dressed inappropriately for work, asks me if I need any assistance. Do not park here.

The hotel owner is a crook I booked a room from overseas but my flight was delayed and when I reached the hotel he did not refund me a penny. On top of that there were bedbugs all over the place. We could not sleep for one night we kept getting bit. When they changed our room, same problem kept going. I regret staying in this shady hotel. If you want to stay prepare yourself for the bedbugs.

Upon arriving to my hotel, I was assigned to a room. When I attempted to open the door to the room with the keycard, the lock was unresponsive (i. E. It didn't blink either red or green). I returned to the front desk and informed the attendant that the lock was not working, making it clear that it was the lock, not the key, that was not working. The attendant proceeded to tell me I had to hold the handle up while swiping the keycard, which I thought was a little odd, before assigning me a second key. After further failed attempts to open the door, I returned to the front desk. At this point, the attendant walked up to the room with me (he actually rudely sprinted up the stairs), and finally succeeded in opening the door after several attempts of jiggling the handle while swiping the keycard. Once the door opened the attendant looked at me and (rather condescendingly) said "See? ". I told him to close the door so I could attempt to open it. I was still unable to open the door easily, so I requested a different room. The attendant then pressured me to stay in the original room with the broken lock, but I was persistent in my request to change rooms. The lock on the second room worked properly, but contained dirty socks behind the bed, a broken air conditioner cover, and a lamp that wouldn't turn on and was missing one of its two bulbs. I didn't feel comfortable expressing any further concerns to the attendant, so I simply stayed in the room as is.

Parking here for 1 week ended up costing me $400. I parked here to use their shuttle service to the airport. I had to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport, after the driver berated me for not standing by the door. And then, after returning from the airport and driving home, I found that all four tire covers had been stolen (dealership charged me $360 to replace). After requesting a refund of the $40 parking charge the next day, the hotel manager, Shannon Moneypenny, accused me of faking my own car theft, among other things. To make things worse, Ms. Moneypenny demanded that I pay $225.00 if I wanted to see the video surveillance. To be frank, I had only thought that I would receive a partial refund. Instead, I was met with the worst and rudest customer service I have ever experienced — which is saying a lot coming from someone who has personally worked years in the customer service industry. It's funny that their managers respond to the majority of the online reviews with "I wish you had said something about your problem. " I did, and all it did was cause more problems. Save yourself the headache and park somewhere secure or at the airport. It will cost you a lot less in the end, and save you your sanity. I will actively advise any clients of mine traveling to Cleveland not to use this facility.

Needs a good cleaning and desperately needs an update.

Good no frills budget hotel. Came in on a late flight, the airport shuttle was super prompt and convenient. My girlfriend flew in early the next morning and they took me to pick her up, and took us to the RTA station (so 3 total shuttle trips). Way better than renting a car. The room was clean, seemed to have new bed linens and a new bathroom and shower curtain. Seemed like a renovated older motel. Was overall really good but caught occasional glimpses of the fact that it was a budget place. These glimpses were really minor. The floor was pretty squeaky, the TV was an old CRT and the outside hall carpet was kind of dingy but seriously overall a great place to crash for a night. Cannot overstate the convenience of the shuttle. Also Wi-Fi was quick, surprisingly so for any hotel.

Ramada is really good at such a price, almost 3 times less than Holiday inn. It has all the facilities including Refrigerator, Microwave apart from other standard amenities, which even expensive hotels do not provide. Cleaned rooms, sufficient parking place, courteous staff. I stayed almost 3 weeks. Even though they have Hotel pickup, breakfast and if someone wants to go to downtown they drop at half cost of what generally Taxis costs. Shower curtain moldy, bed kept falling off frame, dirty wash cloth in shower, TV stand filthy, previous guest's dirty sock found under bed. Staff unfriendly, uncooperative unwilling to help solve problem or find solutions. Basicaly ignored. Had family emergency, booked thru priceline, Manager refused to help with refund for last night. Told me to call corporate. No help from them either. Was told to get refund from Priceline. Will never stay at this or any other Ramada Inn again.

Experience wasn't positive. I asked for a non-smoking room and the room smelled like stale cigarettes. The hot water wasn't even warm. The shuttle to the airport was disappointing. It was late getting us to the airport and non-existent when we returned. We had to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel since it never showed up.

I had three rooms booked for 6/22/2013 for 3 Sons from out of town and state for a wedding. When the first son arrived there were bed bugs and dirty room he canceled then canceled the rooms for his brother's. So did I. Well the next morning my credit card was charged. Still can't seem to get a manger. This isn't over.
