Stayed here the first time last month after my dad had a stroke and I came back to Ohio with my kids, frantic and scared, Lynn I believe is her name and I believe she’s the manager, she is amazing! She was very thoughtful, asked how my dad was, and even reassured me that riverside stroke center was the best place for not only my dad to receive help but the family as well. They made our stay personable and comforting! So much so that when the kids and I came back up to Ohio a few weeks ago to visit with my dad we stayed again. I would 100% recommend this hotel! Great price, great rooms, amazing staff!

This place should have closed during renovations. It was musty like a poorly maintained airport motel. Ended up in three different rooms throughout the week due to various issues. Hot tub was broken all week, and looking at the previous reviews it's been broken for at least a month. The free breakfast was served in a meeting room with one little card table setup for people to eat at. The construction work started early in the AM and went late into the evening, so if you were looking to rest or concentrate during those hours it wasn't going to happen. Cracks in the stucco ceiling, stained uncomfortable furniture that should have been replaced decades ago, sunken beds, the list goes on. The employees were super friendly and awesome, but unfortunately even the best staff in the world wouldn't make a stay here enjoyable.

They were simply amazing here. The facility was we'll kept and clean. The staff were very helpful and professional. They also really cared. They actually went and got us a little gift for our soon to be born baby. It offers a hot breakfast as well as a hot dinner. The pool was clean and everything was stocked. I definitely recommend staying here and I will for sure be staying again myself.

I understand that they were remodeling. Bit then a guest comes in at 3a. M. After being in the road for more than 12 hours, sending the crew to the adjoining room to start work at 7a. M. Is not cool. The phone service to make the reservation was very poor. I call this par for the course for the state of Ohio, as every stop I made, and each interaction with someone from there made me feel like I was dealing with the laziest, self — entitled, rudest people. I don't blame Hilton.

Some dents and dings in the room, shower curtain needed to be retired 5 or 6 years ago. Other than that it was good. Breakfast was very good — omelets, eggs, cereal, fruit, yogurt and bagels. I didn't try them all, but everything I did try was excellent. Room other than the shower was clean and nice. I wished I had more time to enjoy it.

This is a paid review. I didn't stay overnight. Was a guest at the pool. The pool was nice but smallish for the amount of people trying to use it. Holiday weekend. Very loud and hot. Kids had a fun. Appears to be smaller basket ball courts and bikes to use too.

Excellent selection of accommodations sort of quaint with an added set of modernization very relaxed very quiet the rooms are immaculate staying in a queen room with a roommate Style living quarters where the other partner was clear across the other side and the living room dining room and kitchen divided the two bedrooms total privacy very clean very neat very well-lit a great reception for Wi-Fi.

I would say it is about average. The room is nice enough but a suite with 2 rooms it os not. It is more a small studio. It does. Have a full size refrigerator and stove top. The bathroom is small, with a toilet and tub in one room. Vanity is seperate and adequate. The king size bed was comfortable and the pull out couch worked fine for my toddler grandson. The main reason only 3 stars is the breakfast was not so great. Fruit was not ripe and old. Most of the hot food seemed to have been there a while. I wished we skipped the free breakfast… Next the pool and hot tub… hot tub didnt even work… pool was to deep for a toddler to stand and play. I feel it could jave been a little cleaner. I would probably pay 20-30 bucks more and try a different hotel next time for trip with a toddler… Its great if all you want to do is sleep, but I would go for less expensive hotel for that.

Great stay, lots of fun activities such as: Basketball/Volleyball court, swimming pool, hot tub, free Wi-Fi, and tv. The only thing that could be a fun-ruiner is the food, it made me throw up.

This place appeared very nice from the pics that were on the website, beware they lie. The place was dirty from the moment we walked in dirt, papers, and leaves we on the floor the entire 4 days we were there. No one attempted to clean the foyer area. The hot tub did not work, the first desk employee acted as if it just happened, we were to fi ally get to the truth (it had been broken for some time) after being lied to by 2 other front desk employees, the lady working breakfast told us the truth. One day our room was not cleaned, dirty towels and all left for us. They did end up bringing some clean towels. This hotel was once a nice place, but now is on the downside of nice. There is so much to bri g up I could be here all day. Not a horrible place but if you expect the quality you normally receive from Marriott, dont expect it here.

The pool area and restrooms was very dirty, the hot tub was not working, when I called they told me that it was a very nice hot tub. This is the main reason we stayed. Got to the room and it was not to bad it had bugs on all the window sills and around the room. No ice in the fridge and no ice machines on the property. I would not recommend this place. I expected more from a Hilton group!

We changed our destination in order to stay at a Homewood Suites because of the 2-bedroom Suite. The room is fantastic I will say they could take it up a notch with cleanliness. Not much to complain about for the price. I think the pool could have a shallow end for the little kids because my two little ones can't swim so I had to carry them around basically. All in all it's a good place. Decent breakfast and they also have a happy hour snack time. You can't beat it for the price and the room size. Could just use a vacuuming in the halls.

I recently stayed here one night on business and enjoyed it. The suite was plenty big for one person, so it was a nice surprise compared to most places I have stayed in recently. I would return if ever on business in Ohio again.

This was a good spot for family. Standard complimentary breakfast was good. Small pool was nice. Staff helpful.

House keeping was lacking, asked for clean sheets didn't get them. Didn't take the trash out. On the first night one of my towels had someone's makeup on it. They did leave toilet paper so had to go to the front desk and ask for some. Otherwise my stay wasn't bad.

Very friendly staff, plenty of room, great hot breakfast, across the street from a mall, close to restaurants, Walmart, and more. Loved it!

The only good experience had at this location we’ve had is the front desk member was friendly last night when we checked in and the air was cold. Today was completely the opposite the breakfast offered in the morning was cold and low quality, so we left the hotel at 9:30am to spend the day at Cosi so we arrived back at the hotel at 3:30pm only to find our door to the room have the upper lock clasp wedged between the door and door frame meaning who knows how long the cleaning staff left our room unlocked and open for people to freely walk in and our luggage and item are there for the taking. Bedrooms were not cleaned, beds were not made just poorly straightened up. They did provide new towels and remove the old. I called down to the front desk and you would of thought this happens everyday with the way Thelma talked to me, I asked for someone to come and look at the room and I was told they were to busy at the front desk. My wife went to the front desk to get sheets and towels since they wouldn’t bring any up for us to change our own sheets. We also found that while we were gone that the cleaning crew and anyone who had freedom to our room stole some Scentsy product my wife brought along with here. What’s funny is they were so busy they couldn’t come check the room as they said my wife went down as soon as I hung up with Thelma and when she got to the front desk there was not one guest at the front desk.

I travel extensively for work and stay in hotels 20 days a month. This by far has been superior to any hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff makes it feel like home and everybody takes time to know your name and ensures you have everything you need above and beyond the call of duty. The rooms are spacious and spectacularly clean, with accommodations to cook your own meals or snack on their tasty treats at night. Anyone coming to the Columbus area has to stay here.

Location was close to restaurants and the Columbus Zoo. The rooms were outdated and staff wasn't very attentive/knowledgeable. Breakfast was included and was a standard hotel hot breakfast, nothing special.

This hotel was the perfect choice for us as we were passing through town. We had three criteria… pet friendly, free breakfast, and we wanted to use HHonors points. We were very happy with our King Suite accommodations. It was perfect for 2 adults, 1 child and our dog. Lovely property. Very friendly staff. Yummy breakfast. Full house last night but very quiet in the hotel.

Bugs in the rooms. I have videos of bugs. Staff is very rude. Vipul specially don't know how to treat guests. Another fat guy on front desk is quite rude. Revoked my key access twice in past week. Bad business.

I was a quick in-and-out guest. I only stayed one night. I did not use any of the amenities. The room was clean and large. The staff was very kind and welcoming.

Wonderful hotel with great rooms and staff.

The food is awful and the place is shabby. The evening food was spilled all over, and most of the serving trays were empty. Bagels in the morning were stale and only blueberry flavored. Other Homewood Suites are much nicer, and serve beer and wine.

While there was a mixup with the rooms, they handled it and I was very satisfied.

Hotel was ok. It is in need of some repairs. Carpet was frayed in room, ice maker did not work in room. At breakfast they ran out of 2% milk had to go get some during breakfast. The 2nd day we just decided to get breakfast somewhere else. I stay in alot of Hilton family hotels and this was not the quality I expect from Hilton. On a positive side the staff was friendly and helpful.

Simply put… someone in the staff, most likely housekeeping, stole my $600 suit out of my closet. They refuse to rectify the situation. I have been given the run around from the beginning. Everyone I talk to keeps directing me to someone "who may be able to help me"… only for me to end up talking to a machine and leaving message and never getting a response. The people I have talked to have been very rude and unhelpful. They continue to blame me. I've stayed many times at other other locations and have always been more than pleased with my stay. This one in particular was very sub par. The rooms had a mildew smell and felt a little damp. The kitchen wasnt as clean as it could have been when we arrived. The hallways had a somewhat foul odor. I was willing to look past all of this as I am not that picky of a person… but as I stated before, THEY STOLE MY $600 SUIT … THIS MAY NOT SEEM LIKE MUCH TO MOST BUT IM A YOUNG MAN AND IT WAS MY FIRST AND ONLY SUIT… IT ALSO HAD SENTIMENTAL VALUE BECAUSE MY GRANDFATHER HELP ME WITH THE WHOLE PROCESS OF BUYING A SUIT… if they do not make this right I they will not be getting any more of my money… the only good thing I have to say is that the front desk concierge was very polite… but also unhelpful in my situation… I was never able to speak to a manager because they were always "out" or "busy"… be weary.

By far the worst experience ever at a hotel. Gave my reservation away and tried to put us in smoking room with my two small children. Then put me in a room infested with bugs. Terrible costumer service by management. And we weren't the only ones. A gentleman behind was getting his room moved after he pulled out his sofa to find food and garbage all over it. Think long and hard about staying at this hotel next tune you travel.
