Wonderful place, super friendly staff really clean.

Last minute weekend getaway to Cincinnati was perfect thanks to the Summit Hotel! We were so impressed with the entire hotel. From the super friendly staff, to the art gallery in the lobby, to the activities on site, the amazing food in the restaurants and a fantastic and clean room with a beautiful view, we couldn’t have picked a better hotel. I had only 2 tiny design flaw complaints, the faucet for the bathroom sink in the room is entirely too close to the back of the sink and with the sinks being pretty high, this 5 foot nothing girl had a hard time reaching to wash my hands 🤣. The second design flaw is no bench or ledge in the shower to make shaving legs easier. But seriously if those are the only complaints in a hotel, I’d say it’s overwhelmingly a winner! Can’t wait to return in the near future!

I am beyond impressed with the Summit Hotel and all of their staff. Recently I attended a week-long training meeting and appreciated that they went out of their way to make every attendee feel at home, even though none of us were overnight guests. The attention to detail, cleanliness, friendliness, and customer service overall is just unmatched. And I can’t forget the food — each day there were nicely paired offerings which were so fresh and delicious! I’d even go back just to dine and take in the very cool and unique ambiance. It was a pleasure to visit your venue and I look forward to coming back again!

Horrible and unprofessional service. Had a mothers day brunch reserved over 3 weeks in advance and when our party arrived, were told no reservation was created that we had with on the 4th flow overlook kitchen and bar. Later learned that whom we made reservations with didnt have authorization to do events! Just nonsense! Then was told they will put some tables together for us but we have to be gone by 330pm but wasnt seated until close to 1:45pm and still would have to order, wait for the food and eat. The manager was not helpful at all and just through a server to us with no assistance. Being the only black people in sight besides the few black workers definitely makes you feel some type of way. I dont recommend this place at all!

Beautiful hotel, loved the pool table/library area, and this place had probably the best fitness center I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The hotel staff (from the valet and front desk to the cleaning and maintenance) treat you as if you are the most important guest staying there. Very friendly and attentive. Rooms were amazing, everything is new, clean, and high tech. Forget Marriott, Hilton and The Ritz. Summit in Cincinnati is the place to stay.

Weekend guest for a wedding. Beautiful hotel with great outdoor views. The staff was very kind. Spent some time at the bar, a nice set up. Took in the brunch on Sunday. It was not busy but they offered so many options — the brunch is a buffet with a mimosa included. Would definitely stay here again.

INCREDIBLE Architecture both outside & inside. The ENTIRE Hotel has been completely renovated & upgraded! The Hotel Staff were WONDERFUL and made us feel like we were VIPs & the only 2 guests at the Hotel! The Restaurant/Pub had Wonderful food and wine. I would definitely recommend The Dolce Hotel for your next trip to Cincinnati.

This hotel is great! The free parking and reasonable rates are what initially attracted me to this hotel, but I loved its trendy look and plentiful amenities. The gym equipment is higher-grade than most actual gyms. It is a little rough around the edges because of how new it is, but that also means it is clean! Mike at the front desk treated my wife and I like royalty; I really appreciated his warm and welcoming demeanor. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all of my friends and family.

I've seen some other reviews talking about how after this hotel has some time to iron out the kinks it will be great. My experience, the hotel staff is extremely friendly and well trained. First off, Mike at the front desk was great! Not only friendly but very knowledgeable. Second, the bartender we had while there, Lauren, was amazing! Overall I would say our stay was top to bottom very good. Only a few small things, the pool is still under construction. You need to do a little exploring to find some of the best areas in the hotel. I've also seen the parking referenced on Google as well, you need to pay attention, as long as you're paying attention there shouldn't be an issue. If you're looking for a great hotel with a modern feel, give The Summit a try!

New Venue therefore still some querks needed to be fine tuned. The staff was great but the service in the service with respect to room service needs attention — bath tub was clogging, phone not working and towel request was fulfilled. Still finishing up construction with its Modern look and I can see it doing well once the opening phase is complete and the service items addressed. Breakfast staff was excellent with great service with a special mention to the cook on the grill — she was awesome and Trina our server.

You can tell this is a brand new hotel and they haven't worked out all the Kinks. There wasn't any information in my room about any of the amenities. The website said there was supposed to be a robe and slippers they were not in the room. The breakfast buffet looked very nice but for $19 I decided to go elsewhere. Some positives are the bed was really comfortable and the pillows were amazing along with the bedding. I didn't care for the shower head but I really don't like rain shower heads because they take too long to rinse. Everyone was very nice.

The Summit is the most unique place I’ve stayed at in recent memory, an oasis that no one yet knows about. A luxury Las Vegas style hotel stuck in an apparent upcoming area of suburban Cincinnati is the only way to describe the vibe. It’s built out of a high rise “unused parking garbage. ” Go figure.

We checked into the hotel after 4 and the room we were given was still occupied. Thankfully the person using that room was not there at the time. We were given a different room and left for the rest of the afternoon. When we returned to the room — we tried to call the front desk but found that the phone in the room did not work. Maintenance was gone for the day and we could not control the temperature of the room. Why are there never enough outlets in hotel rooms? The one extra outlet that we found required the person plugging something in to move furniture and crawl around on the floor. There is a flyer in the room that detailed the time the onsite coffee bar was open but guess what, it has not even been constructed yet. Why are you advertising a coffee bar that does not exist! The room was decorated nicely and the bed was comfortable. Overall VERY disappointed in the new hotel.

This hotel has potential but it's not ready to provide the level of service expected by the brand. While we were upgraded at check-in our room lacked sleeping pillows and the sheets didn't fit the king bed. When front desk notified the next morning, not only were items not corrected but after 13 hours away from the room, we came back to a room that had not been serviced by housekeeping even though sign was on the door to make up the room. Room phone did work and in-room hotel guide not present to indicate where gym, restaurant, and other services were located. After another report of deficiencies, GM called and staff remedied needs by the time we returned to room on day 2. Small basket of food left in recognition but no discount or other consolation offered.

This hotel was incredible. The decor and design is stunning from the moment you walk in to the moment you get to your room. Even the key cards looked lovely! And everything was perfect. Amenities, service, the view — 5 out of 5, I loved this hotel.

The finishing touches have yet to be applied to this new hotel — it’s only been open a week — but it’s clear that it’s going to be a fine location. Nice art throughout. Colorful, contemporary decor. Attentive service. Gave up after 10 minutes waiting for fresh coffee in the lobby Sunday morning, but when I brought this to the attention of the restaurant, the hostess had two cups in my hands within a minute. When the staff’s had a few weeks under its belt, you’ll love this place.

Went to have a late bite and a drink at the Overlook kitchen and bar. The hotel only opened last week so there were so the staff were still working out some kinks but overall a great experience. Will definitely be back.

Hotel still not completely finished, but a really neat place. Very contemporary but interesting. Bed is fantastic! Self park garage has multiple awkward columns that made parking a pick-up cumbersome. We were forced to take up 2 spots.

Hotel is still under construction in some of the common areas but the rooms are top notch and clean! Bar was a good size to be in a hotel and they had a good selection of drinks.

This is a contemporary deluxe hotel with extravagant amenities! A number of meeting rooms for groups of all sizes and all day dining available. To many niceties to mention. Please stop in and take a look for yourself. Quick access to high end retail shopping in Kenwood and just minutes from downtown. You won’t be disappointed with this place!

This place was built by the CEO of Medpace. In my opinion, the dumbest business decision ever made. Building an overpriced, luxury hotel in MADISONVILLE, OH. If you have not been to Madisonville, it is not the nicest. Why stay in such a luxe hotel when I can stay in downtown Cincinnati for the same price? If you have any taste, class, or morals, take your stay elsewhere. This place was built by a corrupt businessman who does not appreciate/fairly pay his own employees at the business right next door. I can see the same thing happening at his own hotel. Venture to downtown Cincinnati where real attractions are.

For a hotel that is known for its Elegance this Contemporary Hotel is being put in a pretty nasty part of town.
