Honestly DON'T BRING KIDS was clean but we got there and it's non smoking. But online it said smoking room. We had trouble checking in cause it was a deposit that made the price not worth it. We had a 2 queen bed what we really got was 2 full size beds. My boyfriend went to the car to get food was asked if he had any drugs as someone in the vehicle parked next to ours was having sex in the vehicle. We were woke up at 5am by someone talking very loud in the hallway. The fridge made a noise that scared me I thought someone was trying to break in.

Decent hotel. Definitely have been to worse quality inn. Definitely been to better. Overall not bad tho. Little noisy with being right by the highway but not ridiculous.

Comfortable, cool, and clean. I had a very restful sleep last night.

Do not stay here. Extrememely loud, poor service, and the rooms smell of smoke. Staff were passive and did not address issues reported multiple times. Elevator broke. Worst hotel experience ever.

Check in went smoothly. The room was clean. We did have a difficult time getting the AC to cool the room during the night. The hotel was located on a small lot that could be difficult to enter in heavy traffic.

It was a very nice hotel best breakfasts you could hope for nice friendly people work there recommend it highly.

I've been to four different choice hotels and this one is my now least favorite. I told by management that we couldn't have food in our room… but they supply a fridge and microwave? The bathroom mirror is held up by a folded piece of paper the underside of the chair is falling off, the bedsheets were not changed and there was still trash in our trashcan when we came up after 5 PM. We wrote ahead that we would be checking in around 9-10AM which is early but we were coming from 2 hours away and just wanted to check in early and grab the key card before we went to the zoo. I will say the shower water is hot and feels great with different settings and they have hot breakfast, but the juice machine taste horrible. No indoor pool. They have WI-FI that works great. It's in a shady side, the gas station next door sells clothes and colored contacts.

Wifi didnt work. Took forever to check in. Found dried blood on comforter. They tried to make excuses. Never will stay here. Fan didnt work in bathroom.

Clean place, friendly staff, good location.

Stayed one night. The night shift manager Diane was very rude, cursing and attitude very nasty. Hotel nice clean. Last time going to hotel.

Had to stop here for the night on a long motorcycle ride home. Was very happy with the stay. Comfortable beds, clean room, large shower and tub, which is what I needed after my long day. Complementary breakfast in the morning was good as well. And the staff was very kind. Thanks!

It was nasty and we paid $194 for a room and when I walked in I turnsed back around and demanded my money back but I should have known better and their staff very disrespectful and the house keeper wiped the toilet then the sink with the same rag and still continues to use it in other rooms.

The place is nicely done (decorated). But it seems like the staff really don't care. Don't get me wrong, the front desk staff have been great. But when I came into the room, you could see that someone had sat laid on the bed while probably watching tv. The bedspread had stains on it (not those kind of stains! ). Things would be a whole lot better if there was just a little more caring.

Quiet and clean. Perfect for a 1 night stay for the zoo.

The hotwire rating is generous for this hotel. The rooms are below average but clean. Spent 10 minutes waiting to be checked in because hotel staff had to have a discussion in from of me about the drawer being short money. Free breakfast is nice but I then had to listen to a hotel worker complain to what seemed to be the manager all the way through me eating breakfast. Would have been a higher rating if only the staff put their guest customer service and experience first.

It was after 11pm when we attempted to check in. While we were promptly greeted, we were also asked to wait for the lady to check us in. The gentleman that greeted us had a lengthy conversation with the woman who eventually checked us in. Neither of the employees seemed to have a sense of urgency in concluding their conversation while we were forced to wait and hear their conversation regarding a short drawer and their opinions on who or what caused it and when. I wish I could say the morning was better but it wasn't. While a complementary breakfast is always appreciated, having to listen to 2 different employees bickering in the small dining area during our meal was not.

Clean and quiet place to stay buy no fan in the bathroom and night stand lights didn't work because of a faulty outlet, switch outlets and they worked. Overall a good experience and would recommend.

This is our go to property when staying in Cincinnati. Clean rooms always, nice breakfast, and the staff is as helpful as any we have ever encountered. Location close to universities, zoo, and many restaurants and bars too. Overall, never had a bad stay here, so five stars it is.

Credit Card Fraud. In June, I stayed only one night. The hotel charged my credit card twice. When I called to have them correct it, their response was "we only charged you once, sorry, there's nothing we can do". My bank statement clearly shows two charges for the same date and time, and my bank verified it as well when I had to call them to dispute it. If a company cannot safely handle their customer's financial information, they should not be in business.

The room was clean and fairly comfortable. The pillows were great but the mattress not quite as firm as I like. The shower curtain smelled a touch musty but everything else was very clean. The staff was very courteous.

It was sufficient quality and service for the price. We just needed to stay over one night, and it was perfect for our needs. Furniture could use some updating and one of the beds caved a little to the center. But then again, it's not a new hotel. I would stay again if the need arrived.

The hotel had a great vibe. Upon arrival, valet was very friendly and knowledgeable with easy check in. Museum was great, very comfy bed! Bar service took on average 10-15 min just to be greeted. The bar wasn't very busy and bartenders would talk to other patrons or walk right by us and another couple we didn't know at the…

Hotel room bedding was stained, bathroom paint was peeling off the wall and bathroom was not very clean. The mirror trim was dirty and stained, view out my window was a wall. Elevator and stairwell smelled raunchy. Not a good area to stay in. Worried about my car in the lot and keep checking on it all night. Will not stay here again — even if free. — 10 stars Avoid!

Loved the hotel. Bit pricey and didn't care for the location (beside a busy intersection), but otherwise no issues.

Crappy neighborhood. $90 for standard double bed room. Clean. Lots of drug dealers and prostitute's in and out. I even heard the front desk attendant negotiating the price inn a room because they didn't need it "all night". I have never paid this much for a hotel that doesn't even have a pool.

Very clean. All the staff have been friendly and have made great recommendations for local site seeing and food. Great looking breakfast buffet. Easily the best value in a hotel I've experienced in a long time.

Stayed here overnight after seeing a concert with a friend. When we checked in, we both noticed the room smelled odd, but couldn't place the smell, and decided not to complain to the front desk since we were only staying one night. After we checked out, my friend was checking her bank statement and noticed the hotel charged her an additional fee. When she called to get more information about the charge, she was told it was because we smoked in the room. Neither of us are smokers. My friend is having an awful time dealing with the hotel staff to get the charge removed from her account. Terrible customer service. Would never stay here again.

This was easily the best hotel experience I've ever had. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the bed was actually comfortable. I have never slept on a hotel bed that was so soft. I was able to fall asleep instantly. And the free daily breakfast was a HUGE plus. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

I spent close to a month in this hotel. It is a nice and cosy with good co-operative staff and overall good house keeping. Location is great for quick commutes with SubWay, McD walking distance away… Their breakfast is healthy and good, I liked it. Would definitely recommend… Would definitely recommend better lighting in the rooms as sometimes you find it is dark even with all the lights on.
