Great service great breakfast.

Pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The rooms are modern and clean. The bathrooms are updated without the renovation look. Yhe room itself is spacious. Breakfast was as expected, with maybe a little more options tha usual. This hotel had cinnabon rolls available. Overall a good hotel for a week stay.

What a fabulous hotel! Room was gorgeous, bed was comfy, and breakfast was great! If you’re in the Dayton area this is the Holiday Inn Express you want to visit. They pride themselves in their excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

The rooms were nice but the pillows and sheets and bed were spectacular. Breakfast had a variety of options including cinnabon rolls and a pancake printer (how cool! ) Fresh fruit always and popcorn. The people were nice and the location was right off the highway. Great stay!

The pool was clean! Breakfast good & staff nice!

Decent prices, not too shabby. Our neighbor upstairs was ridiculous, and the halls smelled a little funny. But the staff was very friendly and helpful. If it wasn't in the city, I would've given it 5 stars.

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here in the past two months 1st time we go to get our room and some poor old lady sitting in her robe watching tv… they double book our room… not sure how that happens, thankfully we were able to get another room-all we got was oh I’m sorry Try to give them another try last night
Our bed was just “made” from the last guest black hair on the pillows, on the wall in the shower and the bathroom floor gross I will never stay here again.

Nice hotel. Good location right off of the highway. Great staff. Great value. My only complaint is that the gym is very small and doesn't have much equipment.

This hotel was a very nice place to stay. This hotel has very nice and welcoming staff members. The lobby has a sitting area, with chairs and a couch and a tv. This place was very clean. The rooms have clean bathrooms, beds, tables, refridgerator and microwave. This hotel has a very clean gym, a nice indoor pool. It is heated and there is also a nice hot tub.

Absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel, the breakfast was hot and great food choices. The employees were very kind and helpful.

Clean rooms, decent breakfast, nearly always cookies at the front counter, and tons of food options nearby. Fitness room is a bit lacking but overall, always a good stay.

Rooms were nice and big. Bed was comfy. Shower had very nice pressure. Best part was the breakfast in the morning.

Breakfast and breakfast attendent were excellent! Housekeeping was friendly and attentive as well! The manager however was rude about my three children being in the room despite my husband and I paying the same amount of money as every other guest. Also, second floor smelled really bad in a small section of the hallway? Maybe mold or a dead animal inside the walls?

Clean and comfortable rooms. Pool and gym kept nice. Not a noisy hotel.

Great hotel near a lot of restaurants and shopping. Room 304 was very clean and spacious. As with other Holiday Inn Express hotels, the breakfast was average, maybe slightly above average when compared to other hotel chains. The pool was operational and very warm and refreshing, as was the hot tub. The staff that I spoke with were friendly and helpful. Overall great stay and will likely be the hotel we return to if we visit the area again.

Stayed here while visiting a friend. Will never choose anywhere else for a room. :) very clean and felt like our home away from home.

Nice clean rooms and located in good location. The staff is very nice and have fruit and popcorn out for guests. Great continental breakfast. I will be back next time in Dayton for business.

We have stayed here for 4 yrs on Thanksgiving. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect! Chocolate chip cookies delivered to the room, letting us take over the dining area for a pizza party and helping you with anything you need with a smile on their face! They even invited us to their own Thanksgiving Dinner! Kudos especially to Paul at the front desk!

We’ve stayed here almost every Thanksgiving for years and it’s always been a very nice experience. Great customer service and it’s clean.

I prepaid, so check-in and check-out were super easy. The TV was simple to attach my Roku stick to for movies. The Wi-Fi was fast with no sign of congestion.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, comfy and nicely decorated, I personally would like a little softer bed for myself because of my back. The breakfast buffet is very nicely done, lots of items to pick from and trays are kept full. Great selection of beverages for breakfast also, everything from juices, coffee, tea and milk. Close to restaurants, stores and highways. Would recommend this hotel to friends.

This hotel is within minutes of the Greene mall with lots of shops, food eateries, and more. Staff if extremely nice and helpful. Rooms are clean, spacious and kept up nicely. I've had nothing but a great experience with them thus far.

Clean, wonderful room. The staff is friendly and attentive. Pool, hot tub, hot breakfast all included. Just a great place.

Our room had a couch bed which was horrible uncomfortable. Blanket had a big stain on it, but they were able to replace it. Toilet struggled to flush even pee. Not my favorite hotel at all. Good breakfast, though. Plenty of vegen options including oatmeal and grits and fruits. Would have enjoyed a milk alternative though.

We had a wonderful stay in a jacuzzi suite. Everything was very clean. The jacuzzi was large and enjoyable. It wasn't a cheap room but it was worth every penny. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. We would definitely stay again when we're back in the area visiting family!

Awesome, very nice breakfast amazing pool and spa (hot tub) also the workout room is nice to. The room was phenomenal we were in a "sweet" room with 2 king size beds a pull out couch a few chairs and a LG tv, closets, bathroom and more! I would most definitely come back. They would not allow an option for ZERO stars! We unexpected had to cancel our rooms due to an accident. We called ASAP which was approx two hours after their deadline, explained the situation to someone who English is not their first language, and was given no option except to speak to the manager who was not in of course, so left a voice mail. I never received a call after 4 days. The email address listed in this website is not correct so therefore everything was rejected. So after a three hour drive to Dayton, our stay was cut short. So we are left with no consideration for our situation and paying for a room that was never used. I suggest you check management of hotels in the area to see if they too are owned by this group. Not good customer relations!

We stay at this location pretty regularly for work. The staff provides great service and my room is always clean and ready.

Comfy beds, clean room with lots of space and large bathroom with lots of towels.

This place was great! Manager was very warm and welcoming. Room was perfect. Not a single complaint! Keep it up, I will be returning.

The staff there are great! Always willing to help with whatever may be needed! The location is a halfway point for Grandma and Grandpa to pick up the Grandkids for visits! Will definitely be back! The GM Daniel and Front Desk Agent Paul are so courteous!

The staff pays extra close attention to detail and I like that. When I need towels or something they're always at my door within minutes. Clean and well taken care of.

This has been the best holiday Inn I've ever stayed at. I travel for work and having a clean hotel to come to is very important to me. I was very impressed with the manager Paul, when I arrived he welcomed me as if I was at his personal residence. There was a buffet of delicious foods complimentary to guest check in and orange zest water. This is definitely a 5 star hotel and a real treat!
