Clean, friendly, quiet, reasonable rates, fairly close to Hartville Flea Market. We're going here again. Storm did an excellant job welcoming us!

Very friendly front desk staff. Room is clean, bed is comfortable. Was perfect for our one night overnight stay to visit friends.

Lady at the front desk was nice. She upgraded outlr basic room to a suite since they weren't busy and it was our wedding night. Room was clean and nice.

The prices are very reasonable. The conference room looks very nice.

Went 5 days with out house keeping taking trash, changing towels. Good breakfast every morning, comfortable beds.

It's a very clean motel with a hot breakfast available every morning. The location is close to places to eat and is easy to get to. I work night shift while staying there and have had no issues with not be able to sleep.

I worked in this hotel for a little over a year. I bent over backwards to do the best job possible and yet still, the manager (Marj) was absolutely horrible. I have never been screamed and cursed at by anybody as much as I was by her. My last day at the hotel ended with Marj getting angry and throwing a pen as well as my one month notice across the office (inches from me). This was the last straw for me. This is what happens to employees behind the scenes. Marj eventually got fired, but then just a little over a month later, the management company got switched, and now MARJ IS BACK. This entire hotel operation needs to be exposed. Trust me, there are 2 other hotels in Carrollton that will welcome you with a smile, AND a cheaper rate!

Rooms were incredibly dirty!

Kinda pricey wont apply Wyndham rewards after you make reservation! So had to pay for extra day. Access door to parking lot broke. Every thing else was really nice!

This has been a quiet, relaxing stay. We had a room with two queen beds (three pillows each — nice! ), a responsive thermostat with a reasonably quiet blower, a TV with loads of channels, a microwave and mini-fridge, and a large, clean, non-leaking shower. I appreciated the variety at breakfast — English muffins, bagels, and bread were available for toasting, and the waffle maker was ready for action as well. Saturday, we had scrambled eggs and crunchy real bacon on an English muffin with an apple and some orange juice. Not sure what is up for tomorrow. Oh, yes… they have free cookies for evenings, and soup at dinner… but we checked in too late last night, and today a little girl was going for the last one (looked like white chocolate macadamia, nice! ). We'll stay here again when we're in town, for sure.

Full service hotel with excellent staff and amenities. One of 3 brand hotels. In the Carrollton area and the best.

I'm here from California working in Carrollton and my stay here has been very pleasant. Rhonda at the front desk has made us feel like family. Always helpful and cheerful with a sparkle in her eyes I think she's GREAT.

I stayed in this hotel for an event 40 min away. This hotel has breakfast in the morning and a gym. The gym only has 3 things in it a treadmill, elliptical, and stairs steeper. The rooms are nice. The service was so nice. I would recommend this place any day of the week.

Manager is horrible and she was harassing her employees. If I had a manager like that I'd walk out in a heartbeat. Employees work harder than you could see and the manager shoots them down like they are below her. Do not go to this hotel. The manager is only nice because she gets your money.

I stayed at the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham in Carrollton, Ohio while in town for my mother-in-law's funeral. We made plans on the fly, as our reservation at another local lodging provider fell through; fortunately, Microtel staff were more than capable of handling our needs. They are a pet-friendly location; if your animal is certified for service, make sure you carry some form of ID stating that you are its handler. We were pleased to note that the rooms were clean, well-heated (yes, of course the sound of the blower was intermittently roaring — but, really, what hotel room doesn't have that issue? ), and well-appointed with refrigerator and microwave. It was handy to be situated by the door to be able to access our car faster; the noise level of the outer door's opening and closing was actually next to nil. Oh, by the way, this location offers a decent breakfast buffet (make-your-own waffles, cold cereal, and fruit were typical). Soup and cookies were served by the front office staff at 4 or so. Not bad! I was very happy with these little touches. They made our visit a lot brighter — it was nice not to have to worry about breakfast and dinner. Thanks again, Microtel.

Rooms clean, bed very comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast bar, hot coffee all day, soups in the afternoon. Lots of snow and ice but all sidewalks and drive, scrapped and salted. Will certainly have this motel high on our stay again list.

This place gave me the creeps. When I checked into my room on 4/5 it seemed clean and comfortable. After returning from dinner and preparing to go to bed I noticed several mid-length dark hairs stuck to one of the pillows. My initial thoughts was someone laying on the bed, but as I was downstairs picking up a couple of pillows I realized I hadn't checked under the blankets and asked for a room change. Which was politely provided. After transferring my things to the new room, I pulled back the blankets to inspect the sheets and found multiple short, curly, dark hairs on the sheets. Yikes! It seems apparent that the housekeepers in this place are not changing the sheets after a guest leaves, merely making the bed. The manager had the nerve to offer me a 50% discount on the room. Really? So I can sleep with someone else's pubic hairs? How gross is that! I promptly left the property and will NEVER stay in a Microtel property again.

I loved this place so much! Very very friendly staff that are always looking to do their best. Very comfy beds and the rooms design is just awesome. I would recommend this place for everyone and would love to be back there again one day. Thank you guys!
