Awful. If I could add pictures I would. No battery in the smoke detector, ceiling was falling apart. Hair on my bed, dirty bathroom and headboard. My co-workers toilet wasnt even secured to the floor, he almost fell off it. If I paid for the room I would have gotten a refund and went to another. But my company paid for it so I didnt have much of a choice. Would not reccomend to anyone… update: couldn’t upload pictures previously, so here they are.

For an affordable one night stay it is what it is. Parking lot had some interesting characters coming and going but it's to be expected. Room was clean, I forgot my phone and the staff let me back into my room to get it even though we'd checked out hours prior, and the TV had tons of premium channels. No complaints!

They need to sell it… ⚒️they say completely remodel rooms … ok ypu bought new funiture but you still needs the room remodeled I should have went next door my dog didn't even want to go.

Toilet hardly worked, took multiple flushes every time. Wi-Fi flat out didn't work; me and my roommate work in networking and couldn't get it to work for us. Room service came before checkout, kept knocking when I yelled go away, and then unlocked the door and came in until I slammed the door on them. Credit card was charged an extra night, though they did end up fixing it when I went to the office (eventually was taken off the card, but I had a large hold on my card for a while). Very limited toiletries and towels, etc. Very pricey for the really poor quality; not up to par with any other Red Roof Inn experience prior. Definitely will never be back.

The rooms are dirty, the maid stole my roommates tampons and our drawers and items were rummaged through. Don't recommend taking your shoes off, the floors haven't been cleaned in a while and the room was filled with dust. If you walk outside you might get a contact buzz and if it's past 11 pm, you'll get to watch the cops search the dumpsters. Good times.

We walked in and discovered dried pee all over the toilet seat. We then found bed bugs in our bed upon checking it. Do not stay here, unclean, bugs.

The room was clean though some things like the toilet and shower were in need of repair and the sink splashed water everywhere when you turned the faucet on. The TV was quite small for a room with two beds and Wi-Fi was almost non-existent. Ultimately these are not huge deals and I might stay there again if need be but I would be cautious.

Overall not a bad place cheap price recommend you stop at a gas station and get the Ohio travel coupons in the red book and save yourself about 10 bucks.

I have been There for one night but actually clean and people in front desk was really friendly.

Really low price; very good customer service. I had some issues recharging my electronics, but I'm unclear if it was my faulty stuff or thier electrical. Clean room, working fridge, nice sheets, I slept well. As I expected, furnishings older and not super 'pretty' and completely functional and comfortable.

It was nice there remodel is nice. Close to food an freeway. Room could use a coffee pot.

It's the Red Roof Inn. It ain't classy and it ain't glamorous. It is a reasonably priced room that is reasonably clean. I wouldn't stay long but it's a decent room if only passing through.

Very clean all the staff was so nice. Recommended a great breakfast spot.

Pam at the front desk is awesome. You got cable. Didn't like the cars driving around behind the building and refused to sit in my chair in the room.

It's what you expect. A hwy motel. Coffee 24/7 but no breakfast. Decent room but facuet was broken. Poor maintenance. Owners family cleans room. They speak no English and knock early to clean. What's funny is that gratuity envelopes are in the rooms. No shower pressure at all. But I couldn't complain cause the cleaning woman/maintenance/owner were All the same person.

Experience was fine, basically what you'd expect from a low price hotel. Staff were super friendly and mind, even provided us with a bottle opener when we forgot ours. Only downside was the key didn't work, which required running back and forth to the office in single digit weather. Room was acceptably clean, tho there werw cigarette burns in the comfertor.

Very clean, remodeled rooms! Great prices! Great place to stay when your simply looking for a good night's rest!

I would recommend never going to this hotel. They have a roach and bed bug problem and not to mention over priced rooms and horrible customer service.

Last time I stayed here was in the first building, second floor. And it wasn't too bad, maybe a 3.5 star. This time I'm not impressed with much. Back building, first floor.

Horrible experience, and I didn't even stay there. On the site it showed "BOOK NOW" for 20% off if you book more than 1 night. Upon check out on their site, the prices kept changing. I called to book over the phone and explained the situation, their attendant spoke to me as if I was dumb deaf and blind. I explained to him the situation and offered to send him a pic of what I was seeing. While on the phone the prices changed from what I initially saw to something higher. Rather than honoring what I saw he debated with me. On to the next! finding a hotel else where.

Rooms are great for the price, every other hotel was booked. Very surprised on how clean the room was and how quiet it was. Thought it would be a run down hotel and was a little nervous to book on my phone. Not bad at all, I would stay again.

If I could give it no stars I would. Came here found out I have to have a debit card with a 100 to hold. I booked through expedia which was great cause they helped me out but Tina. No help. Nothing. I would have been out of my money and a place to stay for the night. Although it was not there fault expedia didn't tell me about 100 hold they were not to helpful either. They didn't care at all. I think it was wrong and will never spend my money here in the future. Motel 6 is a great no hassle, clean and helpful staff. Not red roof.

They charge almost as much as the higher class hotels. They also now require a cash deposit. Ridiculous. The staff are not friendly. They will knock on your door at least four times in the morning before check-out time. I even had one lady actually open the door and walk into my room while I was sleeping naked. Another time I stayed there a man claimed that there was a piece of plastic broken off of the fridge which I never used or even so much as opened. The rooms are trashy and that is putting it nicely. The customer service is horrible. I would not recommend anybody stay here.

Good value, decent place to stay. Pretty clean room. On our trip up, the week before, we stayed at RR+ across town, in Dublin, I'd say that one was the nicer of the two, but the room was much bigger here.

It's a good place to stay for the price. The room was reasonably clean. I am giving 4 stars primarily because of the receptionist. I had forgotten my mobile charger in the room after checking get out. He called me to inform me about this. That's good customer service.

First room assigned, toilet took three to four flushes to clear and a used washcloth was left on the shower. Maintenance said they fixed it, but same issue continued. Therefore hotel moved me to another room. Other issue with sink in new room, but timely response by maintenance. It was quiet while I was there. Chose this hotel because of price, availability, and my dog could stay for free. It was an okay stay. Website gave a completely different and lower price from what I was charged.

Sufficiently clean rooms, with comfortable beds and plenty of local activities and businesses near by. The staff seemed a bit unmanaged, almost as if it were recently open. The accessibility options include pet friendless and smoking rooms. I did not see much in the side of handicap accessible aside from first floor rooms.

Soft bed, hot shower, flat screen tv, clean room, cool ac. Great room.

4/26/16… bed bugs fleas extremely dirty housekeeping do not know the definition of (clean)! if you do stay check rooms check beds everything! couple days there this month april & last month march. Iit wont change trust me they gone remain dirty with buggs and nasty ass dirty room… do not take children, will get sick!

Freakin horrid it has bed bugs! Why would you rent rooms to people! I couldn't figure out what was biting me till I lifted the sheets n covers it's disgusting! All they offered to me at 2 in the morning was to switch rooms I switched and got stuck with another room just the same. SMH I was to afraid to sleep and couldn't get my money back Worst hotel experience ever.

Not the worst motel i've been at but not far off. Paid for a queen room but got a double bed. We stayed at 5 motels on this trip all of them were rented with queen beds and this motel had a significantly smaller bed. The guy at the front desk was rude. The room smelled. We stayed at the end of march and there was newspaper ads from november in the room.

The room was the dirtiest I ever stayed in. Urine and feces on the toilet seat. Dirty floors and the room smelled horrible. This is a not so good area. The hotel next door actually had a security officer in the parking lot all night. There was also a mix up with my rooms I reserved and my credit card. Tina did take care of this and was very polite. I still would recommend to not stay here.

They get 1 star. Sheets dirty room stunk they switched my room same thing I had to wash up in the sink to scared to shower. If I wasn't freezing I rather slept in my car.

Sheets were dirty in the smoking room. Checked in perfectly fine. Walked out with PINK EYE. I wash my hands more then necessary, I slept on these pillow cases and sheets they had for us and woke up with a pink swollen eye! They definitely need to lower the prices on these rooms. The people do not clean them very well. Or at all. If your going to stay here bring your own cleaning supplies AND your own sheets and pillows. Also if it's going to be this $72 for a room they should at least upgrade and provide free breakfast or something!

Was nice, affordable and had the amenities I come to expect.

The new and updated rooms were a nice upgrade since my last stay. Very comfortable.

The room was nice for a smoking room w/ 2 full beds it was to small to smoke in it had to go outside & smoke, the toilet wouldn't flush right you had to keep flushing it, they didn't have enough towels, & the staff was arguring about who had what on they cart — they didn't have enough supplies.

Newly remodeled, super comfy beds and really clean.

It's not that this motel is bad, dirty, or scary — the room is actually quite nice. But it smelled like they converted to non-smoking a day ago. So I would recommend this if you need a place to crash for one night while on the road, but not to stay for longer than that, unless you don't mind your stuff reeking.

We only needed a room to sleep in, so we were not looking to spend a lot of money, and this place was not worth a dime. We reserved a room that was supposed to be a non smoking room, and it reeked worse than a chain smokers ash tray. There were burn holes all over the comforters and sheets. Dirt and garbage behing the night stand, and pubes on the towels. It was the most disgusting hotel room I have ever seen. Even the power outlets couldn't hold plug. I slept in full clothing with a hood on so I didn't have to come in contact with the bedding. If wasn't already 12:30 am when we checked in, we would have never stayed here.

HORRIBLE! The front desk assistant was so rude. She was constantly talking on her cell phone while I was trying to get checked in. I will never ever ever be back.

Room was fine but the 1998 tube television and worse than dial up speed Wi-Fi were not. Upgrade your hotel.

Checked into a queen room here and found bed bugs. asked for a different room. they moved us to a different one and there were bed bugs there too ended up sleeping in the car as it was too late don't stay here please management was pretty adamant about not providing a refund.

This is one of the best hotels I have visited. Its affordable. The rooms are very clean. Some have microwave and fridge. The rooms are great size and pretty up to date. They are also in the middle of a remodel. Can't wait to see the new room's. Staff is over the top friendly. From the staff at the front desk to the house keepers who come to my room every day and clean it leave me towels and even play with my kids. I wouldn't think twice about staying any where else. You would be stupid not to stay here.

Looks can be deceiving. Instead of the beautiful picture the hotel posted, its my pleasure to present the true quality of this nasty hotel. From the looks of it they dont even have a cleaning crew with all the pubic hair all over the toilet and boogers all over the dinner table. Please dont stay here unless you want catch something deadly. Oh and get 1 hour of sleep with all the thugs bump in there music out front. I'd rather sleep in my car. The staff here are really great. The rooms were decent nothing great but clean.

It wasn't the best hotel but very very suffice if you are just stopping in for the night.
