I love this place and you get to cook if you want too and breakfast in the morning.

I came here for sugery. Had a great comfortable stay. Very sweet staff.

Everything was clean with nice staff being very helpful and hard working. With good breakfast. Would definitely cone again!

This is a nice hotel, but I wish they had it where you could use Netflix. Not too keen on the pool being outside, but I would rather have a pool in general than no pool at all. Breakfast in the morning, cant beat that! Overall very nice hotel!

For traveling with family it is hard to beat the concept of a Residence Inn. Pretty standard Residence Inn Experience… clean comfortable room, and attentive, friendly staff. If you are in the area, particularly while visiting Cleveland Clnic this would be a great choice.

Initially there was a reservation issue (wrong date), and I was charged for the incorrect day. When I came to check in, I was still able to get a room, luckily. I did however have to change rooms on the second night because they got my duration wrong. With everything said and done, with all these inconveniences, I was refunded and charged for 1 night's stay, instead of the 2 I was there for. The rooms are clean and presentable. The staff is polite and helpful. Room access from parking is convenient. As long as I don't have another scheduling issue, I would stay there again.

Wow! Spacious rooms, very quiet, GREAT BREAKFEST, AWESOME friendly staff! Location is great! Overall a really comfortable place to stay. The kitchens are a huge plus! It’s nice to be able to cook a few meals to save some money!

Great property. Close to restaurants, Lake Erie and Cleveland. Easy access and plenty of free parking.

Nice place and the kitchenette is great. Beds are of mediocre comfort though, and the pillows are atrocious. Bring your own pillows if you can!

I have been on hold with marriott corporate for 45 minutes and asked for a rollaway and a cot since 7 o'clock today and finally recieved both of them at 230 in the morning! And have have been on hold with corporate since then and have been platinum elite for 2 years and are extremely upset right now and can be contacted to make this better on MY VACATIOM DAYS AT MY FACEBOOK IMEDIATLY I HOPE!

One of the best places I have stayed… friendly staff, great breakfast, clean location. Also close to fine restaurants, highways and Metroparks!

Very nice room with alot of amenities. Room is kept clean and fresh looking. Only complaint is that the bed is rather hard and probably needs to be updated.

I was put in an odd outbuilding room that looked like a converted garage that they had put furniture in to make into a hotel room. Staff was very nice and friendly but the room was abysmal. The bathroom ceiling was really low with really bad paint peeling from the ceiling. I am sure the rest of the rooms are nice but was extremely disappointed they actually have these types of rooms available for guests to stay in. I am an elite rewards member and am very upset that this was the kind of room I was assigned.

I generally hate staying in hotels (if it's not for a luxury vacation), but I LOVE staying here! The staff is outstanding, they are so helpful and friendly. Rooms are comfy, clean, spacious, and well equipped. The included daily breakfast is pretty good, and free snacks/drinks on Mon-Tue-Wed is great. But overall, the people who work here go above and beyond to make this a home away from home and I appreciate it a lot!

This place is so huge that it looks like they can't keep up. The floors in the halls were dirty. And my family got a 2 bedroom suite and we got ready to go to bed pulled the covers back and there was popcorn and little pieces of scrap paper in one bed and a lid off of toothpaste in the other. But they did come off the price.

Good morning, I wanted to take the time to express what a pleasant stay I experienced at the Residence Inn in Beachwood/Cleveland OH. I stayed from 11/17-11/20/17. This is my second visit to Cleveland and my first staying at your hotel. I wanted to recognize the front desk staff who were very friendly and helpful during my stay. I also would like to recognize the kitchen staff in regards to the morning breakfast. Although there were several groups present, Lisa and Tatiana b…oth made sure that the breakfast area was cleaned and stocked with all the necessary items for all your guests to have a wonderful experience. They treated me with the upmost respect and provided great customer service. I will be visiting Cleveland again in the near future and I sincerely hope that there is availability open so that I can enjoy another stay at your hotel. Keep up the good work! The rooms are clean and spacious. Love the pool and activity court in the courtyard. Free hot breakfast. Nice people. Fast check in.

Everyone IS Family. EVERY TIME! and pet friendly for a fee. No fee is too big for Mini, My dog. Now I wonder if I told them that I do work for Marriott International, would I get different treatment? … Nah! They are too good at what they do. Thank you all at Beachwood Residence Inn Marriott. Best place we have ever stayed at! Friendly staff, helpful, beautiful clean rooms! Wonderful breakfast bar, and the social nights alot of fun! If you go to Cleveland, THIS is the place to stay!

I had a great experience at the Residence Inn. The staff was very professional, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I stay here for two week increments during my training in Cleavland and I highly recommend this location. There are plenty of places to eat in the area and it takes no time to reach the highway. Make sure to grab some breakfast the people there always have a smile and the have everything you need to take on the day!

Stayed here for two nights and the staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast is nothing to write home about, but it's free — so you can't be too picky! The Wi-Fi gave us no problems the entire time or anything else in our room for that matter. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast area was a bit congested. Our room door did not close on its own and was difficult to open and close. It appeared as if a kid hung on the knob and and messed up the frame.

My experience with the Residence Inn in Beachwood was horrible! My friend who turned 50 years old was unjustly evicted because the management staff said they had been the room twice which never happened! Because we own our beautiful black skin our presence was not appreciated! They did not even return her cash as well! I would never give this a dollar and I fully intend to let my entire race know never give this place a thought!

The location of the hotel is near other hotels, restaurants and the highway. It is a very nice hotel, up to date and clean. The staff is very helpful and the rooms and suites are very comfortable.

The hotel was nice. The room was clean and and comfortable. The bathroom felt a little dated. The breakfast was good, especially for a free all you can eat. Waffle maker and the standard continental items. Coffee available all day. Guests can use the Lifetime Fitness nearby.

This was my second stay here. Visit many Marriott properties for both business and personal travel — this is high on the list for Residence Inn properties. Stayed 3 nights for a family function in the area. Staff was excellent and friendly in every interaction. Pool area was great for the kids — spent hours over two days just hanging out with family and the kids playing — great fire pit area and family friendly seating. Rooms and common area extremely clean. Wifi excellent. Breakfast standard Residence Inn type selections and good. Would be nice if the market had a little more selection of food but other than that no complaints.

Booked an online reservation with the option of 12 check in on a king suite room for my wife, my 2 little kids, and me only. We got to town at 12:15 I went in to check in and they said nothing ready so we went out to eat at a very good restaurant in the area B spot. Came back around 1:30 and the desk lady said try back around 2pm nothing yet, I checked my reservation on their app and saw that the room type was changed to a 2 bedroom and king size pull out suite for 50$ more than what I booked online. I asked about it and they said we upgraded you for the same cost, I had to tell them that's not the correct cost I booked, then she went in and changed it after only me mentioning it which makes me feel they would have charged me if I didnt catch that. We drove around came back at 3 and still nothing was ready she said probably 20minutes. We waited outside playing with kids til 3:45 and no alerts that room was ready so I called the front desk, a very kind guy answered said ok sir we have room for u ready. Why the other worker didn't let me know before I had to call is beyond me but wasn't very nice waiting hours seemed very unorganized. When finally checked in was nice and the rooms were huge and nice clean well organized and all.

Stayed for business. Beautiful, spacious room equipped with a hair dryer, iron, stove, full fridge and freezer, coffee maker, pop corn, pull out couch/bed, nice little desk and nice TV. The complimentary breakfast is amazing and every single staff member greets you when you walk by! 5 out of 5 stars from me!

Water leak in the room upon arrival. Called the front desk, maintenence tech came by. It was a small leak, causing a puddle in the bathroom floor. The water was coming through the wall, and appeared to be coming from upstairs. He left saying he would investigate the leak and let us know if we needed to change rooms, or if the problem was resolved. We never saw him again. The front desk never called. Nothing. I wrongly assumed the issue was resolved. We didn't know if it was a supply line leaking, or a sewage line, no idea. But I do know stepping in an ice cold puddle at 1:30 AM in the dark bathroom really pissed me off. Next day our little family went down for breakfast. They had no highchairs. The room was quiet, spacious, nicely furnished and we will give them another chance. But this trip was disappointing.

I am allergic to feathers. Requested feather free room. Confirmed feather free at check-in. Half the pillows where feather. Called down to have fixed. Half the pillows they replaced had feathers. Other than that clean room. Free parking. Quite hotel.

Overall the hotel is very nice. However they have some completely ridiculous rules about the common area. The pool is only open from 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM, the fire pit and grill can only be operated till 11:00. Oh yes this includes the patio area. Yes folks that is correct. The install all these great amenities and then restrict how you can use them. So if you think you want to sit out and enjoy the patio with a few friends and have drinks… think again. They will send the maintenance man to have you get out because gets are complaining about the noise from the courtyard area. Who thought this one out? You build things that can't be utilised to their potential. Nobody had the foresight to either use noise reduction windows or move the patio to the outside of the court yard where the put the basketball court. Nope instead the maintenance man tells you to leave or they will have the police come. Let me tell you the Police were very nice and asked us to leave since apparently sitting in the patio area have a conversation with friend and drinking beer constitutes operation of the grill/fire pit. Who knew? If it wasn't for the above happening the hotel is great. Better to know before you go. Not teen friendly. Not adult group friendly. The teens were playing basketball but stopped long before the incident occurred. Yes we had the commonsense to have them stop playing all on our own.
