Clean and definitely sanitized.

Had a lovely time with my family thanks.

We were sent here by a super unhelpful Hampton Inn employee in the middle of a snowstorm. The lady working was super friendly and got us in a room immediately despite the fact that we showed up at 2 am without a reservation.

Good but you can get better value at Super 8

The hotel is nice and clean. It's a little small for my personal taste but I had fun at the event I attended over the weekend. It was just a bit crowded.

Went for a birthday party… party room has its own bathroom. Sink and prep counter… lots of tables and chairs. Nice for smaller events. Side door for easy access to room.

Temperature in the room had been sweet really low before I arrived-loved it. First Holiday inn I've stayed at in awhile that had a hot tub-major plus! Slept well and had a great day at work!

Hotel room was nice. Being charged twice for the room kinda sucked. They fixed it and made it right but still left a bad taste about going back.

Really amazing customer service! The manager at this location, Jenna, went above and beyond to help my family with our reservations — even going so far as to contact us via phone and email while she was out on medical leave. I would highly recommend this property!

It was a wonderful experience! Awesome room, nice hot tub, great breakfast, they even gave us free bottles of water at night. It was great!

I would have been better off at a slum pay by the hour for the way they treated us. Only good thing is the pool. I rented the pool, meeting room and a suite. Spent a large amount of money, also paid maid extra in advance for any mess. Told them the plan was a 9 year old bday and sleepover. Management approved. I was moved into a suite with no water first, then a room that was small, finally got to what I actually paid for, and the clerk came and told me that if the girls didn't quiet down we had to leave w/o a refund! It was their fault we were even loud in the halls, not to mention the noise was pre approved! Unbelievable. Ruined my daughter's party. They never even got to have a pillow fight, the one thing they wanted to do most.

We rented the pool for a party. It was awesome until the obnoxious kid of an employee showed up and started screaming and yelling.

Service was polite & stood by, at the ready. Bathroom was neat & tidy. Room was well kept. Pool could have been a bit cleaner.

This holiday Inn is very nice to stay had a great staff that's very kind. We had reservations for a jacuzzi room they put us in the smaller room so I asked to be moved into a bigger room they did it without question. Very good people up there also when I checked out they took a extra 10$ off my bill.

I've stayed at this Holiday Inn Express twice now and I'm confident in saying that it is one of my favorites. Sure I've stayed in some that were a bit more "fancy", bigger, newer… but they don't come close to the comfort and charm you get at thos Alliance Holiday Inn Express. Not one employee was anything less than hospitable. ALL employees were super friendly, willing to help, accommodating, informative and welcoming. The rooms are decent especially with a member upgrade. The hotel itself has a special charm that is welcoming, relaxing and gives you a feeling that you "belong" there. This hotel also offers a few special touches that some do not. Even the extra peppermint mocha coffee creamer they had out for the winter season made it memorable. This HIE also offers you a beautiful pool area with a JACUZZI! Enjoy the luxury of spacious rooms that offer a whirlpool tub upgrade, small kitchenette area and a large desk perfect for any type of travel. I love this hotel, truly a place where you can experience the true meaning of hospitality!

Hotels a bit old. Beds are ok but could definitely be updated. Not a bad room for the price.

I like it nice hotel they are very nice and helpful. Morning breakfast is great to. Could use a few updates but for the price it's pretty great. Has a pool to. And also is close to shopping and gas stations and the freeway. Thanks for having us.

Great hotel, courteous staff, clean atmosphere. I've stayed here on several occasions for work and it's always been pleasant.

The staff at the HIX really knocked it out of the park this past weekend. I cannot thank them enough for the outstanding hospitality and customer service that they gave us during FOP. Jenna is a saint! She and her staff went above and beyond in accommodating our group of knuckle-draggers and we are all very thankful for it.
As a side note: Thank you for assisting us in paying our respects to the memory of Pat, the poster boards and itineraries were great.
Thank you all and we'll see you next year!

Everyone was great! The front desk and housekeeping crew were all super friendly and pleasant. (And very nonjudgmental about me repeatedly locking myself out of my room over the course of only three days) I appreciated the treadmills in the finess area, and also the breakfast options were pretty robust. 10/10

Jenna the manager took such good care of our baseball team… we had 10 rooms reserved and she went out of her way to accommodate. Great playground in walking distance. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Clean and great air conditioning!

I stayed here 2015 and 2017. Quality is just as great as before. Not only is the hotel great and clean, there is a huge park next store. I have two kids so it's awesome. Baseball fields, basketball court and two huge playgrounds. I ran 6 miles at the park too.

Our stay was very nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We didn't stay long enough to take advantage of any of the other amenities.

Best hotel ever! Great place to stay which is entirely due to the wonderful and friendly staff… you won't find a better staff that constantly goes above and beyond to please … these ladies and gents truly make you feel like family… highly recommend this hotel for everyone!

The hotel was quiet and nice, I was there to present my research at Mount Union. The only problem was that the shower had something wrong with it where some water got on the bathroom floor. The staff was also friendly.

Nice rooms, service was good, located right near shopping and restaurants.

Kayla at the Front desk was very helpful and friendly Ashley at breakfast was very friendly and made a wonderful breakfast very nice place to stay very clean.

Room was a bit dated but was clean and in good condition. Ran into issue with hotel not being able to run my credit card that was a little frustrating, but didn't ruin the stay. Breakfast was very good.

The room was clean. The hotel was easy to find it was right off the main street in Alliance. The service was excellent. The complimentary breakfast was nice.

It was very clean our whole stay. The maids respected our request for privacy. The staff was really friendly and more than happy to help with anything. Brrakfast was delicious, fresh, hot, and filling. Theres choices for everyone. For me there was almost too many options. I wanted to eat everything. The jacuzzi room is fantastic! We will be staying here when we need a get away from now on. We live in town but it was a nice and brief vacation from home. I can't wait till next time. Money well spent.

100's of people a year that come through a facility I run stay here. They always tell my what a nice clean place this is with friendly staff. Rates are the best in the area for this type of hotel. Highly recommended.

It's a rather new hotel so everything appears nice. Breakfast was your average continental breakfast. Staff was nice. Pool with hot tub. Rooms were clean and had a fridge and microwave.

It was the best weekend me and my wife had in a very long time. Everyone was very friendly and smiling… I loved it there and I can't wait to stay another weekend very soon. The breakfast was amazing, a huge shout out to all of the staff because without you the hotel wouldn't be as inviting.

I really liked the room and the beds are MUI comfortable.
