I loved the pool. It was great for the kids. The ballroom was decorated just like the bride and groom wanted.

Jenna at front desk awesome. We able to change rooms so our son could stay with us the 2nd night! New rooms renovated in one section are really nice!

We loved our stay the waterpark was the best part for our kids. Breakfast was yummy.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was firm, but slept well. The air conditioner worked great. The bar and grill offered good meals. I had the crispy shrimp basket with a baked potato. A real baked potato, not steamed. Our waiter/bartender was friendly and took good care of us. The breakfast was pretty much the usual motel fare but served the purpose. Overall, I was happy with my stay.

Worst ever! We were there for a wedding and had a big party, the bride and groom didn't even get there room until Thursday at midnight they kept telling them the room wasn't ready but everyone else had there room, not to mention they still got charged for Thursday night as well. The hallways were fifthly, trash left in hallway all day. The breakfast was gross I tried to make a waffle and only liquid came out no batter completely grossed me out. I checked out on Sunday morning and she couldn't find my name, said to me oh here you are they had you leaving on Monday, I said no today. I got my receipt for the correct amount and checked my back today and they still over charged me. Now I get to deal with them and my bank. Thank you for making our stay horrible and what the locals said about this hotel came to be true! Will never stay there ever again let alone tell anyone to!

Okay, has water slides but hot tub was broke. Friendly staff… continental breakfast is pretty much the same as everywhere else. Nothing special about it but it's a descent place to hang your hat for a night.

The room was fine. The convention hall wasn't as clean as I wanted it to be. Breakfast was okay.

It's sad. It's really run down compared to what it was when it was a seven seas. The walls are super thin so you can basically hear conversations from the person in the next room.

Lobby is nice and seems clean. Staff is friendly. Rooms are nice sized and basic which is fine, but the shower was not clean at all. They definitely need to be scrubbed and the corners cleaned, there was even hair from someone else on the shower wall. And nothing has been dusted in a long time! The tops of everything have thick visible dust on them — mirrors. The light fixtures, top of tv, the night stands and top of headboard and all the picture frames has dust on them. Price was good — but they need to actually clean. I wouldn’t come again — only reason we were here was for a wedding and one would hope the manager would actually follow up on all of the negative reviews and check her employees”work”. When I went to get into bed and pulled comforter back the sheets were dirty! And one of the pillow cases had makeup on it! The male staff member working was wonderful! And offered me to switch room but I assured him I was fine in that room would just like clean sheets and he was happy to help me put clean ones on!

Price was ok but we brought the kids to swim, pool is freezing. Very narrow hallways smell like mold, paint and wallpaper peeling. Ice machines out of order, mens bathroom in pool area out of order. Pool area has gravel that really hurts to walk on. Hot tub is nice. Heater in room is very loud. Toilet runs every few minutes which is also noisy, and beds are haaard. Not much sleep last night. I do see them fixing tile and other things so that is nice to see. The attached restaraunt (Seven Seas) is great.

Had a wonderful time with great staff. Lexi and Jenna were awesome! they went above and beyond. Great Customer service.

Location was good. Room looked ok but if you look closely you can see peeling and cracks. Our fridge started making high squealing noise in middle of night and toilet ran off and on. Pool was ok it said must wear wrist band. But it was so full half the people didn't have bands and nobody checked them. Hot tub was out of order when got there couple hours later they had open but was colder than pool. Was not impressed. Would never come again. The breakfast was good.

Nice staff. The first two rooms I was in were not made. Actually pretty dirty. I was here for a conference. The conference was run well and was Orginzed nicely. I would like to see the conference move to a more Eastern ND. The food was not great for the lunch. They did have more than enough though which was nice. The mid morning snack was sweet rolls. Not a lot of healthy options. The room we were in was well put together and the tables had nice space between them and the table clothes were very clean. This all being said the staff did make changes to rooms and helping me get a new room. It did take three rooms before I got the room in the picture. Hopefully they can figure out the room cleaning schedule better in the future!

Nice, clean rooms. Reasonably priced. Nice restaurant and bar with a great bunch of employees who are friendly and always ready to help.

Clean rooms and friendly service! The best part was the large water slide in the pool area.

This place is a dump… old and barely updated… I think we got lucky and got a newer bed and some nice pillows. The bathrooms are old… the furniture is old… the whole place needs an update… Look elsewhere. The only reason we stayed here is because our niece was having her wedding reception here. Whatever money they have in the bank should be used for redecorating. Scary!

Mirror in bathroom so low could only see from my collar bone down, I'm only 6 foot tall also need to be really short in the shower too. Bathrooms need to be remodeled soon please. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were clean and smelled like bleach when we first arrived. There is a restaurant attached to hotel and is a little on the pricey side. $8.00 for a slice of cake.

We attended a birthday party. The room was perfect for the occasion, spacious and private. Plenty of tables and chairs.

Positive: Pool is nice for smaller kids. Negative: Pool water is cold. Rooms are dingy. Hall way smells. Small breakfast area, definitely crowded.

This motel is decent for the price. Out first room was dirty but they were more than willing and nice about switching is to a different room. We had a lot of fun and spent a lot of time in the pool water slide area. Will definitely come back.

Negative two stars! The room was terribly dirty, the wall was caved in beside the toilet, my son found shot glasses under the bed and a captain Morgan bottle cover. There was dried blood on the wall. The beds were hard and just a thin little blanket. The pool was nasty looked like the slide was about to fall apart. My son broke out in a rash after swimming for a bit. Lastly the free breakfast wasn't very good. The eggs were cold n nasty. And some employees were quiet n short answered. I definitely won't be going back there again!

Price was decent. Rooms were nice, however the beds were hard. Bar is nice and pool area is great. Employees were really nice. The pizza in the bar was kinda soggy, I wouldn't order that again.

Hotel was good. Good service, clean rooms, quick assistance. Only complaints would be 1. The lack of light in the rooms. Even with every light turned on in the rooms they felt very dark. And 2. The pool, while very enjoyable with a great slide, was fairly unattended. There was generally a lack of pool towels and you would have to remember to check beforehand otherwise you would be taking a wet walk back to your room.

I like this place for a few reasons. Number one, they give a veteran's discount. Number 2, they have handicap parking and handicap rooms. Number three, they have free hot breakfast. They also have a swim area for little children with water shooting out from all different kinds of places. You talk about letting the kids get exhausted so they get a good night's sleep or a good afternoon nap. Number five, they have a bar and grill so you don't have to leave the building and lastly the rooms are equipped with everything you need and the place is clean. Never since I've been using this place have I heard of anyone getting bit by bed bugs. Enjoy your stay at Baymont Inn and the other affiliated facilities. So make sure you sign up for that program and get credit.

Clean and comfortable, our kids liked the waffles and pool! Ended up staying in town longer than plan so was very nice the have the microwave and fridge. Would stay again.

Old and dirty. Spent $180 on a 3 room king suite, still had crumbs in the bed sheets from the last fool to shell out this kind of money for a dirty room. Pubes left in the jacuzzi, stains and rips in the carpets, and the furnature is all beat up. Picked this place for the pool, pretty run down and dated, the lady at the desk said the kiddy pool was closed because the filter wasn't working, but when we went in to look it was still open even with no filter… gross and gross. I gave one star because you can't give no star.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff who can actually hold a conversation if the opporotunity arrises. Linens were what you ve come to expect from hotel/motels of any kind: scratchy, immediately pulled off the bed, and possibly contaminated… or possibly pregnant. But the value for the money paid is very satisfactory. And if you have the karma, sometimes a much needed place of safety and peace can be found there.

Enjoyable, very clean, happy atmosphere. I'd love to go back for a visit.

Rooms could have been cleaner, beds lacked comfort, and bathrooms are in a real need of renovation. Biggest issue was that air conditioner did not function well in both rooms that we were in. Luckily Walmart was down the street to get a cheap fan. If the room had been cheaper I would not have had a problem, but I would expect more for over $100 a night.

Horrible Wi-Fi, room smartly appointed but needs some attention, breakfast bar was amazing.

Outdated decor and furnishings, decent breakfast, great pool area. Good deal all around.

Conference at Baymont was awesome! Used Cutty Sark room and Pier 9. Clean and up to date!

My wife and our son went to go swimming. They allow people who are not staying there to purchase day passes to the pool. The pool area was not clean at all. Many of the lughts in the pool area are not working or flickering. They need to have someone walk by and watch to make sure kids are using the slide and pool equipment propperly. Kids were going up the slid the wrong way or stopping I'm the slud causing you to run into them. More supervision and in forcing rulls and cleanliness would help.

Great food. The audio in one of the main rooms wasn't very good. But the food and bartenders were awesome.

The pool area has always been nice the kids love it, BUT the water is freezing. Even the hot tub has luke warm water. My friends sons lips turned blue after being in the kiddie pool for only half hour!

The pool area is wonderful. I would suggest bringing sandles to the pool the floor is a little hard on the feet but other than that it was wanderful!

Location isn't bad. Rooms are a little on the small side. Also my tub had hair left in it.

It was utilized for a birthday party. The conference room was quiet spacious, clean, as well as private enough for family to spend time together. Excellent!

Had a decent sized room with 3 queen sized beds but one of the box springs had 2 metal rods jutting out from it. Very nice swimming pool area.

We came for the Thanksgiving lunch. Everything was amazing!

I have stayed here many times. I always have problems with check in. They are under staff at the front desk, found food in the microwave twice on check in, ac and frigerator is not working many times. On the plus side the beds are comfortable.

Just what we needed for a good night's sleep. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was eggs, kielbasa, waffles, apples, oranges, etc etc. Easy access to the interstate.

Our family stayed over the weekend and overall we probably won't be returning. Our queen suite was very small (for the price we paid I expected a little more space) and found a pony tail that had been cut off in one of our drawers. The pool's chlorine level was very high and not only did my family get sick (throwing up) but other family's we visited with did too. We did notify the front the desk and they stated they didn't understand why it was so high. Even a few of my family members got chlorine burns on her face as well as her legs, including my daughter who is 2. We did eat at the bar and grill and that was the best experience of the weekend.

This was not a good experience. The a/c units were down in both the rooms and the Main Banquet Room… as we are in HVAC industry. We went so far as to offer to both clean rooms to get one with an a/c unit that worked… or … remove and exchange a/c units… and they almost let us do this… NOT! They finally called in the ON CALL HVAC company when a threat of stop payment on the check for the large banquet room was threatened. As a ND native… it is so sad to have seen how pathetic the attitude of the manager/ ownership was. Hard to believe it was good ole North Dakota…

Horrible experience. 90 degrees out side and air conditioner did not work. Long black hair all over bathroom. Yogurt lid found in bed. Carpet badly stained. No hair dryer. They offered a pathetic 20.00 off the room. We asked for a fan and hair dryer. Waited till midnight never got it. We had family in the next room. Their toilet would not flush and kept backing up. Would have been happier staying in my car.

We always stay on our way through ND. Hard to find awesome service and amenities going cross country, so be realistic. It's not LA or Palm Springs but a smallish town in North Dakota. I prefer Hilton brand, but this Best W. Is good and fun for kids. Near breakfast places AND Starbucks. I've always had a great night's rest here and I'm a light sleeper.
