Hotel and staff are good but housekeeping (which didn’t do a very good job, by the way) will steal your stuff if you leave it behind. And the manager didn’t seem to care. **Update**, Feb 11, still didn’t find my items just a bunch of meaningless words. Employ thieves.

It was so clean and quiet. We slept amazingly!

I’ve never written a bad review, but theres’s a first for everything. My significant other and I stayed here this last weekend. They have charged our card on 3 separate occasions AFTER we already paid for our stay… all starting after we checked out on Sunday morning. We’re still dealing with this issue today as they charged another additional amount at 3:00 a. M. Of over $500. If you book through a third party, don’t stay here. Or maybe don’t stay here regardless of how you book — it’s nothing to write home about. We now have over $1, 000 pending on a card. Their staff is not competent enough to understand how third parties work. How it went:
After leaving Sunday morning, we received a notification of an additional charge of over $200. We called and the woman at the front desk, Katie, apologized and said she’d reverse the charge. Not long after, we get ANOTHER ADDITIONAL charge for about the same amount. We decided to drive back to Staybridge to ensure this would actually be taken care of, as over the phone clearly wasn’t solving the problem (s). Katie admitted she accidentally charged us again (you would think if another mistake was made maybe they’d call and give us a heads up? Think again). She ensured us everything was fine and reversed, that she did what needed to be done, etc. Fast forward to waking up for work this morning… ANOTHER email notifying us of an additional $500 that I mentioned in the beginning of this review.

Absolutely love this hotel. We choose this one for every stay… really clean… super comfy. The staff is very friendly and made our blizzard stay very enjoyable.

Friendly Staff. Great Room.

Our room was very nice, but we got to the hotel at 3:15 (was told check in was at 3) and we had to wait 40 minutes for our room to be ready. Had a half used bottle of lotion left in our bathroom but other than that liked the room. The pool was so heavy on chlorine that afternoon, I wasn't swimming and my eyes were burning. What I disliked the most was breakfast isn't until 7:30 and the woman running the breakfast made it known she was unhappy we were in there before that time. Which is a pretty lazy time to start when all the warm food was quite obviously prepackaged, microwave food. I will not be staying there again.

Very nice. We stayed for two nights. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. The room was well maintained and clean. The sound from the hall and next level were quite muted. Free wine, beer and a light meal kept us from having to leave to eat. Overall, a very good experience.

This was our first trip to North Dakota and we had to stop in Fargo because, well… you know why! & if you don't know, watch the movie! We had no idea where to stay, so my wife picked the best price rate. That's how we landed on Staybridge Suites and we couldn't have been more impressed! From the second we walked in and were greeted by the beautiful decor and friendly faces to everything in between like the perfect studio room with a kitchen that has a fridge, dishwasher, microwave and much more! Plus the little touches in the bathroom with the makeup remover pads for women, the shampoo conditioner and body wash, the FULL sized blow dryer, normal sized towels, and comfy bed. The staff here were nothing but great! We will definitely stay here anytime we are coming thru ND to visit our friends, and we will most definitely recommend this location! We hope that the quality stays this great for years to come. To five this place anything but 5 should be a crime!. One last thing the breakfast they had in the morning WOW all that plus a great room for $100 a night amazing.

My family and I stayed here this past weekend and I just want to THANK YOU for an amazing and peaceful time. While there we needed the laundry facilities, as well as the workout room, and a 2 bedroom accessible suite — our son uses a wheelchair, and because of several medical issues we have to have a clean space with as few germs as possible, and we were so pleased with everything from the breakfast to the cleanliness to the friendly faces who not only greeted us each day, …but really meant their kind words, and you could tell are dedicated not only to their job at this hotel, but to serving and helping others. That's hard to find these days. We are in Fargo at least twice a year, and typically stay at a different hotel because they also have a 2 bedroom accessible suite, but we have decided we will be staying with you from now on. Thank you for making what can sometimes be a stressful situation (accessibility & cleanliness) be a very pleasant one. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay while in Fargo.

We stayed at this hotel at a very good rate found online. Due to a family emergency, we had to extend our stay another 3 nights. Not only did they give us this very low rate for ALL nights, they upgraded our room. The entire staff was wonderful. The front desk staff was knowledgeable with the surrounding area. The breakfast attendant was amazing. She cooked breakfast everyday and dinner twice a week, and it WAS included at no charge! Everything was always stocked and was one of the cleanest places I've seen! The housekeeping staff were the best and made sure you had everything you needed. They were always very efficient but, didn't miss a thing! Rooms and public area were so neat and clean also. Pool area was huge and clean. Hot tub the perfect temp. We will stay here every time we come to Fargo. I highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff and very nice facility. Booked with a Priceline “Express Deal” and lucked out by getting a room here. Everything was clean and well kept. The room included a full kitchen area (something I was not expecting) and a couch with a pull-out bed. The free breakfast also exceeded my expectations with a wide array of food including all kinds of fruit, sausages, eggs, waffles, and pancake bites. If I ever find myself in the Fargo area again, I’ll definitely stay here!

This is my third stay. It's very clean. Relaxing environment. Exceptional friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner was fabulous. Hot tub and pool was very nice and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here. I really enjoyed it and look forward to staying again.

This hotel has provided some of the best all around service I've experienced staying at various places around the country. The rooms are well cleaned, and provide enough space and amenities to cook for yourself if you are staying an extended period of time. On certain days of the week, they offer various food buffets for dinner, with wine and beer. This is all complimentary. They also serve a nice breakfast every morning. I highly recommend this location whether you are passing through, or staying multiple days.

Checked in Friday April 6th, 2018 the room was very spacious and we were trilled to bring my daughter and her friends to Fargo for a sleepover (2 adults 5 kids ages 11-16). There was garbage under the sink that had not been wiped down but I didn't say anything. The kids enjoyed swimming. After swimming they wanted to go work out. They were told that they had to be 18 to be in the fitness center by a "very grouchy guy" (I went in and read their sign, it said 14) when they went to shower in our room at 11pm they said their was NO HOT WATER. I called the front desk and was told they were working on it. I called at 11:30 and was told we could use a bathroom in another room that had hot water. I was taken to 2 other rooms. The employee Kathy turned on the water herself and said, there! Its hot. It was cooler than their pool water. We checked out by midnight packed everyone up found a bonus DIRTY SOCK under the bed (YUCK) and took them to the Holiday Inn Express where the rooms were VERY CLEAN and the water was nice and hot. Rude employees, cold water and dirty rooms. I was very disappointed that an IHG hotel would offer this kind of experience.

Clean rooms. We love getting a 1 bedroom suite because our daughter cam sleep in one room while we watch tv/hang out in the other room. Great breakfast.

Staff were friendly and welcoming of the ones we encountered. The suite was a decent price and nicely setup. Hot and cold on the tub faucet is backwards. Could have used a light blanket (as some hotels have for decoration/functional use) in addition to the comforter as we had as it did get rather chilly even with thermostat set warmer. Breakfast was some of the best I've ever had in a hotel experience. Superb selection and it tasted fresh. Would stay again.

Was a very nice stay. Item I misplaced was seen by staff, but now they can't find? A more secure lost and found would be appreciated.

I usually love these hotels, but the room we got stunk and we realize it was because prior guests urinated on the bed skirts and curtains!

I'm a huge fan of staybridge. Great rooms with a nice size kitchen. Staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. Social hour is fun too.

I would definitely return as a guest in the future. Polite staff. Clean rooms. The rate was amazing.

Update: The power was restored after approximately 2.5-3 hours. At that point it was very cold in our room and the precious time that we wanted with our family during this trip was lost. We we're in town to celebrate with family and support our nephew starting school at NDSU. The following morning we were offered $20 off the room but that wasn't an amicable solution to a miserable evening. We were able to come to a compromise that we felt was fair. I hope that the management takes preparation seriously for the next outage so guests are not inconvenienced again. Can not give this hotel a 1 star, we are currently staying here 1/6/18. There is a power outage and the hotel has no back up generator! They have elderly folks in the dark, no heat, no lights nothing. The front desk person has a general manager "texting" him. If you were a professional, you would be down here, checking on guests, making sure everyone is safe. There was a report of an elderly man without anything, alone sitting in the hallway in the dark and it took other guests to help the poor man. Seriously. I have a 78 year old father who can not take his medicine because he can't see anything. This is unacceptable.

Staybridge is another favorite hotel of mine! Always friendly staff here, excellent variety hot and cold breakfast choices, pool, fitness center, free laundry and pet friendly! The rooms are spacious, with a separate living room and bedroom. There’s a full size fridge, small range top, microwave and cooking utensils, plates, silverware, etc. I love staying here because I can pick up groceries and make fresh food instead of dining out! Definitely recommend them!

The rooms were clean and in good condition. The service and food was terrifico.

Never disappointed when I stay here with my family. The bedrooms are all a nice size, each with their own bathrooms. Love the kitchens, as you can bring your own food to cook instead of dining out all the time. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Last, but not least, they have an amazing breakfast every day, in a beautiful dining area.

Rooms are a good size (kitchen with full size fridge, microwave, and a mini stove), and with a modern design. Access is excellent—two turns off the interstate and you're there. We also found out they are 100% dog-friendly, which is uncommon for a hotel of this quality and always appreciated.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff very accommodating. Their happy hour/manager social with complimentary good and beverages is the main reason I choose Staybridge over regular hotels.

Super Friendly staff, amazing comfortable rooms, made us feel right at home. Serve breakfast 7 days a week and supper Monday — Wednesday. Beds are super comfy and rooms are spotless. They offer shuttle to and from medical appointments and to the airport or Amtrak. Best of the best!

Wonderful visit. Stayed for 10 days and couldn't have been happier. The only "complaint" per say was the bed was hard, but I'm also used to sleeping on a cloud so I can't complain about that. The staff was courteous and friendly. Not one bad thing to say about this place!

Rooms where excellent. People working there are so very cool. Breakfast was ok. It was an awesome 3 day 3 night stay I will definitely be back there to stay.

I stayed at the Staybridge Suites in Fargo for business. The room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The pool and hot were really nice. The staff was very friendly. The food was great and plenty of options, hot and cold. I especially enjoyed the board with handwritten facts and trivia near the elevator. I would love to stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

I've had an excellent experience, my room is clean and large, and I really enjoyed the complimentary "social" on Wednesday. Great brats!

Staybridge suites was excellent in regards to hospitality. We stayed, 2 couples in a 2 bedroom suite for a reasonable price. We had a common kitchen / living room area with fridge stove dishwasher, etc. My only concern about Staybridge is that there is no recycling available anywhere, in the rooms or in the common areas. They have a lot of paper cups, plates, plastic cutlery available but no recycling. I hope Staybridge changes their attitude on this.

Bathroom sink is outside of the bathroom, found that strange. First coffee pitcher I tried was empty at breakfast. All room requests were met quickly (sheets/blankets). Breakfast was solid, fruit salad/waffles/breakfast burritos. Staff sang happy birthday to a child. Solid experience overall.

This hotel had a great location friendly workers and a full 3 days of meals Monday Tuesday and Wednesday evening and great that it had a pool a sauna and hot tub. But mostly the great service and friendliness!

This place is the best extended stay hotel. Very modern and clean. Dog friendly also!

Amazing customer service experience! The entire staff at Fargo's Staybridge location went above and beyond to make our experience an excellent one! This was the first time we have been to Fargo, so we were unfamiliar with the area. The hotel arranged for a cab to pick us up at the train station at 3:30 am, they had a crib available for my 2 week old grandson. And as always with Staybridge, the room accommodations were perfect. Clean, quiet, comfortable suite with everything we needed. In the morning we had a great breakfast buffet spread including fresh waffles! That afternoon they dropped us off at my grandson's pediatric specialist appointment with the hotel shuttle van, then arranged for a cab to pick us up when we were done. In the evening we enjoyed complimentary dinner and drinks (beer & wine! Thanks Teresa! ) then grabbed a complimentary DVD from their vast movie selection to enjoy in our room. Of course they arranged a cab to drop us off at the train station to go back to Williston early in the morning. I love staying at Staybridge in Bismarck, now I love staying at the Fargo location too! They always exceed my expectations. We will be back next week for another specialist appointment, but we'll bring the other 2 grandkids to enjoy the pool!

The best hotel in Fargo! I just spent another week in Fargo for work and can't say enough about how awesome the staff is at Staybridge. Fargo/Moorhead has a lot of hotels to choose from but no place in town has this kind of friendly staff. The food for breakfast and happy hour at night taste great. Tiffany, Danielle and all the other staff always make you feel like you are at home. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when I'm in town. Thank you again for everything!

I thought from the outside that it would be loud, since it's near the freeway, but it was quiet. The beds were great and I enjoyed my breakfast. The room was very clean as well.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Giving only 4 stars because the bathroom sink had a slow drain and the shower mechanism was broken so water pressure was low if you weren't using the strong massage setting. Breakfast was great, many warm and cold options. Would definitely stay here again if passing through. Clean, fresh linens and comfy beds.

It was good stay. I didn't stay longer than a night. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable.

This is a great hotel to stay at. Their staff is super friendly and was able to help me when I needed it.

My employer booked me a room at the Staybridge Suites in Fargo for 3 weeks while I was up here for training. My experience there was excellent! The staff was very friendly and helpful, while also being professional. Along with their free breakfast buffet every morning, three nights a week there is a Social Hour which includes a free dinner/salad bar and drinks. This is very nice when you just don't feel like leaving and want to bring food to your room.

I had to stay in Fargo for 3 weeks and my company required me to stay here. It was phenomenal, the breakfast was delicious, the rooms clean and spacious and the socials that occurred 3 times a week were a great way to get some delicious food and free beer. Parking was free and there were many places nearby for food. All in all I would love to stay here again.

I recently stayed here for a week while visiting Fargo for work. This was my first time staying at a Staybridge Suites, as I usually stay at the Candlewood Suites near NDSU. From now on, I will always stay the Staybridge Suites! This hotel was great. I'm a Priority Club Rewards member and was given an upgrade to a suite. The suite was huge, with two bedrooms and a decent sized living room/kitchen. The hotel also offers weekend happy hours and "social hours" Tues-Thurs where they offer free food and drinks. While I was there they served fried chicken, a potato bar, and burritos. They also have the complimentary breakfast, which was fairly typical, but had an additional hot item each day, such as omelet, french toast sticks, etc. My room was very quite as well and I was never bothered by other guests.
