NOT DISABILITY FRIENDLY No elevator No stairs or lift for the pool We also found garbage (a Gatorade bottle and a chip bag) in our room and the bed was made on top but not under the covers. The bed was SUPER comfortable, though. And the breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts I've had. The hot tub is nice and hot and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly and they let us check out an hour late. I would stay here again if not for the disability limitations.

Rooms fares were the lowest in the immediate area which was a plus. The beds were above expectation for comfort and the staff were friendly and professional. The rooms were dated and worn, in dire need of being updated. The Continental breakfast was below average.

Location was easy to find. The rooms were a little dated, but the shower was nice and the bed was really comfy. Nice variety of foods for the breakfast.

Ok, so the Google map says can get a room for $72. But, when you get there, there's (Whatever) Fest in town so the price is now $139. Really? Almost twice the price? Well I'm not here for Douchefest. How about charging those dbags that price? Well, we can cut you a deal… 109. (plus tax). Well 109 seems like a deal from 139 but not really from 72. Should have said no. Wanted the pool. Well the pool is 3 feet on one end and 4 feet deep on the other. Not large, not great. The bedding absolutely reeked of bleach. Even your right hand won't be in the mood. Rather thick pillows, hard on the neck. The shower worked well, the AC worked well and there were multiple places to plug in an electric car, and breakfast was delicious with many choices. The bait-and-switch wrecked it for me though.

I would give them a 5 had it not been for the rudeness we witnessed the clerk give a new customer. She booked a suite and a room and paid with cash. By the looks of her she probably saved all year for an evening with family. When she gave him the cash and completed the transaction SHE thanked him and he never thanked her! Shame on him! Poor people deserve respect too! arlene araujo.

Kristin was a gem. I created a problem for myself and Kristen solved it for me. She was very professional and calm as I was freaking. Great place to stay.

We had a good time. The continental breakfast is more than 'continental"! It is superb, ix of eggs, waffles, cereal and plenty of fruit!

Customer service is exceptional, breakfast had a nice variety of fresh fruit available, pool & hot tub were decent, rooms were clean, good location.

Rooms were clean and cozy. Very approachable and kind staff. Great place to stay at an affordable price.

Room was clean and spacious. The staff was helpful and friendly. I love free breakfast, and they have a good one.

The clerk was snotty to us upon check-in. The room was tidy and very comfortable. The overnight clerk was funny and talkative. The morning clerk gave me the cold shoulder this morning and didn’t even say good morning. The breakfast looked and smelled fantastic! When I came back a hour later, it was a very different scene. Oatmeal and sausage patties were gone, and the gravy was soupy. I was not impressed!

I have stayed at this hotel a few times. I have always been happy with it. This trip was more of a mixed bag. My biggest concern is that I called the hotel directly to make a reservation. I needed a handicapped room with 2 beds. The person on the phone said that was available and booked it. When I arrived, I was informed that the handicap rooms only had one bed. I even tried to upgrade to a suite, but they couldn't accomodate me. I 'settled for a regular room' with two beds. It was difficult for a two night stay. The second occurrence was that the door to our room was difficult to open/close. When we arrived back at our room after being gone all day, we discovered the door had not been closed. And yes, all of our travel belongings were in there. Also, someone had mistakenly cancelled the room for the second night, so they had to rebook it. They explained the error at checkout. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast buffet was good. I will not be returning to this hotel. The problems were avoidable.

Amazing customer service! I got stuck here when my flight got rerouted because of bad weather and they were so kind about getting me to and from the airport! They got me some toiletries and made sure I even had snacks. Very grateful for their kindness!

The hotel itself was nice. They had cookies and the rooms were comfortable and adequate. The service was not great. The worker when we got there was a bit standoffish when we asked him if we could check in and didn't seem willing to help us. Other than that, they had free cookies and fresh fruit and breakfast, so I can't complain too much.

Not a bad Hotel very nice very friendly just they need to get the system worked out to where we don't get charged twice I would recommend staying here as long as they fix their system great pool good rooms.

Stayed here for a concert. Charged more at check in because they had less people scheduled to check into our room than actually did, I know how many people I had booked obviously because I know how many people were going to the concert and we drove 6 hrs to get here! The bathroom was dirty and the floor was more comfortable than sleeping in the bed. At one point, as we were leaving the hotel, we were rudely yelled at by staff "I'll tell you one more time, get in a room". I've never been treated so poorly or stayed at a hotel where I felt it necessary to post a review as this place clearly needs an overall tuneup!

One of the worst morels I've ever stayed at. Said I had a suite. Just a plain room. Loud called the front desk and the gal was one of them out side making the noise. Will not ever stay there again.

The hotel is a bit old in decor, but the service was great. The room was nice and spacious, though the walls are a little thin. Continental breakfast was good and the pool area is nice.

Hotel smelled clean and the room was nice as well. Breakfast normally starts at 5 a. M. But they had it ready for the three of us who were taking their free airport shuttle at 4 a. M. Very impressed. Staff was very friendly as well.

Room wasn't huge and had to get an iron from the front desk, but overall was clean and comfortable.

The room was clean and functional. We were at the end of our trip and couldn't find a room but they had a cancellation so there was a room. They gave us a discount which was nice and unnecessary.

Stayed there for 6 days in a room with two beds. The window was not well sealed, allowing a cold air into the room and the air conditioner was a bit loud. Other than those, it was quite pleasant place to stay. Staff members were friendly. The room had a nice and big flat screen TV, a microwave, and a mini fridge.

My husband and I stayed there November 20th, 2010. It was VERY dirty walking into the lobby then the halls had trash on the floors. Our room was FREEZING and there was hair in the bath tub and the tub was stained. The tables in the room were dirty as well with food and water ring stains. The juice machine was broke come breakfast time and not a good selection of food. The pool area was dated and the hot tub was maybe room tempature at most with no pressure with the jets turned on. Its wasn't worth the $140 we paid for a jacuzzi suit. The only good thing there was the bed that was ok. Will never stay there again.

I was one of the many who was stuck in Fargo due to a storm, and had to wait it out to get back to Grand Forks. I've stayed in many hotels over my life, and the Days Inn was the closest/most reasonable choice. Unfortunatly, they did not live up to my not-so-high standards. I can understand the constant noises, many people were stuck in Fargo like I was, so it's understandable. However, I see no real excuse for how bad the room smelt. The room seemed clean, but smelt like a gym. Totally gross. Might have been the garbage they kept in the halls. Who knows. I also had forgotten something in my room, by the time I realized it was gone and called, it was MIA. Don't get me wrong, they were very polite. But I guess 300 dollar equipment is too much to pass up. I recogmend this hotel if you're in a tight spot. But triple check your room before you check out, and carry a hefty amount of Febreeze and patience.

I stayed there one weekend and it cost 84.00. Then when a concert comes to town they double their price and require a 2 night stay. Not worth the trouble. Stay at the Comfort Inn down the street.
