Every hotel up until we came across this one had no vacancys, they are affordable and have enough space for two adults and a baby. They can also accommodate trailers and trucks. They seem to have some negative reviews but I don't know why, the staff was friendly, and there was nothing untoward with or about the room. Definitely an oasis after the battery that is riding on the 2.

On at least two occasions I'm aware of, housekeeping (or someone else with a key) had gone through our bags. Both times something small was missing. After throwing a fit to the man at the front desk and threatening to call the police, he was magically able to recover the first item the following day. The headphones that went missing the day before checkout, were never seen again. If you stay here, leave NOTHING of value in your room!

Had alot of fun here. People were nice, room was pretty awesome for the price.

Not much works but its nice and quiet and the price is right.

Rooms were clean but the a/c wouldn't work and the front desk was left unattended for quite a bit of time. Exterior building doors were left unlocked day and night.

Budget friendly hotel. Owner and staffs were really helpful. Clean rooms and comfortable stay.

Managers and staffs were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were recently renovated and looked really clean. Complimentary breakfast was great. Room rates were great!

I didn’t stay here but sure as hell never will! Just saw some pics on Facebook a man shared that showed mice nests in the mattresses along with bed bugs! Please don’t stay here, it’s not sanitary!

This is the worst place I have ever seen, the rooms are mice infested with mice nest inside the mattresses along with urine and rodent droppings on the bedding, management was very rude and offered no explanation or refund for the unsafe conditions. This business needs to be shut down, they have already had the pool and food closed due to health conditions… do not stay in this rodent infested he'll hole.

THE Wi-Fi WORKS PERFECTLY AND THE HOTEL IS GREAT! The hotel is in a great location, easy off Hwy 50 and Jerome & Betty Warner Expy. Convenient. The campus is huge, indoor pool, lovely sitting area in the lobby, business center, kitchen for a lovely breakfast, pet friendly and the rooms are huge and clean stocked with linen that's enough for two! Generous. Microwave and refrigerator are a wonderful plus for those of us that need an extended stay. Staff is very kind and accommodating along with the owner, very nice man. We have had to stay in a hotel for various reasons and the owner turned out to be the proprietor of both facilities. The consistency and amenities show his commitment to giving his patrons the best possible stay at a very reasonable price. Ice machine, wooden hangars, large amounts of storage space, washing facilities I, easy access to parking lot which is secured and if anything is needed late at night or early morning there's no questions the staff is ready willing and able. I would recommend this hotel for a lovely winter weekend away from the kids or a summertime reunion with family! Thank you all for making our stay so easy and lovely!

It is ok for an overnight stay. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

I made reservations for my sister and brother-in-law at the Syracuse Inn & Suites for over Christmas. (2017) My sister found the room very nice and clean. She is handicapped, and stayed in a handicapped room which was very adequate for her needs. She will stay there again. The pool is not available, but the breakfast was small, but nice. The only comment I would have is that we had 4" of snow one night, and the parking lots weren't cleared very early, but it is Christmas weekend!

Horrible hotel. Dated, very dirty, and nothing special. One of the worst hotels I have ever been to.

The rooms were dirty and when booking online isn’t the same when you go into the hotel. Would not recommend.

Basic accommodation, basic prices. Nearly clean room, comfy bed. Reasonable breakfast, though some fresh fruit would be an improvement. Workout room available at 9:00 AM — who starts their day that late, especially if they're actually motivated enough to exercise? Don't expect to get what you don't pay for.

Mattress and shower are great but they don't seem to put much effort into housekeeping.

Ice machines don't work, no pool or spa as advertised, not so great service with a lot of attitude given from one of the night clerk's, not so clean, hard beds, and refrigerator doesn't work. Been a not so great hotel experience. : (

Fairly inexpensive. Rooms are acceptable, not fantastic. I'd stay again in a pinch.

The location of this hotel is convenient — right off the highway and only about 17 miles to Nebraska City. The hotel itself is older and not updated. The pool is not up and running. The breakfast was sparse — waffles, bread, plain bagels, cereal, milk, orange juice & coffee. We started in a family suite: two queens a hide a bed. We reserved a crib but the workers didn't seem to know anything about it. Turns out they do have two pack n plays available. The room was fairly clean, although there were two cups that had some alcohol left in them. It seems like they have a difficult time getting good help. This was confirmed by the worker at the front desk who said that another worker was not very qualified but they were desperate for help. All in all, not a terrible stay, but not exactly worth $121.

2 stars is probably too generous. The reason for the second star is due to the proximity to the highway (2) and the new Love's Travel Center that has a Hardee's. Cons: -They say they have breakfast — the items are filled at the beginning of the week and not replenished til the following week. -They say they have a pool and spa — go to the pool area and see a sign that says closed for repairs. Read review from 3 years ago that state the same thing. Truth is they are using the pool area for storage of furniture and other room items. -Creepy Night Clerk — Do not try to check in around 10 p. M or you will interrupt him watching Family Guy while sitting on a couch in the TV in the lobby. He feels the need to talk about anything he can think of every time he sees you. Do not attempt to convey a need during a time he is doing something. -Sketchy Maid Service — If you are staying for more than a few nights (I would not recommend it unless absolutely necessary) you may or may not have fresh linens when you return to the room after work. -Poor parking for over-sized vehicles or trucks with trailers Pros- -Larger Rooms -Quiet.

Breakfast was not ready when we went down a half hour after it was supposed to have started so we left hungry. It was clean and adequate, but my daughter and I were traveling alone and it felt a little creepy to us.

Pleasant front desk personnel. Room was spacious with clean linens and usable pillows. Small fridge but no coffee pot. Fortunately there's a gas mart across the parking lot. For winter traveling: The room wasn't heated at the time of arrival, and with below zero temperatures it took the whole night to warm the room using the outdated heat unit. Great location off the highway.

Pool broken, vending machines broken, blood stains on mattress and bedding, never again!

Alarm clock is messed up, bathroom door is off one hinge, there are holes in the curtains, maid didn't even check my room, no ashtray in a smoking room, TV microwave and mini fridge are probably older than I am.

They have not paid a bill over a year old for snow removal despite several emails and phone calls. We are disappointed to send a bill to collections after we have provided good quality service. Don't use a company who doesn't pay their own bills after 18 months.

No frills hotel, nothing fancy but staff is friendly and attentive.

Seriously hated this stay! Not only did this guy charge my boyfriends credit card an amount that I did not approve, he insisted it was okay! And it clearly wasn't. But seriously what do you do? So I paid $87 for a one night stay with a hot tub that doesn't even work properly. The room is ridiculously small! No vending machines at all! I paid the front desk guy $3 for 3 warm Pepsi's. Because every pop machine they have doesn't work! And it's not like they are out of order, they are not even plugged the hell in! And one of them says only takes change. So it actually meant it eats all your change! I just really wanted a relaxing night. And this was the worst stay in a hotel I have ever in my life experienced for what I paid! Luxury my ass! Powder under the bed! Alert! This hotel has bed bugs! Worst hotel to stay! Horrible experience. The front desk guy just kept making up excuses for everything. Strongly recommend you stray from this place!

Not very friendly and over charge.

No pool or spa. Crappie guy at the front desk won't fix anything dirty only good person there was Kylie the house keeper.

Contrary to other reviews, I stayed here a few nights ago and no one was rude. There were no bed bugs. Fridge worked. Everything was basic, acceptable, and clean. (Although the pool was closed for repairs; should've asked when I called. )
