Simple, rooms were clean enough. Family had two rooms, the air conditioning didn't work very well in one but it wasn't terrible. Decent price and location.

Not the worst hotel I've been to. Despite many bugs outside there were none in the rooms. Air conditioning feels amazing. Comfy beds. Good for stargazing outside if you have bug spray.

Just a room for the night, the other 2 that we're with us had to get switched rooms and that took about a half hour. Then an issue with the smoke detector, that was settled quickly.

Comfortable enough for the price.

Old mom & pop place. Stayed there to get out of a storm, not for comfort. Cheap!

It's a place to stay for people with low expectations. Nothing more.

Very rude… Site says pet friendly, they aren't, save yourself the headache stay in Lincoln it's a nice drive.

This has been one of the worst experiences while staying at a hotel. Cleanliness: 0/5 the room was NOT properly cleaned or not cleaned at all. -The beds had an excessive amount of hair on them, the pillows had yellowish stains on them and didn't smell fresh. -The bathroom had a dead insect by the toilet, only ONE towel out of like 7-8 towels was clean (probably the one towel that nobody else had used before). All the rest of them had brown/yellow stains on them. -The bathroom sink and faucets were not properly cleaned. You can see water or probably toothpaste markings/spit on them. -The table by the beds and the other two tables were incredibly dusty. If you ran your fingers through, you could see the markings and end up with really dirty fingers. The remote control for the TV was dusty as well and sticky! -The floor was disgusting, there was some type of white stains in the middle of both beds. -It was hard finding a parking spot at the building where our room was because of the large amount of snow, the staff should've at least tried to shovel some of it off. -To make things worse, some jerk/s decided to smoke inside their room (we stayed in a non-smoking room) and the smell made its way into our room. We had to put our shirts over our noses for about 3 hours until it went away because it smelled like a casino in there. -Only positive thing about this was the Mexican restaurant next to it (which the food and service was EXCELLENT) and the Walmart across the street.

The most horrible customer service I have ever seen. The manager needs training on how to talk to customers. I would suggest reading all the bad reviews about this place and save yourself a headache.

Over the past ten years I have stayed at this place four or five times. It is about half way between Denver and the western Chicago burbs. This is the first time I've been disappointed with this place. Pillow cases are dirty, (looks like dried blood) towels have been washed but dinghy looking and the room just doesn't smell right. It is cheap but for 15 bucks more I may find myself at the place down the street. It needs updating, the rooms are big, and the guy at the counter was friendly.

TL;DR: worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I booked our room months before my travel. We were going to be getting in late, and it was a special event that had the nearby towns all booked up, so I called about 6:30pm to confirm my reservation. First off, the manager/owner was extremely rude from the beginning. He said the paperwork from the website says not to call the hotel. Well, it didn't, and calling because you'll be late is necessary to prevent a no-show if you'll arrive after 11pm, per the paperwork. I started to explain, and he interrupted me, to apologise for being rude. So, he confirmed we were good, which reduced my stress for the rest of the long drive. After dealing with some horrendous thunderstorms, we arrived about 1am. It was still pouring rain, so I waited behind the vehicle in the covered check-in spot outside the office. Well, no one came to move it. In fact, it turns out it was the manager's suv. He actually stood there watching us while smoking under the cover. So I had to park a few spots down from the office and run in, getting soaked on the way. The same guy I talked to on the phone, the smoking manager with the SUV, he's the one at the desk. He informs me he reported us as a no-show to the booking website. He says he'll honor their price for one night, but we'd have to rebook our next two nights at current price (which had tripled by then) in the morning. Once we are in our room, I call the booking site and explained.

Not fancy but clean and rooms bigger than I had at Days Inn. Had mini fridge and microwave, plenty of drawer space and a nice sized desk, vanity and bathroom.

Rented a room for 8 hours to sleep. We found a dried, dead toad in the room behind a trash can. We were berated, demeaned, and called liars continuously by the young man at the front desk when we went to report it. He refused to give us his name. As someone who works in the hospitality industry myself, this was by far the most horrendous service I have ever experienced or witnessed.

Would have given this 5 stars 30 years ago. Very dated hotel, but does its job.

Rooms were outdated, carpet looks funny, with the chairs showing stains and paint (? ). Bathroom had some exposed ceiling portions, and looked yellowed. But for a quick stay, the room did its job, with clean beds and hot water. Continental breakfast could be more appealing though. This was formerly a Super 8.

You get what you paid for.

Cheap hotel, outdated rooms, no breakfast.
