Very nice room! Pool could have been cleaner. Great service!

Easy access to interstate, room was clean and comfortable, the bad part of the stay was checking in. It was late (11 pm) but have never had to track down someone to check in. Had to call the hotel phone to speak with someone. A few minutes later the woman working comes down with a guy (not a guest) and looks to be straightening herself up.

I have tried for over an hour to contact the hotel to make a reservation. I called the help line of which I waited almost 10 minute to ever get a live person, just to be transferred to someone who wanted to argue with me about how I should book a room. She stated that the hotels are busy with guests and cannot take calls. I stated I'm surprised at 3AM that they are busy for over an hour with guests. She continued to tell me how I incorrectly tried to book a room. And this is why they will not be getting my stay. Marriott is supposed to be a higher class name. It means nothing when the customer service is horrible.

My husband and I stayed here for a wedding. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were very nice. The staff however was very brash and rude. When we checked in we got a notification from our bank a short time later showing the total our debit card had been charged… it was $30 more than what a receipt said. He went to the front desk and was informed that it was for incidentals… that was fine, but he asked why we hadn't been told that. The lady who "claimed" to be the manager told us they don't have to tell us what they are charging us for. My husband said that it is something that should be discussed and he would take it up with the actual manager listed. She was very argumentative and defensive. The whole weekend we watched this lady be brash and short with people. As we were waiting for our ride, we over heard several others talking about her behavior. When we called to speak with the manager about this, I made it clear we were not looking for a free room, just wanted him to know how an employee who represented their company was and he was dismissive and made excuses for the employee and made no apology what so ever. We stay at The Hard Rock and Stoney Creek Inn several times a month, we are not new to a hotel stay. If the Fairfield/Marriott thinks this behavior is ok, we will make sure we stay away from their hotels.

This hotel is pretty nice. Nothing really to eat that is close except Jimmy Johns and Burger King. It is about 20 minutes from downtown. There is a free hot breakfast every morning. I did have a rip in my sheets though.

Superb. Nice room. Clean, modern. Bed comfortable, but a bit high, pillows also too high, but I bring my own. Good breakfast.

Great place to stay. Free breakfast until 930am weekdays and 10 am weekends. A great pizza place that serves wine and beer is a quick 2 minute walk through the parking lot. Uber/ lyft is available in Omaha. Not much around here to do. Hotel is clean modern and up to date.

Overall the experience at the hotel was great. After about 8pm finding an employee (even waiting at the front desk) felt impossible. Otherwise, housekeeping was very helpful and the breakfast was great. Nice rooms. Clean and organized.

Clean hotel. Next to the interstate, so some noise. They gave us a conjoining room and I'm not sure if the walls are paper thin or if the people in the room next to me are just talking THAT loud (or both), but they woke me up and I've been listening to them get an attitude with each other. "I'm looking for my hearing aid! " "Go find my glasses. " "Did you shower? " Breakfast was bunk. Eggs were watery. No sugar free options. Decaf was never refilled.

Nice rooms. Decent rate per night as part of a group block. Tiny swimming pool. No hot tub. Nice location if attending an event at The Barn.

Wonderful staff. However the Sunday morning breakfast staff SUCKED the day I was there. I even had to switch out the coffee pots so everyone could have some. Ran out of everything!

The staff is friendly and outgoing. Very clean. Nice continental breakfast. The pool is so small it's pretty pointless to have. I would have preferred a larger gym with more space/equipment than the tiny pool.

The bathroom door stuck a bit, but other than that, easy to find, clean rooms, nice staff and pretty good breakfast.

Very new facility. Easy access from interstate. Also a few good eating options close by.

Top notch Marriott property. Not much to say other than everything was exactly as I've come to expect from these properties. Consistently quality properties with friendly staff and very clean rooms.

I did not stay the night but I visited a family member staying there. The room was neat and clean. We swam in the pool which was small, clean, but a little cold. My family member staying there slept well and had a good experience for their 2 night stay. There was a small workout room next to the pool that had a few treadmills. Location was close to my house but about 20 minutes to downtown Omaha. Overall good place.

This hotel is very clean, the staff is very nice, and they have free breakfast. Would recommend.

I came upon this hotel with the greatest intentions for a group connection with friends and business partners. We had a great time until my amazment of bed bugs being present on my pillow. This hotel gave me the worst expirence and paranoia for I fear going to other hotels because of this expirence.

Nice hotel. Convenient location. Quiet rooms and comfortable beds.

The lobby was spacious, clean, and very new looking. The room was gorgeous with a spacious bathroom. The pool and fitness room were great as we had them to ourselves. It could get quite crowded in the pool area I would guess.

Host Hotel: Fairfield Inn & Suites Cherry Hills Wedding date 5/21/16 Although the hotel is nice, we had issues with setting up the block. I was told that the block was set up and when people started calling, they couldn’t find the block. I was then told I need to fax something into them – basically a signed contract of some sort. When I faxed it in and wanted to confirm if they received it, they said their fax was broken and to not worry about it. Our wedding day comes and my now husband went to check us in to our hotel so we were all set when we left our reception. He told me we were all set. When we come to our hotel on our wedding night, the lady at the front desk said she doesn’t have any record of him checking in. Then she told us we owed money and I argued we were told our room would be complimentary. She was very nice and took care of it for us and apologized for the confusion. When we went upstairs to our room, the key wouldn’t work. Suddenly we heard people on the other side of the door yelling at us that the room was occupied. We had to go back down to the lobby and tell her that she checked us into a booked room. It was kind of a disaster… not something you want to deal with on your wedding night. My guests didn’t seem to have any issues (that I know of). The hotel is nice… but needs to be a little more organized – especially with the bride and groom.
