Nice hotel. Comfy pillows. Would recommend to all.

The outside may catch your eye as a Motel, it’s better than that. Checking in was easy and AMAZING. The young lady at the front desk and the gentleman are very friendly. The rooms are beautiful, shocking and has a very oriental feeling. It can be a tight squeeze if you have a lot of luggage. But, If it wasn’t for business being in the area, I would book here again.

A little small for our tastes, but the beds were good. I liked having a desk to put my laptop and supplies on. The couch was a bit big but I was never too hot or cold in the room. Bathroom could use some upgrades but was functional.

A good motel. Clean and peaceful. Will stay again. Highly recommended.

Decient. Had some construction going on & the pool in back wasn't open Only some of the plug ins worked. Some insects but not bad. A little over priced for what you got. Not bad for an older place.

This place is so clean, it is a pleasure to recommend it. Jessica, who checked us in was very helpful for finding a place to eat. Definitely on my list of places to stay on my next trip through Scottsbluff.

Lots of modern updates and very clean rooms. I'm not picky about mattress comfort but my husband is and he says these are very good mattresses. The staff/owners are so friendly and hospitable, they go above and beyond to ensure guests are comfortable and satisfied. I was truly blown away by the hospitality, it is unlike any hotel I've ever stayed at. It will be our place to stop the next time we travel that way.

What a cool place! in the rough, u look at the neighborhood and u say, no way im getting room, but I was very, very shocked! the owner is a cool dude! the rooms are amazing, clean, clean, walls are exposed brick, the cielings are wood exposed tall vaulted cielings, the price u cant beat, I rather stay here than a hotel chain, this man takes care of his hotel and im very grateful for that, that is a rare find these days. Dont forget to get a coupon for taco johns, u wont regret it.

Every time that my family and I come through town, usually around Oregon Trail Days, we stay at The Arcadia. And truth be told I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. We are treated like family and the rooms are so clean and the prices are unbeatable. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

The room was cute, clean, and the staff was very nice. Also, I was stoked to discover that they don't waste a bunch of resources by placing a bible in the room.

Newly renovated and spacious, the Arcadia is a unique hotel experience with a rustic feel. The rooms are larger than most brand name hotels. The staff was very friendly and everything was clean.

I had a great stay here! Super cute rooms with lots of character. Very friendly staff and extremely clean rooms. I have no complaints! Fridge, microwave all in the room! Definitely would stay here again!

The location was great for me — 2 minutes from Mike's Bikes. As others have said the bathroom is pretty dated, but still very clean. The whole room was very clean and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The staff that checked me in was very nice and helpful. Would stay there again if I ever come back to this area.

Sounds like they're trying to address a water leak at 6:30 am. Other than the early morning sounds of a shop-vac, our stay was quite nice. The room interior is pretty retro and cool.

Super friendly staff, super clean, very quiet, breakfast only cost $1 extra per person. They give you a coupon for a taco place across the street. My meal was fantastic, a breakfast burrito including super hot crunchy hash brown rounds, my husband loved his stuffed taco. Yes the building is old but seems to be maintained adequately. All they need is landscaping to make it more inviting. They recommended a Mexican restaurant we tried and loved the meal but I think they forgot to add alcohol in the margaritas.

The people running this establishment are very professional and take customer service to the next level. They know me when I enter the door and I've never had a bad stay. I travel a lot and this is the best stay for the dollar that I've ever had. If you're in the Scottsbluff/Gering area, you'd be silly to stay anywhere else. Also, best pillows in the business!

For a small out of the norm hotel it's got alot of charm. The owners are extremely pleasant and will help you with any needs you have, even up to helping you carry luggage. The rooms, while smaller are decorate nicely and you have a fridge in microwave in your room, even a couch too. They implemented nice features such as night lights and power saving measures for those conscious of it. Everything is clean. They even provide Blu-ray players in each room and have a FREE movie rental service at the front desk. Beds are comfy and the spring for nicer pillows. Overall I wouldn't feel the least bit hesitant about staying here again.

Will not stay at this motel ever again. The carpets were filthy and had stains all over them, there were spiders everywhere and there is no water pressure when the shower is turned on. The hallways smelled like sewer. I was very uncomfortable.
