I checked in Saturday May 26th 2018, I was in town to pick up my children. I was not able to get to sleep until around 4 a. M because the TV in the lobby was extremely loud and kept playing a fire alarm commercial. When I did go to sleep I was awaken by housekeeping around 9 a. M even after requesting a late check out. When I did wake up to answer the door, I flipped my pillow and noticed a old blood stain soaked in to the pillow, I flipped out because it's so sick and disgusting. I notice the headboard is shining with someone's hair grease and the bed apparently had not been changes during the last stay. I explained what happened to Britney at the front desk, she apologized and noted she would refund the points for my room. Britney also stated she would notify management and that she felt it was unacceptable. I asked Britney to document what she had witnessed in a incident report for my records and she agreed. I cam bak about thirty minutes later to retrieve the incident report and I was met by a lady named Kimberly who stated she would not be giving me a incident report and that she threw (We could have swabbed it) the pillow case away before management could look at it. I demanded that Britney write a incident report and sign it to document what happened. Kimberly took the incident report and wrote "She thinks it's fresh blood' at the bottom of the report. I asked why she would lie? We began to argue, and she told me she didn't care what I thought. Kimberly stated she wasn't in housekeeping or management but the manager she called told her to add that comment to the report. Kimberly noted the room had not been cleaned since May 23rd 2018 and she would not provide me a copy of the room cleaning log from house keeping. Kimberly also added a statement for a lady in house keeping that was not present, just as she was not when I presented the pillow case to Britney. Kimberly noted she had been sued by eh government and did;t care if I sued her and that she is a former drug abuser, after announcing to the other guest that I owned a drug treatment facility with out my permission. My two daughter my wife and myself were threatened with police when I demande answers as to why someone would instruct an employee to lie on a diamond choice privileges member who rents between 50 and 100 rooms per year? I have not received a refund for my points. I was contacted by the manager at that location but her goal was to obtain all the video and audio footage involving the encounter even though they have plenty of cameras at the front desk. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I am traumatized, my family is traumatized, my children are traumatized. We could have been exposed to HIV, herpes, AIDS, Hepatitis. I am a substance abuse counselor, I am required to handle and dispose of blood borne pathogen in a safe way.
