This place is very pretty and quiet!

Not only were the rooms quiet but the bed was the best night's sleep I've had in forever. I highly recommend trying out the rooms at this hotel.

Room was great, breakfast was mashed potato eggs, cold and paper bacon.

Nice size room, all the amenities, comfy bed, clean. The breakfast was great. Included all the toppings for yogurt and toothpicks for after your meal. Liked the luggage carts, reminded me of the airport.

Hot tub is so relaxing! And the room is so clean, beds are so comfortable.

I stayed here when traveling with a collegiate soccer team. The front desk was very helpful. Rooms were clean and organized. The staff was kind and worked hard to keep you happy. Breakfast was good too.

Nice enough. Has been remodeled decently. Might be better choices in Carney. Lots of new hotels in town. The A/C was very loud and went on and off all night. No constant fan option. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Pretty good place to stay for the price. 4/5 and not 5/5 because the Best Western Plus in North Platte is better, not saying this one is bad. The one in North Platte has a bigger lobby, more selection to choose from for the complementary breakfast, better heating/ cooling, and better sheets. This one in Kearney has a nicer pool though. Still, I'd rather stay at a Beat Western than its close competitors. Better priced than like a Holiday Inn or Hampton. Nicer than a Comfort Inn or Eco Lodge.

The hotel was really nice but it was tough to find out how to get to it because it was through two different gas station parking lots. The king bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was really nice. The only reasons that it that I dropped two stars are because of the lack of signs for finding the hotel parking lot and because the soap really sucked. The soap left my girlfriend and I feel inclined really greasy and uncleaned after our showers. I always stop in Kearney on my way through but I can honestly say that this will now be a last resort hotel just because of the soap.

I have stayed at this hotel for months on end. Both in a suite and in a room. They have never once been a disappointment. The staff is always friendly and accommodating; no matter if they are in housekeeping, front desk, maintenance, or kitchen. They breakfast is good. And the managers special in the afternoon rocks! Beds are super comfy, enough pillows for 2 people, and coffee fresh available anytime.

Great room, great service. Stayed the night in Kearney for work, they had a happy hour the night I was there. Free beer and snacks, also a continental breakfast. Staying here in the future.

The staff are exceptional at this hotel. They were very friendly and professional. The hotel is in a great location to get on and off the freeway easily. It is a very nice place with clean, comfortable rooms.

Beautiful hotel very clean rooms. Only complaint is they have toilets the size you would find in a grade school. Not adult-friendly and definitely not for big men, very short very small. Otherwise we would recommend this hotel highly.

I’d come back for the price paid, but one of the beds was uncomfortable like it needed to be flipped. Otherwise the staff was wonderful and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

Best Western Plus Mid Nebraska Inn & Suites is a wonderful place to stay! We stay here each time we are in Kearney after having a bag experience years ago at another hotel in Kearney. We have always had great experiences. If anything at all is wrong, it is corrected right away. The staff is nice and helpful and the hotel in general is one we love to stay at. Give it a try!

Awesome Suites! We had a two bedroom suite with a king and Queen bedroom with separate areas bathrooms and huge closets. Customer service was outstanding!

After 18 hours of driving this place was the perfect stop. The beds were comfy, everyone was nice and breakfast was fantastic. 10/10 would recommend and would stay here again.

We stayed at the BW because our daughter was having surgery the next morning. We were given a wonderful discount rate and hotel staff even gave us a bottom floor room so she would not have to walk any stairs. The room was spotless and updated. The beds were extremely comfortable. There were free snacks, wine, beer and soda. The pool area was clean and towels were stocked. Five stars all the way!

Had the worse stay ever! The smoke alarm went off every 30 seconds from 2:00 AM to 7:00 AM! Didn't really know what was causing the beeping until I called someone at the front desk. He knew exactly what was wrong! I slept a total of 2 hours and 51 minutes (according to my Fitbit)! Woke up with a pounding headache! Unbelievable! And the heating/cooling fan was loud as well! Manager is supposed to call me… hope she does!

We stayed in a suite over Christmas. Upon arriving for check in, the employee at the front desk shoveled the sidewalks and around the car for for us. Everyone was kind and helpful, and we enjoyed the coffee, breakfast, and spa tub. The suites were so comfortable it was like a home. Best hotel I've ever stayed at by far.

I was traveling home from a job in Colorado and needed a good night's sleep. I was leery about the cost of a room. I mentioned that I was a rewards customer and the desk person gave me a good price. When I saw my room, it was beautiful. I had a peaceful night's rest and a good breakfast (included) before continuing on my way home.

Comfortable & clean. Adequate breakfast but really didn't like the coffee. Very awkward entrance/ exit from street. It involved a sort of access road across another business' parking lot. BW Plus sign also too small to be easily seen from street.

What a great and relaxing experience we had at the Kearney Best Western. Loved the happy hour, hot tub, fitness center, and hot breakfast! The bed was also extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel!

OK, I'm going to be very honest here. The hotel was good the hallways could use a really good deep cleaning, carpets cleaned or updated. The staff was nice. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. But, as I was getting ready for bed I noticed that the bathroom had hair all over the bathtub and there was a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom. This made me question the cleanliness of the whole room. I called down to the front desk, she told me there was nothing she could do at this point other than come in at midnight and clean my bathroom while I was sleeping. I was not comfortable with that so she said as soon as housekeeping showed up they could come clean it. I called down to the front desk when I woke up about 8am they said housekeeping just showed up and they would come Clean it, I waited for about 45 minutes before they showed up. Missing my daughter play volleyball that morning, the only reason I was in Kearney. As I checked out I told them what had happened and asked for the manager to call me, 2 weeks later I'm still waiting to here from her even though I've left a message to speak with her. So, make sure and check your room before getting to comfortable in it.

We were on a 7 day vacation. We felt this was by far the best hotel we stayed at for a very long time. I would highly recommend this hotel. Everything was perfect and we give it a 5 star rating!

I stayed there a week ago overnight, and my daughter left two stuffed animals that were very important to her. Called them up, and told them what happened. They shipped them, and I got them in a couple days! With the animals was a hand written note that read… "Hi there! I wanted you to know we, at the Best Western took good care of your animals! I bet they are so excited to be home. Best wishes from all of us at Best Western in Kearney". I thought that was so awesome! I felt obligated to review them too, I never do these. Best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel, room was super clean, workers were super polite, and was an overall great experience. Only thing that I didn't like was that all 3 off their soda machines which happen to be far apart were all sold out of water. After going through the hassle of finding that out I went to the front desk. Told the guy what happened, didn't complain just asked if he knew of any somewhere else. He gave me two free ones from a fridge they had in the back. Thanks for everything, would definetly reccomend.

Room 212 in Kearney Nebraska. Toilet was plugged n bathroom stunk like urine n poop. The tub had hairs in it. Couldn't switch rooms cause they were booked. The front clerk was grouchy n never smiled once snappy. The pool was cold n hot tub jets were not working. Didnt even discount our room.

Nice clean rooms, beds, and towels. Friendly staff. Rooms were quiet, couldn't hear through the walls. Shower was large, great water pressure. Hotel was located close to the interstate, but still in a nice quiet area.

Rooms were clean and well appointed, breakfast was good. Morning staff was a bit terse. Rates were fairly steep.

The a/c worked, the Wi-Fi was fast, the room darkness kept the lights out and the tvs had the clearest true high def quality signals I have ever seen in hotel rooms the last 5 years. Most definitely would stay again.

Nice place with a nice pool and hot tub indoors. Bed is very comfy and room seemed clean to my minimal inspection. Only qualm is that when we came to check in the attendant was sitting in the back playing video games and, although he looked right at me when we walked in, he didn't get up to help us and check us in until another couple came in and started ringing the bell to get his attention (although, again, he turned and looked at every person that walked in the front door.

They have the best and most comfortable beds! And their service is awesome!

Our favorite place to stay when we want to sneak away with our kids for a night. We've always been impressed with the friendly staff, clean rooms, and affordable prices. We recommend Best Western Plus to all of our friends and family when they come to town!

Berry Company employees have stayed at the Best Western Plus for years and have always been treated very well, but today is noteworthy! Today there was a major snow storm that was bad enough that those staying in the hotel could not leave and the employees of the hotel struggled to get to work. Through all this, the Best Western has been great to our Berry people (and everyone else, I'm sure), ensuring they had something to eat and drink for lunch and dinner, because literally, the town is closed for business. It's never easy sending employees out in bad weather situations. Thank you Best Western for making today more tolerable! You have earned Berry's business today and in the future.

Very friendly clerk, and quiet and clean. Hot tub and pool area is very well taken care of and water temps perfect. Bed is unbelievably comfortable. Rather in town for Doc appt or just weekend get away, We wont stay anywhere else.

Nice hotel. But it's a little outdated. I have a brand new Sony phone, with Wifi direct, NFC, Jscreen mirroring, DNLA sharing, hotshot hosting, and even usb ports. While thier Sony Bravia TV seems new and has 9 inputs, not ONE of them is compatible with my phone. I also have to fix the window lock myself and one of the chairs is broken. Also very religious discriminatory. Gideon bible, but not Sutra, or Quran or bagavad vita.
