Second visit here. They are dog friendly which is a plus for us. Diamond members can park up front. Little snack bags are great too. The ONLY negative I have is the mini fridge doesn't keep any drinks cold at all. Need better refrigerators for the rooms.

We always like to stay at Hampton Inn’s when traveling but your place went above and beyond today. Some of the staff got to talking to him and his grandma at breakfast this morning and learned that it was his birthday. They were then sweet enough to put together a bucket of goodies for him and wished him a special Happy Birthday. Thanks so much for making my little man’s 7th birthday so much sweeter!

Super clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and extra amenities were great (pool, gym and outdoor loungers/fireplace! ) love the coffee and cookies in the lobby and that they give you water bottles! Love Hampton inns and this one was no exception! You won’t be disappointed.

Looks rather new. Nice clean rooms. Outback restaurant across the street. Appleby's nearby as well as other restaurants nearby. It is about 4 mile off interstate 81 but straight shot on 460. It was quick and easy to get to and get back to the interstate.

The staff at this hotel couldn’t be nicer. Your room is cleaned punctually and the rooms are very clean. They provide a nice breakfast which is constantly replenished. We have a small dog and this hotel is very dog friendly. We have stayed in many hotels in this area. This is my favorite place to stay.

People in the front desk are friendly. Good breakfast bar. Freshly baked chocolate chips cookies at 5:00 p. M. Every day. Good place to stay …

Very nice rooms and friendly staff. My stay was so short that the same lady checked me in and out — she even remember my last name come check out time. Will stay here again next time I come through.

Worst night at an Hampton inn ever. Beds are based on old springs and sag like a 500lbs guest has been sleeping in for months. Our whole family had difficulty to sleep and woke up with muscle pain. Breakfast area was understaffed with missing/not refilled basics.

This was a great hotel! They're truly dog friendly, which can be pretty challenging to find. Breakfast was great, the place was clean, and it was nice and quiet!

Don't have Tiffany help you. I stayed for 3 days. 2 days were paid for and 1 day was paid for by points. I realized that my credit card was charged for the 3rd night. I called the location and spoke to Tiffany. She started by asking me, "Did you have over 40, 000 points because that is how much it is to stay at our hotel. " I told her wasn't sure how many points I used, but could find the confirmation email that provided that info. When I found the email, I told her it showed 23K points and $0 for the cost. She insisted that I didn't have enough points. I told her the email showed that I had remaining points left over as my balance. I also informed her that I didn't recall it costing 40K and pulled that for the same day of the week which was only 2 days away cost 30K. She said, "Oh, it fluctuates. " I said, "yes, it does and on this day when I booked it was only 23K points. " She then said, "There is nothing I can do you have to call the reward site to get them to credit your card. " As a diamond member, I knew this was incorrect so I asked her one more time if she or a manager at the hotel could credit my card so I didn't have to call an 800 number. She said there was nothing she could do. Then, I called the 800 number. They quickly realized I was charged by points and my card. They apologized and asked me to hold so they could call the hotel and have them credit me back. How ironic? Because the lady at the hotel was adamant that she could refund me.

The location is great. Its placed right beside so many stores and restaurants. The room was really clean, we had no problems with it.

This is a lovely hotel. The details in the room and bath remind of the bigger high end hotels. I'd pick Hampton Inn Everytime.

Would have given a 5 if they had a more convenient area to walk my doggies! They're pet friendly but I had to walk a while in the rain to bring my guys out!

Wonderful staff. Stayed 2 nights 2 days apart. Both rooms had problems with the toilets. One didn't flush the other leaked and sprayed water all over. Also the second stay the closet had no door. Staff was very sorry and helpful, but I can't have been the first guest to had these problems.

Went down to take my dog to the Tech vet school. Very accommodating for pet owners. Comfortable. Clean. Good coffee!

This is a great Hampton Inn. The front desk staff are great, it's a pet friendly hotel with plenty of room for the pups to stretch their legs after a long day in the car. The rooms are super clean and quiet. Great location for restaurants and shopping if you need anything while on the road.

This location is incredibly simple as it be be seen and easily reached off the bypass. It also is within walking distance of multiple fine restaurants (Outback, Sakura, O'charleys, El Gran Rodeo, and Kabuki's I would all highly recommend and all within one block). Plus it is directly across the road from an incredibly well kept bowling alley/arcade/pool hall/laser tag and right there in the min shopping area as well. The building itself is very neatly kept and offers a high class environment in is it's lobby and meeting areas. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel and staff. Enjoyed a swim in the pool. They have a small Fitness area which is also nice. Walking distance to some stores and restaurants. The room was large and well-appointed and very clean.

I liked it here and my dogs did too. My dad lost his wallet and they mailed it back to him with all the cash in it and they would not accept a reward.

Nice looking hotel with very clean rooms and common areas. Beautiful outdoor pool, unluckily it was thundering and raining so we were unable to use it. And my kids loved the free cookies.

Great place. Would definitely stay there again. Clean, newly renovated. Staff were very friendly. Easy access in and out to the highway. Some other features that I really appreciated: * Strong Wi-Fi * lots of electrical outlets in the room (and some USB charging ports) * strong water pressure in the room * all day snacks and drinks in the lobby * A grab & go breakfast bag in the morning * a lot of luggage carts.

This location was perfect for our overnight trip to Virginia Tech. It was extremely close to a wide variety of restaurants and only a short drive to the college. We especially loved that the staff & hotel was pet friendly! Will definitely stay here again.

Great location and friendly staff. The issue was lack of sleep due to several barking dogs allowed to stay in the hotel. Also the ac cutting. On and off was very loud.

We just needed a place to stay overnight while we moved my brother in to college. Place looks nice, beds are nice, HDTV and Wi-Fi. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast (which is pretty good).

The morning staff are wonderful and friendly but the night shift staff was extremely incompetent.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the first room we got (not a real issue, the card receiver was broken) and they resolved it quickly and were apologetic about the situation. The rooms are clean and extremely comfortable, room features were all fairly modern (micro, mini fridge, TV) but bring a DVD player if you want to use a nearby Redbox. One of the most impressive things was that a front desk attendee greeted me by name when I walked in on my second day there. Would recommend this for anyone needing an affordable but nice hotel room when visiting Tech or Radford.

Friendly service and extremely clean rooms! The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfy! The only unexpected thing was the bathroom had no fan and there was no floor mat to use in the bathroom, but there were plenty of towels to use instead.

Staff were very friendly, rooms were very nice and clean, location was very convenient… next to a big shopping area with lots of restaurant options and a Starbucks just down the road for the morning.
