This is literally our home away from home! We live in St. Paul but being a fireman and DSP we work HARD and the Jacuzzi suite is our once a month get away! Rod are always spotless, service is amazing and the breakfast is fantastic… Not mention the pool, sauna and hot tub! Way to go AmericInn. The Taylor's say THANK YOU.

Cozy hotel. A little far away from everything though. Really need a rental car if staying here. Lyft would often take 10 minutes to arrive. Rooms had a strange smell. Beds were comfy though and good water pressure.

If you like hearing frogs or toads or crickets or whatever they are, this place has a pond full of them across the parking lot. At night it is quite a chorus.

Nice staff and the breakfast in the morning was decent (they even provided trays so you can eat in your room). I really liked the sauna, pool, and hot tub!

The both the indoor and the outdoor pools are great. The parking is large enough and the rooms are good and well spaced. Will be back here when am visiting.

I did not stay here I brought an elderly lady back here as I'm a Lyft driver and my passenger had questions upon arrival and so I was explaining how Lyft works a manager well I can only assume I manager came out and was very short with me told me that I needed to move my car immediately as I was giving the hotel a bad look?!? I tried to explain this to the manager he repeated himself again refusing to listen nice very professional guy. Wield your sword of power. Could have swore that sign on the front entrance said I had 15 minutes.

I've stayed at many hotels in MN, some newer, some bigger, some with more stars but none can compare to the AmericInn! I was pleasantly surprised to find that the AmericInn as well as the staff were both excellent! I have no complaints and cannot say enough about how great my stay was at the AmericInn. I first began searching for a room early in the morning as we had an emergency and needed a room as soon as possible. I called to make a reservation and needed a room that would also accommodate a dog. I had called several hotels before the AmericInn but none took pets and none cared about my emergency! I had a few accommodations I specifically needed as I needed a room that took animals and that we could immediately check-in too… The staff at AmericInn bent over backward to accommodate us and even invited us to come wait in the lobby until the room was available. The staff told us they would get the maids to clean our rooms immediately and then we could check in. True to their word, when we arrived an hour later at 11:00 a. M. Our room was ready! The Hotel was in good repair, clean, and the beds and room were comfortably furnished. The lobby was lovely and the breakfast they served the next morning was great! The scrambled eggs were amazing! Usually when one receives a free breakfast at a hotel no one really "cooked" it and no one really takes responsibility for how the food tastes! Here, it was the exact opposite — the food was great!

There was an amazing housekeeper that made sure we had a great breakfast and the staff were attentive when necessary.

Clean room, comfortable bed, easy to drive to even through road construction.

I had an amazing stay here. Clean rooms and a very nice surprise to have a lovely fireplace. Linens were clean and bed was comfortable. Loved the free breakfast. This is exactly what you expect a hotel to be. Plan to return!

Just off the freeway. Pool was nice, room was nice. Staff was wonderful.

Very clean and neat and all the staff are very friendly and make you feel at home.

Our stay was very comfortable. They staff let me check in before the rest of my party had arrived because they were on a later flight. The breakfast was also really good and more varied than the normal free breakfast. The only problem I had was the mattress was a little firm for me personally, but my mom and sister were both very comfortable.

The room was exceptional, very clean. The staff at the front desk was courteous and professional. The stay was well worth the minimal price.
