My stay Nov 19 — Nov 22, 2019 has been so wonderful. The staff are so nice and so friendly. Honestly, they have gone above and beyond their hospitality to make me feel AT HOME. Thank you all so very very much!
Great hotel, if you are from lower alabama, bundle up it's cold as polar bear balls here.

Hotel plumping exploded on me using the toilet. I then encountered harassment in a 20 minute span of being directed t”o leave or need to rent a room for the night.
From the Manager Viktor to Staff member aka Harasser — Aviender, directed that Im given a 10 minute timeframe to DECIDED in order to: “ get a full refund or that offer is canceled and no longer an option”. I have documents signed and printed with names and dated from both parties. I’m ready to take this towards legal matters as nobody should ever encounter malpractices and invasion of policies.
