Beautiful rooms, great staff! fun location right by the college and right on the rail line!

Clever decor, very comfortable beds, great location, spot on service!

There are not enough words to properly convey how incredible our experience was while staying at the Graduate. A friend and I booked the room for a surprise trip, for one of our best friend's 30th birthday (she lives in MN), and booking at the Graduate was the best thing we could have done! There were many things that needed to be coordinated to pull off our surprise, and we wanted it to be as special for our friend as possible. The shutdown made that especially complicated… I called the front desk countless times during this period and they were so helpful, patient, and cheerful! I spoke with Brennon the majority of the time and he was a true life saver. He had information my local friend didn't even have and really helped in crafting the perfect weekend! I felt confident in my hotel choice before even getting on the plane — — all thanks to Brennon. Upon arriving, check-in was fast and easy. They made us feel so welcome and helped us create a fun and festive atmosphere for our friend. When it came time for her to finally arrive at the hotel, Brennon helped facilitate the surprise and everything went perfectly because of him! Brennon had also recommended a restaurant over the phone and told me how to get reservations before the shut down. That meant when all the restaurants were full, we had already secured a wonderful place to bring our friend for her birthday dinner!

Great location. Wonderful workers! Public transportation access. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Both inside and outside of the hotel. I can’t wait to stay at another Graduate Hotel again soon!

The staff was amazing and so helpful. The whole place was fun to be in and the rooms were excellent. Loved it!

My germaphobe husband was pleased with the decor, bedding and cleanliness. He didnt even put a plastic bag over the remote for the tv. That's really saying something. Hes even sitting on the bedspread. It's never happened before and we travel a lot. Other than that, it's a cute and cool place to stay. Comfy beds. Lots of pillows. Close to US Bank stadium (we came for Vikings/Bears). Well worth the money. I'd definitely stay here again.

I even hate that I feel the need to write this. If you are not into the college scene, pick a different hotel. It is a neat hotel but very cold in any area other than the rooms. Parking can get expensive be aware. I checked in for my two night stay last week while I was on business. Upon check in the front desk girl spoke sooo fast to tell me where the parking garage was I had to tell her to please slow down. She did not seem to really care if I found it or not. The following day I asked another front desk person to tell me a good place for pizza — took the girl over 15 minutes to get me one flyer. Finally gave me a flyer for a calzon place. I decided to order from the restaurant downstairs — this is due to the guy saying it would take no more than 15 minutes — it was close to 49 minutes
they wouldn’t bring it to my room. It cost over $17 for two breaded fish pieces and French fries. Complete waste of money. Had to run down stairs in the middle of a business call and still had to wait 10
Minutes for someone to help me. I washed my hair on the second night and upon being in the shower the conditioner would not work. I had to get out of the shower and luckily I brought three little travel bottles of my own. Then when I went to blow dry my hair the hair dryer wouldn’t work. Took over 20 minutes for someone to bring me a new one. I have traveled a lot and this was not a great stay to say the least.

Very nice hotel! Rooms were very clean, cute decor. Staff was very friendly. Caribou right across the road, Applebee’s attached (also excellent service there! ). Walking distance to Varsity Theater. A bit confusing to get to, but all of Dinky Town can be a bit confusing to navigate.

Very beautiful and classy hotel. The restaurant was very nice and the waiter and host were very friendly and helpful but the hotel staff were extremely rude. Mainly students studying there. Not recommended for people trying have fun. Boring.

Love this hotel, great restaurant and fantastic location. The sign in their lobby says “We are all students” I love this because it’s more than just a college campus hotel. It is for everyone and groups will live and appreciate it.

Such a great atmosphere. I love the game tables, the decor. The restaurant is amazing. Live in town, but ill be back! Really nice!

Perfect location for us (we attended a concert at US Bank Stadium and were able to just hop on the Light Rail there & back). The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful and the room was great! We will definitely recommend to others & stay again!

I just got married there last weekend, and it was absolutely wonderful. The hotel worked with us on everything to make it just perfect, plus gave us a good amount of complimentary things that made it that much more special! The decor and style is seriously the coolest thing and so very Minnesotan, which is very unique. I would have our wedding there again any day. Thank you Graduate Minneapolis!

Comfortable beds, clean and soft sheets, plenty of storage, and a very relaxing shower with good water pressure. The peppermint shampoo and cilantro conditioner are high quality and make your hair look and feel very nice. the decor is… terrible. These hotel rooms used to have a very soothing, modern decor, and now the decor in the rooms is tacky. The complimentary body wash and bar soap smell like cheap rum and musky cologne, and they stink up the entire room.

Hotel was nice aesthetically. A bit of a disappointment was that my guest and I were refused shuttle service to a location that was inside the 5 mile radius they have shuttle service for. I was told there was a shuttle that would be available in the next 15 minutes or so. Construction made the trip 3 miles rather than 2 and I was told it was "too busy. " What is the point of a shuttle service then? Obviously the shuttle still runs when it is busy, but I guess there must have been more important guests.
