Only place in the twin cities that had any sort of empathy during an emergency my family & I were facing. Very grateful for our experience here.

Location is easy to find and there's plenty of parking in front. Inside the staff are pleasant and got me checked in without issue. The rooms are of decent size and the rates are very competitive. My nitpicks are the size of the TV's are small (32 inches), and the fitness center only has one treadmill. Other than that, its a great place to stay.

Nice place. Covered all of our needs. Free parking, a pool & hot tub, and a great continental breakfast. We enjoyed our stay!

We go to this location every year for "Back to the 50s" and we always enjoy our stay! Breakfast is always good, room is always clean and staff is always friendly. I'm honestly shocked by some of the negative reviews! I hope you will have shuttle service to the BTT50s registration again next year. It made things so much easier this year! Thank you for consistently providing us with a quality experience year after year!

I have to travel for work and I have to bring my dog with. The staff here are extremly caring very polite, will go out of there way to go above and beyond. They always have the best soft fresh cookies. Rooms were extremely clean, pool was fantastic. You can tell they take pride in taking such great care of the hotel and it shows. Great Job!

Our family has been going here for past 4+ years. Breakfast is great. Staff has always been nice and helpful. We will continue to go when we visit family.

This hotel is great. They are currently in the process of updating, but it does not effect the stay. Breakfast is good, especially the days they have pork carnitas for breakfast tacos/ burritos. I stay here for work 4 or so times a year for a week each time. Never have had any issues. Free cookies @ front desk. Attentive and friendly staff. Clean rooms and property.

The lock for our room was messed up prior and we were told it was fixed but we had problems with it 3 times. Other than that. It was good.

We stayed here two nights with our large dogs. The staff was super accommodating, the room was clean and the areas to walk our dogs were easy to get to. Ate breakfast in the dining room two mornings and they were both excellent and fast. I would stay here again, hands down.

We stayed in a king suite over the New Year weekend. This hotel is not fancy or newly updated, but our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The main bed was comfortable; the sofa/pull-out bed was serviceable for our daughter, but is definitely due to be replaced, both as a couch and as a bed. There is a mid-size swimming pool and a hot tub, which we enjoyed. The breakfast was good, and included waffles, cereal, yogurt, and ingredients for breakfast sandwiches (biscuits, egg, ham). Cookies, hot tea, coffee, and water are always available in the lobby. Staff were friendly.

Cheap rooms, definitely not luxury by any means but good simple lodging for affordable prices. No problems whatsoever.

We were suppose to go to another hotel and they were super rude and unhelpful and ended up at country inn and I was so happy with how the lady treated us! Very very great service! You guys deserve more then 5 stars! Everybody was nice and helpful that worked there! And very clean tidy rooms!

Average hotel room, very friendly stff. Average breakfast, it is cooked fresh you might have to hunt for what you want. Great fresh baked cookies available 24/7. I stayed four nights, housekeeping never serviced our room. I had to hunt down towels soap and washcloths.

We have stayed at other Country Inn & Suite. However, the one in Brooklyn Center has the best staff and are so incredibly at their job.

This place is amazing! sweet sweet down to earth folks! steve (santa claus I like to call him) and brian are a real hoot! everyone so so pleasant. We absolutely love it here. Smells wonderful when you walk through the doors. Beautiful ole country charm and setting! great breakfast, clean rooms, snacks available always, nice pot of chili was available when we arrived. Is it dated? yes but soooooo clean & cozy. Best place we've stayed in a bit! we recently had a horrible experience at a marriott hotel. We left and came here to stay boy we're sure glad we did! you won't regret staying here. Beds are comfy, clean, great folks can't say it enough! give them a try!

The evevator was a little concerning and the room decor was dated but the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.

The hotel was pretty nice overall. It was in need of some minor improvements in the room. It was still a good night's sleep and would stay here again.

Parts of the hotel are rather dated. For example the bathroom was still papered in a hideous leaf situation. But the room was clean and the breakfast was decent. That being said, the rates were rather high since the hotel is pretty far out of the city and it wasn't super great.

Steve at the front desk is the absolute worst hotel employee I've ever encountered. If you want to be degraded about your physical appearance ("I'm old and you don't look 21" "well I'm 26, I can show you my ID… " "no, I still don't believe you're 21") then he's your man! If you also want zero information about checking into your room, he's the guy to go to! When asked simple questions like, which ID and credit card do I need to check in, I was met with a 30 second delay that included a dumbfounded gawk that would make any other woman uncomfortable. Needless to say, I would NOT recommend staying here solely for the fact that you might encounter Steve. All other front desk employees were extremely helpful, pleasant and competent, but Steve lacked all of these attributes. I've never walked away from a customer service encounter so offended and unwilling to repeat business.

Super room. Easy access. Close to a Ricky Rockets convenience store. Comfy bed and the suite that I stayed in was excellent.

It was a nice place. Clean rooms. Clean pool area. Great complimentary breakfast and nice staff. Sketchy as Fuck though. Weren't allowed to say our room number out loud or the direction it was so we had to find it on our own. The Jamming Wings next door was not good. Smelled like straight up weed and bad service. Barely stayed for our 1 and only drink. Also I asked for a single towel in the morning so I could shower before leaving to our event and it didn't come. Waited 10 minutes and finally went into shower and came out to nothing still. So I had to dry my thick ass off with a damn hand towel which didn't even fit around my thigh. It was an okay place but I wouldn't ever go their again.

Clean rooms, good hot breakfast. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The beds in some hotels are hard as concrete but these beds are pretty comfortable. The breakfast is good with more than just make your own waffles.

Quiet and friendly. Rooms could use a little bit of updating, although our room had new furniture and most importantly everything was very clean. Would definitely come back.

The hotel was in a great location the rooms were nice and big very clean nice pool and hot tub the staff was very friendly great breakfast I would definitely stay there again.

Valerie and her staff were Great! I appreciated all of her help with getting all the rooms, resevations etc ready for us. Breakfasts were good too. Bed was a little firm for me, but still managed to sleep. Thank you all to the staff and Valerie.

Fitness Center had 12 year Olds in it most of the night.

Hotel was great. Right next door was a restaurant, elite status recognized and goodie bag was also given (don't always get these anymore! ). Room was clean, bathroom was clean, towels were clean. Its a little older, not a new Country Inn, but its fine. Also had plenty of book selections. Internet worked great also.

Door knob was broken, making entry to room a little tricky. Otherwise, a fine experience.

Hotel stinks The hotel literally smells. The lobby isn't so bad as they actually try and keep it clean. The hallways smell like mildew and the non smoking room smells horribly of smoke. Honestly if it wasn't for the horrible smell it would be 4 stars. Can't give 5 because they didn't change our sheets at all during our 3 day stay. Overall it's a good value for what you get. We got a large king suite with a separate living room with pull out couch pretty cheap. Would I stay here again? No. The cigarette smoke smell is too much for me to handle. Leaving from vacation very congested feeling and all my clothes stink. There is no chance the people that work here can't smell this and it is unacceptable that they wouldn't put forth some effort to get the room smelling nice. It was the first thing I noticed the second we walked in the door.

Great, clean rooms and nice, homey lobby with a fireplace. The service was wonderful from check-in to check-out. I asked if they had a map of the Mall of America and they went and searched/printed it for me right on the spot (it was difficult to find the right thing and they even gave me a MOA coupon book for the inconvenience). So friendly and even a fantastic, hot breakfast. Would recommend.

Over all, this place was very good. The good: 1 — Clean and spacial room and bathroom. 2 — Free Wi-Fi 3 — Free parking 4 — Free fruits, cookies and coffee 5 — Free breakfast The ok: 1 — The pool size and cleanliness The not so good: 1 — The fitness room was small and had only 3 things in it. The bad/ugly: 1 — The room light was white which was quite annoying for someone how was not used to it.

The staff will go out of their way to accommodate you. Clean rooms. Good value. Complimentary breakfast. Everything you need. Best hotel in the area.

The staff here is so courteous and warm. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is perfect everytime O stay here. If you need a room in the area, stay here.

The hotel is not lacking on amenities. There is an indoor pool, a decent exercise room, free Wi-Fi (good coverage throughout the building), and quiet rooms. The suites are only $10.00 more a night, and for that you get a large room with a living room, a seperate bedroom, and a large bathroom (also separated). Great rooms at great rates.
