Clean, but worn hotel. Microwave, fridge, and TV in every room. Simple hot breakfast option. Hallways do not seem to have air conditioning. Staff were pleasant. Did a late check in with no problem.

Great for a simple, no frills place to stay! Have no complaints at all and slept great!

Very basic, stained and overused towels. Staff was rude and even raised her voice with me.

It was nice and acceptable, however it was not very inviting.

Rooms aren't too bad. Complimentary breakfast is very basic but it's not expensive so bargain priced for a reasonable package. No internet while I was there.

The white towels were stained and a dull brown, the hairdryer on the wall off, high and low switch is broken it sounded like a blender on it's last leg. Even though the shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers are a good idea and probably money-saving in the short-term I couldn't get the conditioner to work even after they replaced the bottle. There was no pen and paper to make notes. The channel lineup provided was coffee stained, torn and tattered. Gouges on the wall behind the recliner, paint was missing and the recliner was stained and disgusting.

Small breakfast nook with waffles or cinnamon rolls. No fruit. Rude front desk guy. Front door dings every time someone walks through it. It’s really loud. One plug in behind night stand. You can have the lamp plugged in and your phone OR the clock. Had to pay for two nights because I checked out at 1130 and the maid left. The sheets weren’t changed so he can’t rent the room out for the night. Towels felt like sandpaper. The soap and shampoo and conditioner and are in wall mounted dispensers like the soap dispensers at a gas station. Front desk lady when I checked in was nice but I couldn’t understand her. She was also working when I went out in the morning. Does she work 16 hours?! I had to check the room for bed bugs before I brought in my luggage. Luckily, there was none.

Except for the poor in hotel Wi-Fi I had a pretty cozy time.

Clean and nice place to stay over the holidays. Good breakfast, nice staff and clean rooms.

Great deal nice staff OK for private owned but not as nice as a brand name place.

Check-in late at 11:55pm. Fast check-in. I have AAA so my room fee is $56.00. Quiet area. Nice size room and clean. Bed is ok for the price. Microwave and refrigerator Wi-Fi included. Parking in front I think you can’t ask for more. I will stay here again if I’m back at the area.

I will never stay there again.

The bathroom didn't look like it was cleaned and the sheets were gross.

We didn't stay. We pulled into the parking lot to get our bearings. It looked nice.

Found bed bugs, front desk staff unwelcoming at check in and rude at early check out.

Great location for what I needed, however the bed left something to be desired. It was very uncomfortable, felt as if though I was sleeping directly on the springs.

Nice place bed was comfortable staff was friendly and nice place was very clean.

Decent place to rest your head.

Guy who works at night asked him a few very basic questions. Man spoke negative English. Ruined my night. Hotel deserves a zero.

I stayed here for an entire week. Room was cleaned daily, fresh towels daily, everyone was nice and caring. And the breakfast waffles were delicious!

I didnt feel like I was staying at the Graves but the beds were comfy and the rooms were nice and tidy. Couldnt ask for much more for what I paid. The waffles are delicious.
