Always upgrade to improve there quality and standard's. Plus there locations. Is an AAAAAPLUS in my books.

Pool and hot tub closed with no notice.
Walls were peeling
Water damage on ceiling.
Hole in bathroom door
Hole in shower
1 towel when booked for 2 people
Entire place smelt musty and moldy.
Staff couldn't care less, was told we could call corporate but they wouldn't care either.

We checked in, room given was not ready. The whole floor smelt poop. Hotel staff was very nice however. Didnt go to the pool. Breakfast was actually decent. Rooms were not the greatest.

Nice pool for the kids to play in. Hot tub was Luke warm but the jets worked well. Beds are very comfy. Air conditioner worked well. Bathrooms are on the small side. Employees are very friendly. Good breakfast items, simple but appropriate. Maintenance guy is wonderful.

Location is in an industrial high traffic area. Parking lot is very difficult to maneuver. Very limited dining options nearby. The hotel is very old and used. It seemed that some guests lived in the hotel as their permanent home. The room had ants/bugs in the bathroom. Maintenance did offer to check for bugs. Front desk offered a different room. Sheet had different types of stains on it. Ceiling of the shower leaked with bath water from the above room. The room had an awful odor. I cannot stress awful enough. There was a plug in air fresher in the room from the maid service. Pool was warm. I cannot stress enough that the staff was very pleasant.

Very nice and clean older motel. Had nice pool area indoors. Complimentary hot breakfast the following morning was early, but good. Front desk staff was knowledgeable of places in the area and provided referral based on our tastes. Hotel in a "strip mall" so several places are within walking distance of our room. Will stay again!

Rooms were decent. Pool was warm and hot tub relaxing. Only complaint is that there's no elevator. We were put on 3rd floor, even though I requested 1st floor.

This is by far, the absolute best Hotel we have stayed at & we have stayed at a lot of Hotels. The staff is awesome & will help you with no complaints, the rooms are so clean & well stocked, the breakfast is so dang good & so much to choose from. The pool & hot tub are great & they even have shuttle service! Love this Hotel!

The location is right off the highway so that's a plus. Nothing seemed to be open nearby after midnight. The parking lot is catastrophic. Seriously was parked in the oversized truck space for 2 minutes before being told by a guest that another trucktrailer was on the way. Seemed slightly out of date and in need of a remodel or an exceptional thorough cleaning. Decent water pressure in the shower but like many other hotel room layouts your knees are in the door and elbows touching tub & sink when sitting on the toilet.

Nice rooms, clean bathrooms and very awesome staff. The service at the front desk was so good too.

Pretty nice place so far… a little dated but comfortable beds and indoor pool and hot tub…

They Have An Amazing Heated Pool And Great Room Service And The Have Delicious Breakfast Here.

It's clean, nice staff, quiet (even with the train), ok breakfast, hot tub!

Some employees are too busy playing on their cell phones to help customers. No change machine for WD and not enough cash on hand to break a $10.00 bill. Ask for extra towels and assumptions are made your stealing towels. The dead bolt doesn’t work. Fire lanes blocked and the shift manager doesn’t care. Smoking allowed within five feet of the main entrance.

Good for the price, free breakfast is decent. Employees are friendly. I'd stay here again. Only problem I had was a reservation issue but I was refunded.

Hallways are filled with smoke. Room smells bad. Rooms are very small and crammed. Heat did not work air conditioner was very loud. No ventilation in the bathroom. Train right next to the hotel. Very loud. At night people were smoking marijuana. Entire hallway had very strong smell. Had to go outside and around the building to get to the front office just to avoid the smoke. Then had some strange guy stood Outside of my room trying to get my phone number. Asked him to leave multiple times and he would not leave. Couldn't get my key card to work so I'm just standing in front of my door trying to get in while he's harassing me. I ended up taking my kids and leaving in the middle of the night. The pictures are the air conditioning unit. This it's the air we're breathing. I have no idea what is inside of it.

Great place to stay awesome value. They have a pool for the kids which is great eating places close by the Mexican place across the street is pretty good and there is a bar down the street to. Convenient to gas stations and other stores. Over all great stay and will return.

Reasonably priced for a weekend. Pool, hot tub. Friendly service. The rooms where nice and clean. It's a good spot for a night or two.

I’m very happy with the location I stayed at. Breakfast was great and so was room service. All staff was on top of things and the rooms were above expectations. I would definitely recommend this to any one needing a long or short hotel stay.

Very kind & respectful staff. Caring owner who is there daily making sure everything is in order and his customers are happy. I’m very thankful for all their help. Hotel inself is very nice. Updated very clean & nice rooms. Great pool, can barely get my little girl out of it! nice jacuzzi for parents to relax and watch their kids swim. Overall the best choice in the area! Recommend to all!

Been staying at this hotel for almost a year now and I love it. Very nice staff and customer service. Love the pool and hot tub in the winter. Very clean and cozy!

Slow check in, but nice man checked me in. My bed in my suite was amazing to sleep on, the suite is super cute and comfey. Was a but nervous when I pulled up and the sherriffs were here though. Hallway was clean and quiet coming back from the bar. I only rated a 3 because check-in attendant didn't apologize for the extreme slow check in.

Quality inn is honestly such a great hotel. Their prices are fair and their accommodations are actually really nice. The management has gone above and beyond for me during my stay here at quality inn. I HIGHLY recommend them if you’re staying in the area. They’re close to the highway to get to downtown, they have a nice pool for children and hot tub for adults to relax. Their breakfast is nice too! Not the normal just coffee juice and doughnuts. Definitely recommend them! 5 stars alone for their amazing staff but the accommodations match that! I should add in that Roberta is truly a sweet women & Ross has been helpful. Like I said the staff has made my stay here make me feel like family!

My mother stayed at this Quality Inn in downtown Savage and she had a great experience. I would like to mention a staff member that stood out during her stay. His name is Ross, he was by far a the key person at this hotel. He is very courteous, friendly and helpful. He made her stay a pleasant one. I hope that his supervisor takes a moment to acknowledge him for having such a great employee.

I love this hotel, motel, whatever. I never can tell. The quality is a hotel if it's a motel. The service is exceptional. Ross is always friendly, make sure to ask for him if you can. Everything that happens here feels witty. The train is great. Right next to Culvers. I highly recommend it!

This facility was perfect… affordable and clean. We even had our pet. The staff was wonderful and delicious hot breakfast. When you needed something they were right there. Highly recommend. I would give it as many stars as possible. Thanks for the friendly stay!

Under construction. No fitness center as if yesterday and this morning. Breakfast area is confined to a small room. Major issue with parking if you have a trailer. Thumbs up for cleanliness. Seems to be a very clean town. Mexican restaurant to the left of hotel, El Loro, good food and walking distance.

Made reservations online and it was screwed up when we checked in, not screwed up, totally effed up… their employee Ross needs employee of the year award. I cannot recommend this hotel, but I can recommend management sit down with this young man on how to fix your problems. The problems with rooms and booking are from the top up, not the bottom… you are lucky to have at the bottom, Ross. Maybe he needs to be in management and not who you have now, he saves your ass with his problem solving and AWESOME customer service. It was sad to see an employee have to work above and beyond because management completely screwed up room availability and what rooms were in condition to be inhabitable. Shame on the owners and management to put your employees in such a horrible work environment. While you're enjoying yourselves, your employees are busting their ass to fix your incompetence. If it were not for employees such as Ross your doors would be shuttered and I bet he doesn't even get a bonus considering I see how little you & management care about your establishment compared to how your employees do.

Accidentally booked a room for the wrong night but the receptionist was friendly and able to find us a room for that night with no extra charge, which was amazing. Beds were extremely comfortable as well.

Great comfortable room with fluffy pillows and thick blankets. They have a pool area with a hottub and its great.

Nice room, great staff. Breakfast is good. Indoor pool so bring your swimsuit. Great rates. Lots of good food within 5 minutes walking distance.

I stayed at the Quality Inn location in Savage MN. Everything was perfect! The staff was very accomodating, and the room was in great condition! The manager, Natalaya, went above and beyond with her excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone in the area!

I love this hotel! We have stayed here twice and the rooms are clean and they are decorated nice. I think they are in the process of redoing all the rooms. We were in ones that were done. The beds are super comfortable, and we aren't rolling to the middle. We didn't go in the pool, but it looked clean and the area was decorated nice. They have a great breakfast for guests to enjoy, and good coffee! The staff is super friendly and courteous, and always asks about our stay and how it was. The hotel is close to good food places and entertainment. We will be back!

Stayed at the hotel with my fiancé and was very pleased with my stay. Under restoration but handled very well by staff and Management. Manager Sal helped with every need! Would recommend to friends and family if you are staying in the area. Close proximity to great food, shopping (including the mall of America), and the heart of the Twin Cities! Thanks again folks!

Worst Quality Inn I have ever been at. The MN Dept. Of Health showed up the day I checked, plus the manager who runs this place is a liar and does not care about the place. Sorry excuse for a motel and to carry the Choice Hotel International name. Stay here, if you like nonstop industrial noise, cops, shady druggies, bailbondsmen searching for thugs, doors that don't work, breakfast that is cheap and poor, rooms that stink and are old and dirty, and a manager that makes money off a bad motel. Dawn, a customer service gal there is the only saving grace of this place, and Daryl, the repair expert. Saved me being locked out of my room twice, by the owner, extremely unprofessional! The I would have this place shut down and bulldozed… worst Choice hotel I have ever stayed at, and since I was waiting for a place to come through, had little choice. Really, the worst. Have fun!

The front desk gal was as friendly and helpful as she could be. The key coder was broken so she had to open every room, even the 3rd floor room where we were with no elevator. The room was clean and comfortable otherwise. No lids for coffee in the morning. Over all this was the worst stay we've ever had at a choice property. I wouldn't stay here again. But at least we know why it was cheaper.

There was no fridge or microwave in our one bed room, despite the pictures showing one. I tried blow drying my hair and it sparked. The fan in our bathroom didn't work. We could hear our neighbors quite well, the walls were so thin. It was okay for only one night.

Do not stay here! especially if you are bringing children! this place deserves zero stars. The weekly rate option on the sign outside should be a giveaway of what types of people you'll encounter slumming here. We literally witnessed a woman in a very altered state of mind with track marks all over her in the pool! So no pool for our kids. You can't make this stuff up: I saw who appeared to be a Cartel boss meeting with his underlings conducting a large cash transaction in the parking lot with bags exchanged. The "residents" commented about my family "look, we have new neighbors. " I don't think so! Choice Hotels should disavow themselves from this location! I would call their corporate office but a Google review will probably reach more people. Again, do not stay here. They even take CASH as payment! What does that tell you? Stay here if you want to experience a Hollywood-Style housing project filled with drug addicts, drug deals and shady characters. People smoking from glass pipes in the parking lot? Yep. Be warned.

The room was acceptable as far as cleanliness. We did have to request fresh towels even though the room had been apparently cleaned. Lots of people hanging around the outside of the building. In the morning we'd see beer bottles strewn about near the back entrance. The weather was 90+ degrees and the air conditioner did not work. We requested maintenance 3 days in a row and we're assured it was being dealt with. Finally maintenance came on our last evening there and indicated he'd not known of an issue. In the end the a/c worked for about an hour and then not again. It was beyond uncomfortable in our room and we felt our requests for service were not taken seriously by the desk staff to whom we had spoken to.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to check in earlier than the designated time. Internet is fast. I can play league of legends with no lag. Netflix and other streaming services worked just fine. Breakfast was good as well. They usually have waffles.

I stayed on the first floor. The room isn't bad. Everything was clean and neat. The TV had good cable and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The only thing I would complain about is that it was right next to the pool door so people were opening and closing it since 6am. The door slams shut and I couldn't sleep after that. The walls are thin. You can hear people talk. Overall, for $60+tax, it is pretty good.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT STAY HERE! We rented a room for 3 weeks and only stayed for a few days because this facility is UNSAFE! We booked a suite that was "inspected" by a manager and housekeeper, there is mold on the lights, huge hole in the bathroom door, broken glass/outlets, counter top is broken and falling off! We left because this facility is unsafe. The manager said she would call me back after I properly brought up my concerns and she NEVER did. I've called day in and day out to get this resolved and nothing has been done. This is the worst customer service I've ever received. They will charge you for anything and everything. The "owner" says he will only refund 1 of our days that we stayed there. This is absolutely ridiculous. There is excessive partying outside the entry to the facility, trashy people left and right, and management are down right awful penny pinchers. stay far far away from this facility. There's better places your money can be spent.

First walked into room and had a funky smell. Then wanted to relax my muscle with a bath and no plug to take a long bath. Took a shower instead and water changed temp so bad that I got scolded twice. After second time a third wasn't going to happen so got out. Internet sucks and tou were luck if you got on, couldn't even get on at all in the morning (tried 5 times). Cleanliness of hole building is mediocre at best.
Would not recommend to anyone.
