Kim is the best housekeeper around! so sweet and friendly we all love her!

The room was very nice, slept so good. The towels were so soft. We had a very good stay there. Staff was so nice too. We will definitely be back.

It very quiet place is supper clean the staff is very helpful I will stay here again when need be.

Spent the night at Americinn in Sauk Center. In town for work, 1 night stay. Check in was great, hotel is big, but there is plenty of parking. Very quiet. Room was very nice, bed was fantastic. Breakfast was solid. I will definitely stay here again, next time I'm in town.

Love staying at this chain. Nice pools and jacuzzis in almost all. Usually very clean and maintained well. Great job as usual…

Stayed here for two nights as part of a wedding party weekend. Our wedding had a block of rooms reserved ahead of time. The rate for each night I felt was a little high, but was worth it to be staying with the rest of the wedding guests and it was a weekend. Upon entering I was impressed with the lobby and the cleanliness and seating available. I didn't use the pool but saw it through the door and it looked really nice and clean. Check in was easy and we were assigned a second floor room. This hotel does NOT have an elevator. So stairs were involved. Not a big deal, but might be for others. The room was very clean and spacious. Had a nice big Armoire for storing our tux and dress in, and plenty of room for luggage storage. AC worked fantastic and did a great job of keeping us comfortably cool, even as the outside temps hit close to 90. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic, with the staff constantly refilling the hot items and keeping things clean. Overall very happy with our stay here in Sauk Centre.

The room was very clean and big enough for two people. The pool was clean and appropriate for kids and adults. There are swim toys and floatys for the little ones. The breakfast is substantial.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Nice pool and hot tub. Even have a sauna. Clean rooms and comfortable. Parking for trailers across street. Wonderful breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

If I could leave negative stars I would. We booked online an hour before arriving. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed insufficient parking for oversized vehicles. Going in to check in, we were told they were overbooked for the night. Front desk attendant was unapologetic and inconsiderate. She knew we were coming and didn’t even have the courtesy to call us immediately upon seeing our reservation would be overbooking. We will never book with this hotel again. Still waiting for a refund for our booking.

Nice modest hotel. Very clean and well kept. The bed was very nice.

Summer of 2013 was our first time here. This location is AWESOME. We love everything about Pam and her staff. They even make our chiuauaua feel at home. Always get room 117 next to laundry room. Its our fur babies home away. So especially wonderful now its part of the Wyndamn family. No Americinns in CA or southwest but now can use our rewards anywhere there is a Wyndamn.

Rooms were spacious and clean, shower was super neat with sliding glass door, a/c was not the best, could have just been particular room "123". Amenities galore.

Ok. Comfortable room. I wish they would include a chair, other than the non-reclining desk chairs. Just a place to sit other than the bed.

Would have been 5 stars, but breakfast was only lukewarm. Everything else was great.

Place was nice. Hotel was quiet. It has a pool.

Spacious and clean rooms. Staff was pleasant and professional. Free breakfast and coffee was a bonus.

My children and I got a room here after our car was totalled on the way home. They got us a room right away, the price was reasonable, and they let us stay an additional 3 hours past our checkout time for free while we waited for our ride home. During breakfast the lady who was maintaining the area helped me get my kids plates and was very kind. They also provided my kids with snacks for the road. 20 out of 10 I would stay here again.

Nice hotel, nice pool and great free continental breakfast. Room were clean and so was the hotel.

Like the rooms very clean and nice only problem I had was had to call three times just to get someone to answer the front desk phone.

Better stay across the street, you'll get a hot shower some where else.

Accommodations were adequate. Not much for noise barriers so inconsiderate neighbors broadcasted in their rooms and down the halls. Not necessarily Americinn's fault but something to be aware of. Breakfast was very nice.

Had a two queen bed room on the first floor. Beds were comfy, room was clean and bright. The breakfast was good but ran out early it seemed.

Rooms were clean and neat. Newly remodeled. Very convenient to get to the freeway. Guest service was quick and efficient and friendly to deal with.

Stayed for two nights for a wedding. Both nights were great and the room is well insulated and my wife and I slept well. The hot breakfast was excellent!

First night has been great. The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff has gone out of their way to accommodate our needs! Will add more when our full 4 nights ate complete.

This place is WAY overpriced for what you get. My room had the following issues: — Damaged wall by the sink. Small wall, issue could be repaired in 20 min. — Mildew on shower head — Mildew buildup in sink drain. When I ran water, the whole area by the sink stunk. — The previous guest left hair on the sink counter and on the walls of the shower. — Stains on the carpet and chair. If I want these kinda problems, I'll go stay at the Motel 6 down the road. It'll be a fraction of the cost. On the positive side, they did have hot breakfast. So they got that going for them. In summary, not worth the stay, and I won't be back.

Very clean and comfortable stay! The staff was friendly and the rewards back is an awesome perk that I use all the time! I always stay here when I'm in the Melrose, Albany, and Sauk Centre area.

We went to the open swimming at the hotel and it was great. Very nice staff. Price was also reasonable only 5 dollars and they have a nice pool, hot tub, and a sauna.

Room and breakfast was good and what we expected. I called ahead of time to let the staff know we would be bringing our bikes and they said they would give us a main floor room, so we can easily keep them in our room. Once we got there we were given a 2nd floor room, literally as far away from the front door as possible. Besides this, everything else was fine.

Its our home away from ever since my grandparents sold their home we have stayed there. They treat us like family all the time and welcome us by name. Pam and her team are amazing and we wouldnt stay anywhere else. Beautiful big rooms, awesome pool are and the adults can play pool while the kids swim.

Had a great stay! Location is perfect, right off of 94. Plenty of stores and restaurants around. Had a standard room, 2 queen beds. Everything was clean and in good order. Room size was comfortable. The beds were acceptably comfortable. Very good service at the front desk and during breakfast. Overall, great stay! I would highly recommend a stay here!

Had a little "staycation" with my kids and loved it! What a gem we have in Sauk Centre. Large room, clean facilities, great staff and the pool area is so much fun for the kids.

Beds were comfy hotel is a little date but still nice. Full breakfast, but eggs were prepackaged and not tasty.

Price around 100 usd /night are OK, hotel are clean. Room big enough. It big space around hotel so you dont need to concern about car park.

I have been staying here for about 10 years when I return to visit family in Minnesota, Always clean rooms and friendly people. Never had a issue with anything.

Nice, affordable place to stay in Sauk Centre. They are pet-friendly and have a nice breakfast included. The downsides: the rooms are a little dark and there is not much within walking distance of the hotel.

My family went there for their open swimming and enjoyed the time. However was a bit disappointed that the hot tub was out of order.

It was great! The staff was so friendly. They put us in a great room that was very clean. Breakfast was real good and accomodating. Pool area was clean and very nice. Only wish they had an elevator.

Had to stop at the last minute, and they were great about it. Had an awesome room for a great price. Definitely recommend going here.
