Room was small and the hotel is starting to look old. I've been there before, but this time was the most disappointing.

Service and room was good.

Some channels on the in room guide we weren't able to watch. Also, the room had a slight smell of body odor, I think it was the carpet.

We stayed here on a business trip. I would not recommend the pool side room. It was a huge party with loud music, screaming and ballsbouncing off our sliding door until midnight. Dont expect to enjoy the amenities. However, our room was clean and breakfast was delicious.

Clean, Rooms are usually available. Hockey Tournaments can cause backups though. Breakfast is a bit boring in the fact that the menu does not change much. Pool is clean and very fun for the kids.

I always stay here when I am in Roseau. The rooms are always super clean and the staff is the friendliest.

Welcoming, helpful staff. The facility needs some updating but is clean. Pullout sofas are memory foam and much more comfortable than your usual hideabed. Pleasant surprise! The breakfast is okay. Could use some variety.

Always friendly sevice and most of the rooms don't use those noisy PTAC air conditioners! Very quite ac and rooms are comfortable!

Friendly staff, room was clean, free breakfast. Was a pretty typical AmericInn. The only complaint was that the air conditioner didn't seem to be the greatest and there was a small amount of mold/mildew in the corner of the bathtub, but neither were a big deal to me. Overall was a nice hotel to stay at.

Great staff. Very accommodating. Fairly pricey however but the breakfast is tops!

When I arrived the room temperature was 84 degrees and the air conditioner was unplugged. I noticed that they had pizza for sale as I arrived late and the lady went and actually grab the pizza and brought it to me and said that the pizza cooker was in the Breakfast area. I've never been to a hotel that tells you you have to cook your own pizza. In addition the Gael that help me check in mentioned that she was going to get off in a half an hour more than once which was telling me she was more worried about getting out of work than actually doing the work. There was no refrigerator in the room nor was there a microwave. I paid $90 for a bed and an opportunity to cook my own pizza. Whoopty f****** do The good things — the bed was comfortable.

The staff is wonderful. Warm and welcoming. The value, however? For $100+ a night I would at least expect the bathroom to be clean. There was a dark ring around the tub. The showerhead squeeked so badly that it was impossible to relax. There were huge dust bunnies gathered on the ceiling vent and dirt caked in the corners. They put us at the top of the center stairwell and we heard every conversation of every person coming up and down the stairs all night. The TV stations in our room were for some reason different than those in the other rooms and we had no access to PBS (first world problems, I know, but you try entertaining a toddler and a preschooler in a hotel room with no appropriate viewing content). Overall, if I were to stay in Roseau again I would be exploring other options.

Pricey however great breakfast, clean comfortable rooms, ando a friendly staff. There's a reason I keep going back!

Don't ever seem to get the handicapped room needed and they are a bit spend, but there is a bed.

The AmericInn in Roseau is a nice small town hotel. Friendly staff, clean room, nice pool area, and good breakfast I'm the morning.

Very good service under challenging conditions. Quickly accomodated our busload of hockey players and parents as we all checked in at the same time. Clean facilities, too.
