By no means this is a luxurious hotel, but it has what you need. Clean bedroom and friendly staff. I read some people thought the beds were uncomfortable, but to me it was fine. The room I had I didn’t notice any funny smells or mold, so my experience was better. I don’t think all rooms have a fridge because last week the room I was in didn’t have one and this week the room I was in has a fridge, so be sure to request one if needed. The TVs in the rooms are pretty nice flatscreens so no problems on that front.

The Motel is super nice. I loved the breakfast.

I was very disappointed! The bath room smelled moldy. The beds were very uncomfortable and needed replacing. My kids wanted to go swimming but the pool was ice cold and the hot tub was filthy, you couldn't see the bottom. I wouldn't recommend your inn. I wouldn't stay there again.

Disappointed! First our reservation was mixed up, the pool was frigid, hot tub was grossly filthy, the curtains in our room were badly in need of cleaning, there were ants on our room, the hallways smelled of DeCon, the breakfast was a disappointment; very few choices and food wasn’t fresh. Never again…

Saved our butts when a site screwed up badly. Very happy with the place!

Had a great experience, the staff is so friendly and the rooms are clean, will stay there again for sure.

Very nice place I've stayed there 3times.

The pool area made you want to gag, something terribly wrong with my shower I felt cleaner before I got in then when I got out.

Basic motel. Clean. Reasonable prices. Continental breakfast.

It was nice for an overnight stay. He's was hard as a rock though. Breakfast wasn't well advertised but nice Once we found it.

Our stay was shprt, and mostly pleasant. The morning breakfast was open past the 9am window which was nice, since we arrived and woke up late. The beds were very firm, borderline hard. Not my favorite.

Friendly greet, welcoming & helpful guests, clean, fresh room, & sweet inside pool area.

The hotel was not worth the $100 we paid to stay. The room smelled terribly of urine and the shower was rotted. They put us right next to the ice, claw, and vending machines which was extremely loud. Front desk clerk was more worried about leaving at 11 then trying to make sure we were comfortable, he knew the quality of the room he was giving us but yet he did not offer another style of room. Do yourself a favor and drive a bit further for a nice hotel. I.

The pool was too cold to even get into and it had a bunch of bugs in it.

Room was alright, was disappointed that the hot tub was no longer in service. Overall, the owners need to do some serious updates!

Very nice people, a little bit run down but clean, the hot tub and pool were decent.

I am so impressed with the kindness of the ones working here and the quality of the accommodations. Got stuck for a day in Staples and decided to stay here. I missed my shuttle to get back to the station, and thought I'd have to walk the seven mile stretch between the station and hotel, but the front desk worker offered to take me to the station on his next break. Such a self sacrificing gesture and completely unnecessary decision from him, but it made my experience all I needed that day. I'm glad I got to feel so lucky.

Lcoated in the small town of Motley you have the Eastwood Inn, restaurant adjacent, clean, and they have a very friendly and helpful staff.

Hot tub didnt work and beds hard, but otherwise ok.

My dogs and Me, enjoyed are stay, Clean and price is right!

-20 would be the rate we give it. 1st thing was the strong perfume smell when you walk into the building. 2nd was the front desk person was not friendly, it seemed like she did not want to check on a 1st floor room. 3rd the room smelled musty and bad, did not seem clean at all especially since the kids found change on the floor. 4th the hot tub was broken, when my hubby asked about it the front desk took their own sweet time to get the manger. The manger came in the area looked at the pool then in the back room and came out and said it was broken. Now looking back on the reviews it sounds like it has been broken for along time. 5th the pool was ay colder the lake Superior.

I didn't like anything about it. They lost our reservation and only had smoking rooms left. We were forced to stay there since it was the only hotel in motley. They didn't even comp our room. Claimed they couldn't completely comp it because it wasn't their mistake, it was the mistake of the global system.

Room clean. Screen for window had few large holes in it. Screen was replaced when staff made aware. Dog able to be in room which I appreciated. We were VERY Disappointed the hot tub was not hot nor were the jets very strong. The pool is ONLY " 3 Feet deep and it was dirty we saw what looked like a band-aid in the bottom and did not use. Concerned the hot tub is a "Bacteria Beading" had planned on enjoying the hot tub. This was something I was looking forward to. Very disappointing. Following day staff cleaned room and left extra blankets "as requested " as I was cold night before, however they were draping on the floor (not clean) and they never wash our tub out. Disappointing. From hot tub you can see broken blinds and there are loose tiles on the floor. Hummm. Also for Breakfast NO Paper plates for waffles had to eat on paper napkin. Do not Plan on coming againl.

Try — 10 if I could put that. Never seen anyone besides at check in, hot tub broke, pool was nasty, argued about the rate, and room wasn't even clean. Should have figured it was bad when no one else was there that we should have ran away. Horrid.
