The rooms are big and the food was delicious and the staff is amazing and its so clean and smells wonderful I will come back!

This has been horrible. Our mother in law is an owner and honors member. We bought the ultimate package and were not given anything we paid for. Not only that but they’ve charged our card for different reasons one being another night when we’ve already paid for our time here up front and they keep charging our card for store purchases when we are supposed to have store money already and arcade coins they won’t give us. They’ve knocked on our door and called multiple times. Plus they have been very rude. I’ve never had such bad service. Some front desk lady named Candace has already told us to go find towels ourselves — there were no housekeepers around to ask and she was beyond rude. Nancy another front desk attendant has called multiple times trying to charge us for another night. Won’t refund us our store credit they have charged on our card and keeps telling me she doesn’t know what’s happening and to talk to her boss — THAT IS NOT HERE! This has not been a good experience at all! We nor our family will ever be returning here.

Nice quiet, clean room. A nice high shower for those of us over six feet tall! Helpful staff. This was my first time here and I'd recommend it.

This was THE BEST hotel room I have ever stayed in. My fiance and I had an executive suite with a hot tub, which was actually a real hot tub! Not a bathtub with 2 jets in it! The room was super spacious! With thick green marble counter tops for the bar, and bath room. We had a king sized bed, and it was the BEST sleeping experience ever! That bed was hands down the most comfortable, softest bed I have ever been on. I kept saying "It feels like we are floating on the clouds! " ♡♡♡♡♡♡ And the price was under 200.00. We accidentally ended up at that hotel and are so grateful for that. ☆♡☆♡☆♡☆♡☆♡

Par for the course for Hampton Inn! As others have stated, it is exactly what you expect if you've ever stayed at a good quality Hampton Inn. Room was very clean, linens were fresh and crisp, bathroom was perfect and the overall hotel itself was very aesthetically pleasing. Wifi was strong and staff were great!

Rooms were clean and did the trick. Only downside was there was a massive childrens hockey team there and it was a bit loud from them. They took over all the amenities.

Had to pull over in a snowstorm and spend the night. The next morning Steve the maintenance guy was so kind to dig my car out and pull up to the front door. He helped out many folks tryng to dig out! What fabulous service!

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Fitness center needs improvement. Location isn't great. There aren't many restaurants around so you'll have to drive around.

The room was very spacious so it felt like an apartment. Hot breakfast included with a staff that treats you like family. It’s less than 35 minutes by car from downtown Minneapolis and 15 minutes from gorgeous Forest Lake.

This hotel was nice for the price. They don't have an attached restaurant or bar, which would have been nice, but do serve breakfast in the morning. Overall the room was as expected.

Have stayed there on numerous occasions, the staff is always friendly and accommodating, rooms are always clean and in exceptional condition. I drive out of my way to stay there every time I’m in the Cities. My second home!

Location was good. Room was ok. Hot tub. Needs some work. You could not have the cold and hot on together when filling it. Cause it would be just pure hot water.

Staff were friendly. Housekeeping honored our "do not disturb" sign. We did not want housekeeping services during our stay. Hot, fresh breakfast every morning with lots to choose from. Biggest complementary breakfast I have seen at a hotel. Pool, whirlpool, and sauna were all clean and very nice. I found the beds to be comfortable and even the pillows. Deapite finding a dirty fork in the fridge which had clearly been there for quite some time, the room was very clean. Convenient to area places, the highway, target across the street, walmart 3 miles away, food options across the street. Very pleased with our stay. We hope to come back in a couple years for the summer season. Will definitely be keeping this hotel in mind.

The staff and manager were all very kind as well as helpful. The continental breakfast was decent. Rooms were clean. I'd stay here again, no doubt.

Wasn't worth $120+ per night. Ever since Hilton purchased them, they just have never been the same. Stay away.

Pool is very dirty & our bed sheets were yellowish & pieces of hair all over pillows are nasty too dressers next to bed have a layer of dust built up. Tv in room is super small. Definately need to clean better. Only stayed here because every hotel in Duluth is sold out & this was the only halfway point hotel available. & also elevators look like they haven't been cleaned in forever.

I am actually quite shocked in the service that was just given. The night audit Allie was on her phone watching YouTube videos when we arrived, smaking her gum and seemed intoxicated. I arrived to drop off a client whom is in town working for us for the weekend. She huffed and puffed as if we were interrupting her make up YouTube tutorial. I handed her our business credit card and she proceeded to get extremely frustrated and copped an attitude and lectured us that this is a business card and the business owner was not present and pretty much rolled her eyes. (Blah blah) she then slammed down some sheet to fill out for putting a license plate number and kept making snark comments under her breath while talking to us as if we were 3 years old and have never stepped into hotel. Long story short, lose the gum, unprofessional facial piercings, over bleached hair and maybe show up not under the influence of something to be informative without being a scum.

Customer service is good! Breakfast option not bad at all. Friendly environment. Hot tub wasn't working for couple days, sauna bath was good! Its good! Not bad!

It was easy to get to, located in a convenient area close to food, groceries and entertainment, and everything was clean and in order.

There's not much to say about this Hampton Inn. It's pretty average. I don't have any complaints, but there's nothing that stood out either. A good hotel to stay at if you're passing through or going to a wedding nearby.

The hotel is always very clean. The staff are very nice. The rooms are really nice. The pool and hot tub are always clean and fun.

The service was outstanding! I love that they checked in with us after an hour or so to make sure we were happy with our room. Our suite was huge, and very clean. The price was also very reasonable. The kids loved the pool and game room, loved that they were both open until midnight. The breakfast was very good, and staff was very helpful.

We took a short trip to the Minnesota with the kids to play for a couple of days. We opted for the two queen bed suite for more space with the kids. The motel was clean, the pool was nice, warm fresh breakfast each morning, and great coffee! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient as well. Will definatley be going back next time we go that way!

We had a single room with two queen beds. The room was clean and smelled nice. We had a nice view out our window. The staff was friendly and our complimentary breakfast was great. I would of give a five star but our toilet seat wouldnt stay up which was noisy in the middle of night when I didnt remember and it fell and woke everyone up. Lol.

The internet was infuriatingly atrocious. The Ethernet doesn't work, and the wireless might as well not work for the speeds you'll be getting. The hotel is wonderful, but the internet alone made me so pissed off I can't even focus on anything else.

The room was ok but not for the outrageous price plus cable was out for half the day and our room was not cleaned at all for the 3 days we stayed. In the room there is a book that boldly states if you are not pleased with your stay you don't pay, the lady at the front desk did nothing to help us. Had better service at a super 8

Stayed for 8 days in a king suite with whirlpool. Room was large and spacious. Housekeeping was very friendly and accomadating. Front staff was also polite and helpful. They have a spacious pool area with a suana and a decent game room. My only complaint was the walk-in shower design allowed for a lot of water on the bathroom floor, which made needing fresh towels each day. This room would be perfect if they had balconies. Will definitely stay here again if needing a hotel in the NE twin city area.

Stayed there are New Years Eve. Rooms and service was excellent. Free Breakfast was superb and that had Breakfast to go if you were in a rush. My wife love the place and is was a great value.

Will continue to stay here.

Really nice location, We saw between 6-8 wild deer on the grounds every dusk. Really nice facility, friendly staff, wonderful rooms. Only complaint is the slowest internet I have ever seen in a Hampton. Speed Test brought back results of 20kb/s showing we were pulling the connection from Southern Kansas! Totally unacceptable. Come on Hampton.
