I had a reservation for Wed, July 18. I arrived at 5:00pm, exactly when I said I would. The housekeeper was on the phone, telling someone that they had no vacancies. I waited until she hung up, and then she told me that they didn't have my reservation, and I should go to Econolodge down the road. So, even though I had my printed confirmation, she said she had no idea why they didn't have my reservation. She was not apologetic, and told me to go to the other hotel. Once I arrived at Econolodge, I ended up paying $30 more for a room that had no working television, and burned out lights. So, it was no bonus, no matter how you look at it. Very disappointed with Earth Inn.

If you are not afraid of a little quirky or are looking for something different this is the place. Super clean. Very friendly. And they go out of their way to make you happy. 9.95 out of 100 (The bathroom fans are noisy:) ) Highly recommended and I will for sure be back here.

The blonde hair lady at the front desk was very nice. Rooms was huge. It has everything you could need. Room was exceptionally clean. Dont let the outside fool you. Very nice place and very reasonable.

It was my first time visiting Jackson, MN and Joe and his staff at the Earth Inn couldn't have been nicer. He even tried to print out my bus ticket. If you're ever in Jackson, I highly recommend the Earth Inn.

We love this place! Cheap, clean, quiet and the management o WONDERFUL! You will NOT be dissatisfied if you go here. Better than $150 room — just no frills — pools etc. Nobody ever uses that stuff anyway. Joe-the manager/owner is SO NICE! Anything you need-he' great!

Great value! Our room was large, clean, comfortable and very reasonably priced. We stayed here for a race at the Jackson Motorplex which is only about 2 miles away. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a cute little artsy, funky roadside motel. Rooms are super clean and pretty comfortable. Manager was super friendly and would bend over backwards to make your stay as nice as possible. (I heard him ask another guest if they would like a tarp to go over their motorcycle. — awesome customer service! ) Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for the best priced, clean motel!

This is the best motel/hotel we've ever stayed in, and at especially such a fantastic price. Our room was immaculate, the manager who checked us in was very friendly. Can't find any complaints with this place, totally recommend!

Love this place. I've done a lot of travel and paid much more for much less comfortable lodging. Great welcoming staff and comfortable and homey rooms. This place has the kind of character that shows the owners love what they do. Very clean and very quiet.

This was the friendliest motel we've stayed in this trip. The manager, Joe, was helpful even though we called at the last minute and asked to arrive late. Price. Was great. The room was brightly painted and quiet and clean. I love small, independently owned motels.

Can't beat it. Had rough long week on the road workin wore out new truck broke down on me. Was juss ready to get home for weekend till I stopped here. Was in my room 10min than went back office payed 2 more nights.

It was charming, but dated. Manager was very friendly and helpful. Mostly clean.

This was a great motel. Price was fantastic and the room was super clean. The owner was very cool. Appreciate the mom and pop motels, don't see them very often. I would highly recommend this motel for all travelers.

The owner/manager is unbelievably rude. He wrote a not to me saying"Titus, we clean everyday, we run this motel not YOU. The do not disturb sign is for when you are in your room. Thanks Mike" note this is because I continued to hang do not dsturb while at work, they would clean anyway and move my belongings around. Until coming from work 1 day and seeing this note on the mirror. After being treated so rudely we immediately found somewhere else to spend our money which cost us not much more and much cleaner and had breakfast and didn't have the terrible hospitality. I came back after checking out to pick up a shipment from UPS. And again received another note saying "Titus not sure why you left but we are no longer an option for you to stay. I have thrown away your reservations. Mike. " Ihave never wrote a review for anything but after staying here and wanting to strangle this small man I decided this was most professional way to take out my frustration. Would not stay here!

This place is the best value I have encountered. The owner, Mike was so nice. The rooms very well decorated in a type of retro fashion. The Wi-Fi worked, the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. I make one to two trips to that area every month and this will be my first choice when available Thanks to Mike for doing a superb job!

This is one the cleanest mom & pop motel I've ever stayed in. The people that run it are friendly and the price is very reasonable.

It's one of those things that you never forget. In this case, in a very positive way. I just drove 2 days from Seattle on the way to Chicago and after experiencing a true crackhead motel in Billings, Montana (Motel 6), I was scared about where I would end up following night. Earth Inn is a gem. The owner is a very nice man, rooms are unique and actually beautiful but more then anything, CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. I slept like a rock, instead of getting up at 5am, I didn't roll out until 10am. It was also cheaper than anything else all over US. I wanted to tell the owner on the way out that whatever he is doing, he is doing it right and to keep going but he wasn't around as he just got off night shift. I truly can't say enough nice things about Earth Inn. If the road ever takes me that way, even if its out of my way, I will go there to spend the night.

If you are traveling and need a place to stay for the night, skip Souix and stop in Jackson instead. This place was affordable, clean and 100% non smoking. It may not look like much from the outside, but it is was a great place to stay for the night. You won't be disappointed.

Great prices, clean, cute, cozy, quiet rooms. The service was fantastic. Bed was super comfy. 100% non smoking. Yay,,, excellent. Thank You, we will be back.

Friendly staff and the place was surprisingly clean. I was expecting it would be a usual motel off of I-94/I-90, but it was a lot better than expected.

I stay in a lot of small motels for business and the Earth Inn was far and above the rest. Great price, friendly staff, and updated rooms.

NO HOT SHOWER! Had to shower at truck stop. Got $5 off but — wow. Was not told at check-in.

Excellent. Liquid soap and shampoo are excellent for the environment and economy — comfortable and enjoyable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
