The staff is very caring and understanding! Ran out of money and needed a few hours to wait for more and they let me keep my room til I got paid! I am so grateful I didn't have to tote all my stuff to the car just to move it back in! Thanks.

Costs more than a home, which is why most people are there (foreclosure on their own home) to start with. They are nice, big, close to Minneapolis, and very pet friendly. They have monthly rentals.

Worst staff members ever. Tv did not work in our room called the front desk twice and was hung up on twice. When I went down she said I was rude because I told her it was unacceptable. I video recorded the entire thing because the woman was extremely rude rolling her eyes and told me since they had no rooms nothing could be done. She continues to back talk, roll her eyes, refuse to give her name (no name tag) no worries because I have her face and attitude on video! Will be filing complaint after complaint because her attitude was unacceptable!

Front desk was unhelpful and unknowledgable. She told me since it was after midnight I couldn’t check in to a room until 3 pm, because her computer wouldn’t let her. When I questioned this she said that they actually didn’t have any available rooms, when I was on the website it showed available rooms and I brought this up. I got a, “sorry” then hang up. I understand requesting a room late at night is probably an inconvenience but it was evident that she was tired and it wasn’t worth her time to find a solution. As far as what staying there is like, guess I can’t tell ya!

From the manager to the maids&maintenance… They're always smiling, asking how your day is&If you need anything! If you do ever need anything, they are there! It's almost like a real home. I recommend it for short stays as well as extended!

The hallway smelled of dog urine and there was a large barking dog next to one of our rooms. We got the room on priceline… thankfully only for the one night. The front desk clerk was so nice tho! I can't say that I would ever stay at an extended stay again. No more booking an ex press deal on p riceline for a 2.5 star hotel… learned that lesson… currently sleeping at the crown plaza… go. There yall.

Place is great! very clean very professional outfit very convenient to things in the area and the general manager Scarlett Patraw is amazing! Thanks exstended stay for the experience! Best exstended stay by far!

The receptionists are very kind and friendly, the small kitchen has a great size. Breakfast is just cereal bars, coffee and sometimes small cakes. (everyone to take), I think fair because each room has its kitchen. I liked it, it is cheap, room is cleaned once a week.

Okay rooms. Nice kitchen. Good prices.

This hotel is by far the cleanest hotel I have stayed in… Staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming… the beds seem to be new and very comfortable… the GM is very involved with the customers. Ive never stayed at a hotel where the GM (Scarlet) works the desk and genuinely cares for the hotel like it was her own business until now. I would recommend this hotel to a long stay or short stay traviler.

Waiting in the lobby right now. Me and a few other customers have called and theres been nobody here for 45 mins. The night guy just disappeared or doesnt care.

Went for stay due to job nd it wasn't like any other location I've been too. I compare this to the Bloomington location where Olan I think his name is works at. That man is smug, rude, lies, n goes against policy. He doesn't belong in customer service as I was informed that he lied to us requiring a cash dep yet I paid to stay thru priceline already. Trash straight trash he belongs picking it up in the parking lot vs talking to people.

The first room they gave us was on a floor frantically smoking cigarettes in a room that smelled of pee! The second room we had was messy. No maid! The third room was reasonable … The shower did not work so we did not shower, everything was dirty with an unpleasant smell! Luckily we came and closed for a short time. And that's not all, when we paid they did not give us a receipt and we remembered it at the exit, I asked for the receipt for payment and I saw that they charged us at prices that were completely different from what we were told (they told us $ 62 per night and instead charged us $ 69.99 for the first night and 79.99 for the second night) No tax. I did not understand what these prices were, and when I asked the receptionist they said they did not know and only the manager dealt with it and he was not here. There's no one to talk to! I left a phone number and still waiting for them to come back to me! Do not recommend anyone to get to this revolting place! This place needs to be shut down immediately!

The staff was friendly and willing to help with any issues. It is best to book in advance since the hotel is busy during the week.

Bed bugs, no toilet paper, long wait to check in, should have got the hint the first time I stayed there and they gave me 2 dirty rooms before I finnally got a clean one. But the second time getting over 30+ bug bites I felt I had to leave this review, and I will not be going back. Not even if they comped my room!

These people only clean your room once a week. When you are gone they come into your room and go through your personal property and luggage and take things. The management and most of the staff are racially prejudice against white people. The only 5 star rating I could find for this plae was made by the manager and he goes by a different name than what is on his badge. Th I s place has a bad odor and if you read past reviews you can see this has been going on for years.

Very Rude older African American lady in the afternoon sighed every minute, had a bad attitude & acted like she didn't want to be there or help anybody. I had a crew of legal working Latinos that mainly spoke good English and she showed them signs of disrespect. Our company spends thousands on hotel services including this one. Hotel sticks horribly like spoiled indian food. Toilet seat had dried up urine. Toilet wax ring has a Leak. I informed the front desk. She sighed with an attitude. Never got fixed. Was told we would receive kitchen appliances and hardware. Never happen. Was a part of the deal? Bathtub Has mold in certain areas. I could continue. I give hotel 1/5 star rating. I have stayed in many hotels. This one was the dirtiest and most poorly ran.

So far so good thanks to tyrone… Hopefully our two month stay… will continue… To feel like home as much as it posibly can.

This "hotel" is by far the most disgusting place I've ever stayed at. Staff were not helpful. Rooms get cleaned once a week or you have to make your own bed. Oh and you also have to take your own garbage out each time. They'll kindlyShow you where the dumpster is. You have to ask for towels and toiletries each day. It's so bad that I stayed with friends while my husband remained there for his job. Rooms get cleaned once a week yuck.

We needed a smoking room for my father — in — law, this was only hotel that had one. It wasn't too far off from where we needed to be. Room was large, worn, but clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We were given the suite because they are out of rooms. The room is nice and large with couch, chair, table, microwave, stove, fridge, iron board, dresser, hair dryer and the a/c works good and so is the bathroom fan. The bad is the cabinet drawers, fridge, stove, counter and furniture are not clean. TV and stand are dusty, and a broken lamp that is useless. No spoon or forks. No tissue or paper towels to wipe up anything, just toilet paper. The hall way smell like smoking oder. The continental breakfast is just packets of oatmeal cereal that you soak in hot water or granola bars, with coffee. So if like a good breakfast this is not the hotel.

Me and my Husband is here celebrating our 5 year Anniversary, before coming all the way from Milwaukee we searched and searched for a really nice hotel and THOUGHT we found it this hotel has been one of the worst hotel stays I've ever stayed at. Ultimate worst … the place need some serious renovation it's old and smelled horrible the entire stay the halls smell like dog and cigarette smoke our t. V. Didn't work at first the bed sheets look so old, come back from a day of shopping, our keys didn't work anymore other guest in the hall's doing drug transaction s just so disgusting I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here if we had a choice to leave and get our nights stay for some other hotel I will in a heartbeat totally dampened our vacation.

I stayed here with my girlfriend for several weeks in April 2016. Everything seemed great for a while. Manager Tyrone likes to verbally assault coworkers openly which was abhorrent. He kicked us out for no legitimate reason after a few weeks! I am not just saying that and being angry on the internet. There was literally no legitimate reason. Most of the staff were friendly and receptive however Tyrone needs to be removed from his position and I am working with Extended Stay corporate staff to ensure this occurs. During our stay there were screaming episodes from people there that resulted in THEM being put in separate rooms while we were asked to leave over posting a note on the door stating we are doing our own housekeeping and won't be needing housekeeping services. Tyrone claimed the TAPE RESIDUE on the HOTEL DOOR constituted the door being damaged! I hope you are reading you worthless scumbag, your days are numbered!

The place has changed since my last stay about a year ago. There was no heat in our first room, changed rooms but the room had no bible, pots and pans, no coffee maker, and no continental breakfast. It was quite a disappointment. The front desk seemed too busy to help me and in the smoking room. No ashtrays… Not worth the price and regret booking there. It must have new management or lacking in that department. It's too bad because I used to love staying there. Now, would not even go back.

Disgusting. The front desk woman didn't want to get up, acted irritated that I even was there. Then when they didn't charge my card appropriately, I didn't have it on me so I tossed the lady another one. She proceeded to tell me she would not accept me because I was rude and needed to hand her the card. I throw my card everytime I pay! She proceeded to not help and refuse to serve me. Talk about black privledge. Completely disgusting. Never go back. Ever.

Love the mini kitchen with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, even a dish drying rack. Great for a place to stay if you need to be somewhere for more than a day or 2. Staff was very prompt and helpful. Wifi is pretty cool too — could purchase a day up or up to a week of faster internet that only I could use — awesome if you do alot of internet work. Great stay overall. The ealks were most certainly not sound proof walls so neighbors could perhaps bother stay.

Because the service of this place is very horrible. We had to wait over 3 hours for our room when we checked in. Guy was suppose to call us but never did. Our room didn't have ashtrays in our room ehier and no toilet rolls. Room was okay thou. Just full of down sides to this place.

This was THE worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. If you read this, please choose anything but this hotel. Here is a quick summary of my stay. I got to the hotel at 12:30am and was immediately question about where I was from and why I was here which felt very invasive. I got to my room and there was no ventilation so the room was at least 85 degrees and had no choice but to sleep in the heat. The bed had long black hairs all over it on the blankets, sheets and pillows. The bathroom had black hair on the shower walls and in the sink and counter. I went the next morning to see if someone could do something about this. I was told that they would have someone clean it. When I returned later that night at about 6pm the room was never cleaned. I went to the front desk and of course it was a different person who said there was no way to have the room cleaned that night so they gave me a new bed setup (sheets, blankets) so I could make it my self… The blankets were not clean. They had long black hairs all over it. After getting extremely frustrated there was nothing more I could do. This isn't even the worst part! I returned the next day at around 9pm and it was obvious someone had been in my room. Things were shifted around and moved and I WAS MISSING MULTIPLE THINGS. This was very disturbing and this was really the last straw. I talked to the front desk and they couldn't do a single thing about it until the manager was here.
