Just checked in, very accommodating.

I was very impressed with this hotel. A very nice, modern decor. The room was spacious and a good layout. I was a big fan of w bathroom, yes the bathroom. There was a very good amount of choices for the breakfast included. The only reason I took off a start was that they don't have a hot tub. After a long day of work I look forward to long soak to loosen my muscles, especially after a workout in the gym. That's the only thing I really didn't like, though. Otherwise it was a great stay!

Great facility with excellent staff. The briday party went off without a hitch.

Had reservations and checked in on a Thursday for a wedding on Friday, leaving town on Sat. Whoever was working that aft/evening was FABULOUS! They worked hard on making sure my res was accurate and the rate was right. Room was fantastic, clean and quiet. Had never been to E Grand Forks before but if I'm ever in town again I'll be staying at the Fairfield Inn! Thanks for all that you do!

You can tell that this hotel is nearly new. It even has that new hotel smell. I was able to get a king room with a couch. I must say that I really enjoyed how the space was laid out. The bathroom was phenomenal. I love large walk-in showers. My room has 2 large screen TVs. I thought that was unusual to see. And a very nice desk area to work from. I used the fitness room and the pool. Both were okay. The fitness room was out of sanitary wipes. For the life of me I can't imagine why a new hotel would put in a pool but not a hot tub. I did not do my due diligence by reading the description hard enough. Normally when a hotel has a pool, they also have a hot tub. This hotel does not have a hot tub. Nor can you rent a room with a hot tub in it. This is kind of a deal-breaker for me because when I travel long days I like to be able to relax in the hot tub. One thing I will say that I enjoyed about the pool though, was that they use a saltwater system, not chlorine. That was a nice touch. My skin felt great after getting out of it. Their breakfast was average amongst most other continental breakfasts I've had at hotels. My only real gripe that I have for this hotel besides the hot tub is that of the 7 times when I came through the lobby there was never anybody at the desk except when I checked out in the morning. They offer a bell at the front in order for you to ring for service which renders somebody from the room right behind the counter almost immediately.

Good service, nice high ceilings. Can barely control the thermostat, no bath tub, and uncomfortable bed. Breakfast was pretty good for a hotel. Weirdly similar to every other Fairfield I've been to.

Nice hotel off the beaten path. Is on the city limits but is very quite. Rooms are new, clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. We recommend this hotel!

My husband & I were in town for 1 night. I chose this motel based on reviews indicating a very nice place. I was disappointed in the quality compared to the price. The floors were not particularly clean. The bed was comfortable. The elevator was very cheaply constructed. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of variety & was good.

Second time we stayed here and we loved it. Reserved a two queen beds room for one night. Room was clean and well decorated. Reasonable rates, too. Breakfast was good.

Very clean. Large rooms. Beautiful bathrooms with large walk in shower. All employees from desk clerk to cleaning people were very pleasant and helpfull. Good breakfast with large variety of foods. Best of all it had the lowest nightly cost we have encountered in our travels.

Excellent hotel! I love everything about it. Wonderful customer service, quiet, extremely clean and comfortable rooms, very good breakfast, good location and easy access to Grand Forks, ND and after a busy day you look forward to returning to your room to relax. Wonderful property.

Family came to see me, place was well kept and well priced. Breakfast was offered from 7am to 10am. Have been at this location a few times and never been disappointed.

Easy access to this hotel, a short drive from all areas of the city. Staff is wonderful. The hotel is brightly decorated and well lit. My room was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. I slept soundly both nights I was here. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great service, clean and very new.

Went to hotel for event in pool/lobby so I did not get a chance to see the room. The pool and gym facilities were updated and clean, along with the lobby. Staff was friendly. I would recommend to someone looking for a place to have a get together or pool party.

The room was nice and cozy, no complaints on cleanliness. The breakfast was great and the breakfast area was clean.

This is a very nice hotel. We travel a lot and this one is a gem. It's new and stylish. The breakfast is very good. They were very accommodating of my disability. We will be staying here anytime we visit Grand Forks.

Great experience, very clean hotel. Wish that it were a little closer to downtown but, honestly, this is probably as close as you're realistically going to get in Grand Forks.

Wow! Brand new and like a spring morning with the atmosphere when you walk in. An excellent staff that is Cherrie and willing to take the extra steps to make your stay perfect. Hot breakfast that has many choices, rooms are super and location makes it convenient. In my book the best place to stay in town!
